• Kristina (10/5): Loved it. Would recomend. - I was there for a medical procedure across the street at Orlando Health Medical Center. I was not able to enjoy your complementary breakfast but my husband did and said it was wonderful. He was able to walk down to one of the recommended restaurants and said it was great. Our room was comfortable and quiet, something we both appreciated. If I ever need to return to the Orlando Health Medical Center for any future procedures, I will be sure to stay at the Hampton. The only thing that came to mind is deep cleanliness. While our room was visibly very clean, I came to realize the carpeting hadn't been shampooed in a while. I stepped into the shower and my feet were dirty from walking barefoot on the carpet for the better part of the day.

• Jill (5/5): Disappointed - The location to downtown and the hospitals is great I booked this hotel because I had very early-morning surgery the next day, and reviews consistently mentioned how clean it was. While the facility itself appeared clean, the room I was given was not. The bedding, shower railings, tub, shower curtain, and even my towel all had long dark brown/black hairs on them. I am a bleached blonde, so these clearly were not mine. This was extremely concerning given the circumstances of my stay. Additionally, the room rate was over $300 per night, plus a $20 parking fee that I was not informed of until check-in, so I expected comfortable beds—and these definitely were not. Breakfast was advertised as included. Although I couldn’t eat before surgery, my husband went down and ended up only getting coffee. He said the food consisted of powdered eggs and nothing looked appetizing or worth eating. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for the price, especially considering cleanliness was the primary reason I chose this hotel.

• Michele (4/5): - It is a nice hotel with friendly staff our room was filled with dog hair, the carpet and furniture smelled like dog. The ottoman was chewed up on the corner and the paint on the shower floor was peeling and stopping the water from draining. Our clothing was filled with dog hair after sitting on the couch. Not a good experience.
