Guest Reviews
- Sandra (10/5): I think we would like to try a different neighborhood next time. - Great Pet Fee was pretty High for one very small very well behaved dog.

- Thomas (9/5): Grateful for the location. Fits our needs from Buckeye, AZ to Bulverde, TX - Always a satisfactory travel breakfast. Thank you for servicing us on our way to visit our family. At our advanced age and health we would gladly pay extra for a room with a firm Tempur-Pedic bed. Sadly most people in their 70's have back issues. And with 22 yrs of Marine Corps Service we are those people. A few rooms with high quality firm mattress is worth it's weight in gold. Respectfully, Tom and Joelle

Facility was very clean and quiet. Pool and spa were nice. All staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and accommodating. I had nothing but a good experience. Everything was wonderful. No complaints from me or my family.

- Betina (1/5): The location was awful, and the manger was even worse. It is as if we were on camera, AWFUL JOKE. - Breakfast, cleaning staff, and one front desk person were good. The location was awful. Many drug addicts and homeless people around the property. It was so hard to believe. We didn't dare walk anywhere, so we had to drive. The manager NEVER responded to ANY of our requests to speak with her while we were there. She then charged us an additional $167 after we checked out because of booking not having any more money in the VCC. Booking and the property spoke and agreed on us shortening our planned stay there, and yet she charged us an additional fee. We wanted to make sure nothing like this happened by attempting to speak with her three times, but she never got back to us while we were there. The front desk staff stated to us that she approved the change and shortened the stay on the computer. We left with a ZERO balance receipt, and yet when we were two hours away, we received an alert of this additional charge on our credit card! We still do not have this resolved, and she is of zero assistance.

- Allen (10/5): Excellent in all ways that counted for my wife and me. Would stay again. - The room was above what I was expecting. The breakfast was better than at other places that we have booked. The room that we stayed in had a walk-in shower, that was the best thing for someone that has a hard time getting in and out of a tub. Also, the size of the room was very good.
- mary (9/5): - Loved everything
- Ali (8/5): - Clean and up to date facilities and rooms. Great breakfast and pet friendly. $50 pet fee seems a little expensive. I just wish I would have know beforehand
- James (9/5): -

- Paris (9/5): 4/5 – Comfortable Stay & Exceptional Service - From the moment I checked in, Gina was absolutely awesome friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Throughout my stay, most of the staff showed that same warm energy, which made traveling alone feel safe and comfortable.
My room was comfortable and functional, equipped with a mini fridge and microwave super convenient. The space itself could use a fresh coat of paint to modernize it a bit, and I do wish the window was larger to let in more natural light. The bathroom was a good size, though the tub enamel could use a little touch-up.
Despite those minor cosmetic details, I would absolutely stay here again. The excellent staff and the sense of safety I felt during my visit make this hotel a solid choice for future trips. The breakfast was solid, with a good variety each morning. My only small critique is that the potatoes were undercooked and cold every day, but honestly, not a huge deal.
- Daniel (10/5): - Clean and friendly Ana was great
- George (10/5): -
- Kasey (4/5): Picked it because people said it was clean. Nope - The room was big The room was filthy. Fingernail clippings in the carpet and bits of tissue and dirt. Hair clog with bits of old soap in the shower drain that I had to clean to keep it from backing up. Towels were stained. Toilet ran until you jiggled the handle. Pubic hair in the bathroom. Bed was really uncomfortable. Wouldn’t empty my trash. Carpets stained. Lamp was broken. Hub charger broken.
- Jenn (10/5): Great one night stay in between destinations. Close to the freeway and to Mesilla - The front desk team was awesome. Great recommendation to go to Mesilla for dinner, super friendly and helpful (even after being on the night shift all night!) Breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts out there. The room was spacious and very clean.
- Amy (10/5): - Very clean, slight smell from the surrounding area, but great. Food was not the best.
- Larry (10/5): - Large clean room. Excellent breakfast. Quiet air conditioner
- Sandra (10/5): - Clean and friendly staff
- Ben (8/5): -
- John (6/5): - Gym AC broken. Pool door broken, but nice otherwise.
- George (10/5): - clean room ; nice staff; good parking
- Rita (6/5): - It was nice enough, could use a refresh. Wet floor to the elevators from the pool with no "wet floor: signage, no complimentary water.
- Becky (8/5): - The room didn’t stay cold during the nite and the bathroom “ smelled” a lil. Not quite clean.
- Steve (10/5): - Nice place
- Marcus (10/5): - Very clean room
- Deborah (8/5): - Staff was extra helpful , both night check in & morning check out were pleasant & helpful.
- Marina (8/5): Very nice, clean, comfortable place to stay! - Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing we found off was the sliding door to the restroom was awkward and didn’t lock. Otherwise, the room and amenities were superb!
- fabiola (10/5): - Clean room, excellent staff service, the breakfast was delicious! The hotel complex felt safe!
- George (10/5): - very nice place so close to freeway and mc donalds and corral restaurant but pool broken so that needs to be fixed.
- Regina (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Tracie (10/5): - Very accomodating for last minute j
- EDWARD (10/5): - They lady working that checked us in was awesome and so friendly!!

- Antonio (8/5): -
- Emilio (10/5): - Todo excelente .
Gracias
- Samuel (10/5): - Best value
- Marc (2/5): - I needed to check out 1 day early. I was not given the opportunity to check out 1 day early because I booked thru Expedia. I called Expedia to help. They said it is up to the hotel management to let us checkout 1 day early. The hotel management said no. Even when I spoke to a manager she still said no. I will no longer stay with them, even though I am a Hilton Honors member. Their attitude was cold and unfriendly.
- Ricki (6/5): - The bathroom mirror in the 3rd floor disabled room is too high and unable to see rom q wlker or wheelchair. Needs to be lower. More counter space is needed in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Bedspread is very heavy. A firmer pillow would be nice.
- Warren (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): - Great hotel
- Donna (10/5): Great for family - The staff were very professional, and friendly. Our room was very clean. We all went to swim in the pool and sit in the hot tub. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with many options.
- Bryttnie (8/5): - This place was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was not the best and was the same thing everyday. The beds was firm. But overall a very nice facility.
