- Linh (1/5): - TRẢI NGHIỆM TỆ NHẤT TỪ TRƯỚC ĐẾN GIỜ – CẢNH BÁO MỌI NGƯỜI TRƯỚC KHI ĐẶT PHÒNG Mình đặt 1 phòng 3 đêm cho kỳ nghỉ thông qua Booking từ đầu tháng 3 và đã được xác nhận đầy đủ. Tuy nhiên đến ngày nhận phòng, ngay buổi sáng khách sạn bất ngờ liên hệ thông báo rằng 2 đêm sau đã hết phòng, trong khi đây hoàn toàn là lỗi từ phía khách sạn nhưng lại không hề đưa ra bất kỳ phương án xử lý nào. Điều khiến mình bức xúc hơn là thái độ làm việc cực kỳ thiếu chuyên nghiệp: không một lời xin lỗi, không hỗ trợ giải pháp, chỉ trả lời kiểu "KHÁCH SẠN ĐÃ THÔNG BÁO RỒI, NẾU KHÁCH HÀNG KHÔNG THÔNG CẢM ĐƯỢC THÌ THÔI”. Sau khi mình phản ứng vì cách làm việc vô lý này, phía khách sạn mới liên hệ lại qua Zalo và offer một homestay khác, nhưng địa điểm này quá xa, hoàn toàn không phù hợp với nhu cầu nên mình đã từ chối và chờ phương án hợp lý hơn. Tuy nhiên sau đó không còn bất kỳ sự hỗ trợ nào từ phía khách sạn, thậm chí nhân viên còn BLOCK luôn khách hàng sau khi bị từ chối phương án thay thế. Một trải nghiệm thực sự rất tệ: overbooking nhưng không nhận trách nhiệm, thái độ thiếu tôn trọng khách, xử lý kém và sẵn sàng cắt liên lạc khi không đạt được ý muốn. Mọi người nên cân nhắc kỹ trước khi đặt phòng để tránh gặp tình huống tương tự.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the team was especially helpful and welcoming throughout. There’s no lift, so getting up to the 4th floor with large luggage was a bit challenging—but for the price, it’s understandable and still worth it.

- AnnaLowthian (3/5): Good location, but very poor comfort and cleanliness - The location is good, just a short walk to the main tourist area with plenty of massage places nearby. The fridge in the room worked really well and even froze drinks, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues during my stay. The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke at night, and the smell didn’t go away even with the AC and fan on. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything — the only quiet time was between 1am and 6am, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and overall the room didn’t feel very clean and could do with a proper deep clean. The bathroom was also not in a good condition and really needed a proper clean. When using the shower, the whole bathroom gets soaked, and the towel rail is placed where the water reaches, so your towels get wet if you leave them there. There was no housekeeping during my stay, no TV, and no breakfast provided despite this being listed on Booking.com. There was also no water provided in the room. Communication was a bit difficult as only one member of staff seemed to speak English, and no recommendations or helpful information about Hue were offered.

Très bon rapport qualité prix Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30, et bien qu'ayant prévenu de notre arrivée tardive, la lumiere de la réception était éteinte et quelqu'un dormait sur un lit au milieu de la pièce avec de la musique. Nous avons finalement réussi a le réveiller pour checkin, mais celui ci ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais, et finit par nous écrire sur Google trad qu'ils n'ont plus de place pour nous cette nuit. Après une dizaine de minutes de négociation, et après lui avoir montré ma réservation booking, il nous a finalement donné une chambre. A noter qu'il na pas eteint sa musique tout du long de notre conversation. Étrange donc

- SMC Potorio (7/5): Acceptable. - The room is quite large, clean and fresh. Friendly and helpful staffs. Hot water ran out after 2 days. The amenities are not sufficient to be recognized as a 2-star hotel. The soundproofing in the room is not good; you can clearly hear sounds and voices from the hallway. So if you have noisy neighbor, it will be a bad experience. There's no parking space, so you have to park on the roadside in front of hotel. If it rains, the bike will get wet.

Super noisy from both external and internal sources (eg. Vietnamese guests who have no noise considerations regardless of the time, day or night.) Hard beds (7/10 on a hardness scale) No complimentary water and very basic complimentary toiletries (no proper soap or bath gel...just those useless sachets. Only stairs to access the levels.

- Hải (2/5): Thất vọng, mệt mỏi mà không có chỗ nghỉ như mong muốn - Phòng nghỉ chất lượng kém, gia đình đi chuyến xa đến tới nơi thì tối mà vào xem phòng tắm cả nhà ko ai dám tắm rửa, bẩn, thiết bị vệ sinh cũ kỹ, bồn rửa mặt còn rụng rời ra ko sửa chữa, ko có xà phòng đ hay sữa tắm, giấy vệ sinh ko có, xuống hỏi nhân viên thì báo hết cũng ko cũng cấp cho khách, làm tôi phải tự đi mua giấy vệ sinh. Gọi cho chủ khách sạn thì ko nghe máy, trước khi đến thì gọi điện đòi cọc tiền, ko đúng như trên booking tôi đặt là đến ks mới phải trả, nếu đến mà ks như này thì tôi đã ko ở rồi. Thất vọng vô cùng

Stanza molto ampia e completa di ogni cosa! Personale gentile e disponibile, abbiamo anche affittato lo scooter a un prezzo ragionevole! Consiglio il soggiorno qui se venite a Hue! Unica pecca l'assenza di un ascensore, avendo la stanza ai piani alti era faticoso fare tutte le scale ogni volta!

- Petr (2/5): - Nic Pokoje špinavé, polštáře a peřina špinavé (ani nechci vědět od čeho) . V pokojích šílená vlhkost. Personál měl oblibu v durianu který smrděl po celém hotelu. Při vrácení skútru požadovali o zaplacení 1 den navíc. Naštěstí jsem jim dokázal že se pletou.

- Kateryna (8/5): Budget friendly option with great location - Great location - walking distance to many cafes and bars, walking street. The ancient city and the promenade are also within walking distance (10 and 20-25 mins respectively). The room is simple - bed sheets were clean but weathered. For the price paid little to complain about, to be honest. The walls are thin so it gets noisy. There is noise from the street and you can hear everything that happens on the staircase. Not recommended for light sleepers but we didn't have any problems to sleep - the noise also dies down during the night.

My room was beautifully presented and had all the bits and pieces I could possibly need. Breakfast with that river view was the perfect start to each day — calm, charming, and thoroughly enjoyable.

- Elmo (10/5): - This place has a real chilled vibe for solo travellers — right on the river and the rooftop bar has cracking views. The staff were absolute legends helping me sort bike hire. Only gripe was the in-room WiFi — a bit dodgy, which made planning the next day a pain. Still, I’d definitely come back.

- Marina (8/5): Por el precio y la ubicación no se puede pedir más - Alojamiento céntrico con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Nos dejaron hacer el check in de madrugada por que llegamos con un sleep bus. Para lo que necesitábamos no podíamos pedir nada mejor. Los dueños no hablan mucho inglés pero están con el traductor todo bien y estaban dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos. Lo único malo es que no tiene ascensor.

- Dinh Nguyen (9/5): Phù hợp với giá tiền - Nhân viên hiền lành, thân thiện, luôn cố gắng giúp đỡ và hỗ trợ khách hàng. Giá thành rẻ, hợp lý, phù hợp với mọi khung chi trả của khách hàng. Chất lượng phòng và trang thiết bị không như mong đợi nhưng so với giá thành thì rất ok. Có lẽ đó cũng chỉ là ý kiến chủ quan của tôi khi thường xuyên nghỉ tại các khách sạn cao cấp, được đặt nhiều kỳ vọng.

- Nils (5/5): - Zimmer war direkt im Zentrum Super hellhörig und wenn man dann noch gegenüber so Gäste hat die um 1 Uhr morgens Türen Knallen und gefühlt mit 6 Leuten in einem Zimmer wohnen und alle 5 Minuten rein und raus laufen müssen und die Türe dabei knallen müssen. Hat man leider keine Chance auf schlafen. Ab 6 Uhr morgen ging es wieder los.... Die Rezeption sagt nur sorry sorry und das wars.
