- Dang Julia (10/5): Greatly satisfied - The room was very big and comfortable with a huge bathroom and good AC. Close to malls, 7-eleven, and a (very good rate) money exchange stall in the plaza beside 7-eleven. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room has a mini fridge which was a big plus for me, also has a locker and cups. Overall, a veryyyyyy nice, clean and comfortable experience!

Le personnel était exécrable, le responsable du soir est une honte pour les métiers de l’hôtellerie. Il parle mal aux clients, répond uniquement par non à la moindre question et passe sont temps à dormir dans le canapé. La propreté est catastrophique, cafards mort partout dans la chambre à l’arrivée. Les équipements sont cassé ou très sales. À fuir.

- Madeleine (6/5): - Die Unterkunft verfügte über eine Klimaanlage und einem Wasserservice, weshalb wir jeden Tag eine kleine Wasserflasche bekommen haben. Als wir an unserem ersten Tag eine Bettwanze entdeckten, handelte das Personal schnell und gab uns ein neues Zimmer, was sogar über ein eigenes Bad verfügte. Das Zimmer war nett. Das Hotel war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und sah absolut nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Außerdem war die Lage nicht optimal und es war auch nachts noch sehr laut. Zudem verunsicherte uns die Bettwanze an unserem ersten Tag in Thailand sehr.

- Matthieu (4/5): Pratique car c’est proche du centre. - Il est pas trop cher et situé à 30 min de marche du centre du central world Les 2 premières nuits notre carte ne marchaient pas. Il a fallu voir le personnel pour corriger cela. Lorsqu’on a demandé à nettoyer la chambre, les verres mis à disposition n’ont pas été nettoyé. À chaque nuit il y a avait énormément de bruit à 2-3h du matin. Je n’ai pas pu dormir à cause des gens qui arrivaient dans les chambre, qui faisaient du bruit en parlant très fort ou qui claquaient les portes.

- Mariela (9/5): Debes entrar a una calle para llegar al hotel - Muy buena ubicación aunque si no fuera por el Graf que tomamos y que él sabía que tenía que pedir un ticket para entrar al pasaje y luego timbrarlo en el Hotel para que no le cobraran el entrar al pasaje. No hubiéramos sabido cómo entrar a ese pasaje, cuando ya te ubicas y sabes que es entrando en ese pasaje es perfecto, hay muchos Seven Eleven, cerca, Masajes y lugares para comer, el baño era compartido, pero había un baño solo para hombres y otro solo para mujeres, siempre estaba limpios y con papel higiénico. Todos los días teníamos toallas, limpias y secas y nos dejaban cepillo de dientes, jabón y shampoo. El último día pudimos dejar las maletas, a pesar de haber hecho el check Out. La pieza era grande y nos dejaban una botella de agua todos los días. Tienen enchufe universal, es decir, no es necesario usar el Adaptador Hay lavandería muy cerca. La cama es dura muy duro para lo que estamos acostumbradas
- Tien-Kun (4/5): - Location is fine and near the airport One bed on the share room is directly under the air condition, since you need to open the air condition all the time otherwise the room ventilation is bad, so one person need to sleep directly face the air condition and the person get sick of course, getting cold.

No windows made it very depressing. Beds were extremely hard. I guess you cannot expect much for the price so it works just as a room to sleep in.

Room lights and power sockets were not working. Staff response was unprofessional—the receptionist said the lights were “just for show” and laughed. No proper solution was offered initially; an extension board was provided only after repeated requests. Asked to change the room due to these issues but was told to pay 5000 THB extra for one night, despite already paying 4000 THB for 3 nights. I was not requesting an upgrade, only a functional room. Cafeteria/terrace was not operational, and even warm water was unavailable. The hotel also failed to inform that cab pickup only requires a hotel stamp, causing unnecessary extra cost.

- Juan Eduardo (3/5): Sucio - Que no era tan caro Mucho ruido. Se escucha todo el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. No respetan el horario de silencio. La cama era súper incómoda. No dan sábanas. Sucio. Nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía aunque luego la cambiaron. El cubre cama estaba sucio y vimos en comentarios que a algunos clientes les cobraron por eso sin haberlo ensuciado. El personal no era del todo agradable

- Valérie (8/5): Idéal pour notre nuit de transit avant l’aéroport. - La proximité de plusieurs centre commerciaux et marché de nuit et du ARL- le tout accessible à pied en 10-15mins. La propreté des lieux ou même des sanitaires commun. Et la gentillesse du staff. D’ailleurs comme la chambre était prête on a pu check in avant l’heure et c’est sympa. Literie un peu dur.

Слышимость ужасная, ночью просыпались от шума за окном, разговоров в соседней комнате, от смывания в туалете на этаже выше Не дают пододеяльник на плед/одеяло. Ты накрываешься пледом, которым до тебя накрывалась 1000 человек.

- Udith (5/5): It has many short comings such as not enough drinking water and refrigerator was not working at all. - Although room was clean the refrigerator was not working and we didn't get the room we booked. We did book a family room with 02 double beds but insted we got a room with two bunk beds and lad very little space to mover around in the room

- Trang (10/5): - I was really surprised about the simple and clean room. Also I booked a superior king room, with a private bathroom, I had no idea how huge the bathroom was gonna be! Good budget hotel but doesn’t feel like it! I could walk to Pratunam market, and a bunch of shopping and food markets near by! That it wasn’t closer to a train station, but I honestly rode on back of motorcycles anyway haha
- Jakob10 (9/5): - The staff was very helpful and kind, and they speak good english. They also have a good gasteonomical advice. The room was very clean. Only thing but that's pwrsonal as well, is that the bed/ mattress was too hard for me!
