Windowless room which can be a bit disconcerting at times; would be good if you wanted to sleep during the day. If you are on floor 6 you can hear the bowling alley below, which wasnt too much of an issue for us as we are heavy sleepers

- Laura Chiara (9/5): Perfekte Lage Busan City - - super schöne und moderne Zimmer - wir haben das Frühstück aufgrund der anderen Bewertungen weggelassen und das war eine gute Idee. Es gibt sooo viele tolle Cafés - super Lage, direkt in der Innenstadt, alles Fußläufig erreichbar - in Busan ist es super easy von A nach B zu kommen, wir sind einfach mit Uber gefahren. Uber ist in Südkorea recht günstig - U-Bahnstation aber auch gleich in der Nähe - die Bowlingbahn ist schon etwas lauter, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wollte es nur vermerken falls da jemand empfindlicher ist :)

- Hannah (9/5): - Die Lage war super, grade für Busan sehr zentral, auch die Ubahnstation fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war gut, die Betten bequem und alles war sauber. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön groß. Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber es wäre super, wenn es mehr Haken oder Garderoben in den Zimmern und im Badezimmer gäbe um Jacken, Bademäntel, etc. aufzuhängen. Ansonsten wirklich alles TOP!

Although it was big there was place to put towels or hang them , no hooks, no shelves . The shower was open to the toilet so if someone wanted to use the toilet or sink while you were in the shower it was A bit awkward.

- Bruna (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Busan - Ho soggiornato presso Arban Hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi dalla metro, perfetta per muoversi facilmente in città. La stanza era spaziosissima, cosa non sempre scontata, con letti molto comodi e una pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre, era dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante e senza pensieri. Per me è assolutamente top e lo consiglio senza esitazione!

Staff could have been a bit proactive by informing us during Check-in, about collecting things like Tea/coffee/Sugar etc from the reception.
- Ewa (10/5): Den Ausblick aus dem Hotelzimmer - ein Traum! - Das Arban Hotel in Busan befindet sich in einer sehr belebten, pulsierenden Gegend mit einer Nachbarschaft, bestehend aus vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufszentren und Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, sehr großzügig, und wir haben uns durchweg wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht aus unserem Hotelzimmer aus dem elften Stock war gigantisch und hat uns jeden Tag sehr erfreut!!! Ein Bad zu nehmen und den Blick zu genießen werden wir vermissen!!! Das Frühstück war eine Mischung aus koreanischen als auch westlichen Speisen und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Nur dass dabei der Frühstückskaffee aus Pappbechern getrunken werden musste, empfanden wir als nicht so schön. Vom Arban Hotel hatten wir die Möglichkeit, viele Highlights der Stadt anzufahren, welche wir mittels Taxi besucht haben. Das Taxi haben wir täglich am Empfang gebucht und es war sehr günstig und für uns als Familie die beste und bequemste Möglichkeit. Die Zimmer waren zwar sehr sauber und Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt, leider kollidierte der Reinigungsservice zweimal mit unserer Mittagspause, die wir auf unserem Hotelzimmer verbringen wollten (13-15 Uhr). Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden und es ist auch meckern auf hohem Niveau.
- Talya (9/5): בסהכ מיקום מנצח בלב העיניינים - מלון מצוין במרכז העניינים הכל ליד קרוב ונגיש המרחק הליכה של שניה. חדר גדול מעולה מיטה נוחה. מרחק מתחנת הרכבת 16 דק נסיעה במונית. מרחק לשדה תעופה ביום 25 דק במונית . רצינו פיצה ביקשנו שיזמינו לנו ושילמנו להם שירות על כך היה שווה. באחת הקומות יש עיסויים פתוח 24/7 מחיר סביר. ביקשנו להישאר עוד שעה במקום לפנות ב11:00 לפנות ב12:00 גבו לנו תשלום נוסף. רצינו לאכול ארוחת בוקר בתשלום עשינו סיבוב לא היה משהו.

- Simone Anja (9/5): Good place to stay and to explore Busan - The location is really good. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The metro station is within walking distance. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The rooftop garden is nice too, but we missed having a rooftop bar, and you couldn't see down from the garden very well because of the bushes. You can also store your luggage there.

- Werner (6/5): A very good option if you like to be in the middle of a busy area of the city. But we will explore other options - Property is in a very busy area with lots of nightlife and clubs. The staff was wonderful, helpful and polite We didn’t like the breakfast AT ALL. We stayed in much cheaper hotels in Korea, Seoul and Busan with a better selection of foods. Most of the time the hot breakfast (like potatoes, etc) was cold. No milk for the coffee, salt pots are empty and dusty. Beds were uncomfortable. Hard, which I like, but old and formed over the years.

- Anke (4/5): Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. - Die Zimmergrösse von Delux Doppelzimmer ist sehr grosszügig. Grosses Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. City Hotel mitten in einem sehr quirligen Essquartier, das vorallem von jungen Leuten besucht wird, entsprechend ist es lauter, wenn man das Fenster offen hat. Klimaanlage ist genau auf das Bett gerichtet und die Neigung konnte nicht verändert werden - daher offenes Fenster. Türe zur Dusche hat nicht richtig geschlossen. Wasserhahn beim Lavabo hat öfters weiterhin Wasser laufen lassen, obwohl bereits ausgeschaltet. Komische Flecken an der Decke. Alles bereits etwas älter und heruntergekommen. Nur eine Decke beim Doppelbett - eine zweite Decke kostet extra und wurde uns NIE gebracht :-( Lift klingelt sobald er auf der Etage ankommt und das hört man bis ins Zimmer :-(( Nur Self-Landry möglich, kein Service. Im Aufzug angeschrieben war: Massage Zentrum und Store Superdry - beides hat es im Gebäude nicht mehr gegeben. Irgendwie einfach alles enttäuschend.
