- addietrucon (6/5): Good Stay - Based on the hotel rates at the time of booking, i decided to stay here during my week long trip to Dubai. Like the fact that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Metro is walking distance away too. Staff were really friendly. Very detailed in explanation at check-in. Room was a good size. Air-con can be controlled but somehow, temperature dropped in the middle of the night. Defeats the purpose of climate control. TV channels were mainly Dubai channels, only 1 English movie channel (old movies) and that sometimes shows a foreign movie. Hot shower was great. Hair dryer was fixed by the wall which saved the hassle of setting up. Housekeeping was great too. Gym was adequate. It would be good to have water dispenser and towels provided. There is a coin laundry but you have to exchange the tokens at the reception, which is another hassle too. And missing ironing board. The 24hr shop was a good addition. 'Grab-n-Go' was convenient but you have to pay at the hotel reception. If there is a queue, it is quite a wait. There is a microwave at the back of the food counter. I would have given a higher rating but did not because, as a Platinum Accor member, complimentary breakfast was not given, and late check-out was only till 1330h.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent everyday. Could not have asked for more variety. Indian cuisine was also too good and excellent in taste. Mr. NISCHEL at Front Desk was very helpful. We could check-in early and his room selection was also excellent.

- Nadir (2/5): - Upon our arrival at the hotel, we had to stand in line at the reception for a full hour before being checked in. Every day during our stay, there was constant drilling and renovation noise inside the hotel, which made it impossible either to work or to rest. This is especially disappointing, as the hotel presents itself as a business-oriented property. Despite raising multiple complaints, I realized that no action would be taken, particularly after construction noise continued even as late as 22:30. Since my trip was short, instead of switching to another hotel, I decided it would be more practical to tolerate the inconvenience and complete my stay. I been travelled over 40 countries and this was my first time that management of hotel was so unprofessional and not customer oriented. I am sharing this feedback so you are aware of the significant disruption caused to guests and in the hope that such issues are addressed for future visitors.

- Simon (8/5): Reliable comfort. - We have stayed many times at this hotel. It offers great value for money in the heat of Dubai, with easy access to metro and nearby shops and restaurants. This time, the room was not as well presented as usual, slippers and tissues were not present on arrival. However, a phone call rectified this. Coffee, extra tea bags, milk and water are all available by telephone request. As usual, we had a warm welcome and a comfortable stay.

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, but what really made the difference was the service. Mr. Waqar at the reception was outstanding – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He made me feel welcome the moment I arrived and went out of his way to answer my questions and guide me during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, amenities were well maintained, and the location was convenient. But honestly, the warm and attentive hospitality from Waqar is what stood out the most. People like him make you want to come back again.
