• Alexander (8/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage, bequemes Bett Wir waren in Januar in Beirut. Im Zimmer war es ziemlich kalt und man konnte die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren. Auf warmes Wasser musste man mehrere Minuten warten. Das Rooftop wird gar nicht genutzt. Es sieht ziemlich untergekommen und ungepflegt aus.

• Alican Kutlu (10/5): Comfortable, secure, quite. - Ms Sera, as a staff, was helpful, able to manage stress that foreigners would have in Beirut. I am grateful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I was indecisive booking in Beirut due to unsatisfactory check-in process. So, my check-in was delated for an hour in there. But it seems it is the normal of Beirut, and staff Ms. Sara coped with the situation kindly.

• Sai (10/5): The Best Hotel Experience Ever in Beirut! - This was honestly the BEST hotel stay I’ve ever had! The location was perfect and super safe — I had everything I needed right around me: pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, a shopping mall and the supermarket all 5mins away. It also happened to be my birthday and the team made it unforgettable! They surprised me with an upgrade to the top floor, which absolutely made my day. And a huge shoutout to Sally who went above & beyond for all my requests and to Fadi, Kanaan, Sameer, Kabalan, Sara, Rafi & everyone else at the hotel including the breakfast and cleaning staff — thank you for your kindness, your recommendations, your help and for making me feel so comfortable and happy 😊💛 The hotel has a spa and a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room ! They also have a great rooftop view with a pool and I managed to get up at 6am to watch the sunrise :) Royal Tulip Lebanon, you’ve set the bar VERY high! I cant wait to visit again Everything was perfect :)

Werd allemaal wel opgelost. Harde bedden. Lawaaierig door ramen die niet goed sloten en een drukke weg.

• Noor (3/5): Disappointing - I had to change my hotel ASAP after the disappointment faced. The reviews did not reflect the state of the place. Had I known I would not have booked! Examples of issues encountered are listed below: -The light fixture was broken and the handle was sticking out of the wall -There were cracks in the wall -The bathtub was dirty -Room service were rude -The room service tray was not picked up after I left it in the room -Unwelcoming lobby -Terrible location.

I even asked for a bigger room but was told the hotel was full even though it was weekend and the hotel was not full at all. Will not be recommending this hotel.
