Heian (4/5): - Tôi có nhận phòng buổi chiều 8/5/2026 ( khoảng 16h, khi tôi bước vào khách sạn có hai cậu lễ tân nam đứng trong quầy, tôi có hỏi để check in phòng, có cậu bên trong gửi khoá. Và ... Tôi có bế e bé gần 2 tuổi, trong người tôi có rất nhiều hành lý, không được một câu đề xuất hỗ trợ giúp đỡ về hành lý lên phòng( home có thể xem , nghe lại cam) ko có nhân viên lên hướng dẫn cách sử dụng các tiện ích trong phòng. Tôi chủ động bước vào thang máy, khi không bấm được tôi lại bế con và hành lý ra nhờ một cậu vào. Và vẫn không có ý kiến gì về việc hỗ trợ khách Tôi không đánh giá cao về ấn tượng ban đầu. Nhưng hôm sau tôi cảm nhận ấm áp hơn, có sự nhạy bén từ 1 nhân viên nữ khi check out, bạn ấy hỗ trợ đồ ra tận xe ở sảnh, rất tươi cười và nhiệt tình. Tôi sẽ không quay lại ksan và sẽ không giới thiệu bạn bè của tôi.

Venkateshh (6/5): Good stay at Novotel - Good part is Breakfast as there are many options, but less Indian cusine. Property is at a quiet place. Cleanliness was perfect . The room layout is a bit unusual — the toilet and shower areas have curtains and there are no locks. The toilet and shower are in separate spaces. The water isn’t very hot. The location is quite far from the Old Quarter, so if you enjoy being close to that area, this isn’t the best choice for you.

Nguyen (7/5): Decent stay but there are rooms for improvement. - Location is perfect for the trip, plenty good restaurants and convenient store in walking distance. Large room and comfortable bed. Complimented shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturiser with good quality. Laundry rooms are available. Only 2 small bottles of water for a suite room. Weird room layout, such as toilet facing directly your bed side, a bit lack of privacy so that you will have to pull curtain down. Tea/coffee/water tray, cups and kettle were placed right in front of the toilet when we checked in, so we moved them to the kitchen counter for more comfortable use. The laundry rooms are at 4th and 6th floor, but we could only access the 4th one. Recommend to check the dryer filter before use. Room price was quite high (~3million VND per night) however breakfast is not included.

The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old. Laundry and kitchenette available. Poolside and gym are a great way to relax unwind from the hectic tourist trail. Staff are very obliging - helpful.

Room is clean and housekeeping does a good job maintaining that level of cleanliness every day. Good breakfast spread and service is once again good. Lunch at the cafe and dinner at the rooftop bar is so-so. There are better options away from the hotel that is cheaper and of better quality.

Nasser (5/5): Passable - Nothing I have a confirmation letter of my reservation with breakfast included and once i checked in they said to me that there is mistake of reservation department the value of money you spent is not with breakfast. How ? I already paid before two month of my stay check in and once i checked in they say the same. Disappointed at all and never book again

Indrajeet (7/5): Poor customer service, great facility, not so good location for visitors, excellent breakfast - Clean facility with good amenities. Good breakfast. The room was not ready for check-in till 4 pm, but no consideration was given. We were there at 3:30pm and they told us it will take some time to get our room ready as earlier guests stayed late. We had two rooms required next to each other. They indicated we will have them next to each other but in reality it was on otherside of the corridor. We made booking 2-3 months in advance.

Rooftop restaurant's outdo.or terrace is good for evening drink and dinner. Drinking water kept in rooms 2 Glass bottles per 24 hours is not enough A bit less/limited options at Breakfast and Restaurants for Vegetarian people.
