- Naomi (4/5): 残念 - チェックインの時のスタッフの方の対応は良かった 夜中2時くらいまで騒がれていた団体？の方がいらして、その後外で話したり笑ったりと３時過ぎまで続いた。寝不足。チェックインの時に「受験の方が何人かいらっしゃいます」と言われていたので対応してもらえるのかと思っていた。フロントに電話しようかとも思ったが、分かってあるからと期待してしまった。団体の方もお客様だとは思うが、夜中３時頃は常識を超えている。それだけが残念でした。

- René (9/5): - I booked the tatami room with a view and it was fantastic. The view is outstanding, the beanbags and tatami mats are cozy, and the beds are super soft and comfortable. The aircon is somewhat loud, but it does keep the room at a very pleasant temperature and prevents the windows from developing condensation. The bath and toilet are well maintained too. If you want an even greater view of the city, you can easily hike mount Inasa from the hotel, and I strongly urge you to do so. One negative though. The laundry facilities require that you bring your own detergent, and I cannot imagine many travellers do so. As such, I suggest you plan your laundry schedule around this. Had I known this beforehand, I would have made sure to handle my laundry at the hotel prior to heading to Nagasaki. Still, a minor issue, and an overall great hotel to stay at. As Nagasaki city is small, I recommend hiking some of the nearby mountains for different views over the city. Everything is well within walking distance.

- Joseph (9/5): Family visit to Nagasaki - The hotel has fantastic views of Nagasaki's skyline and a very friendly staff. Our room had traditional tatami flooring with modern conveniences and plenty of room for all four of us. The on-site public bath was a nice bonus. The hotel is a bit far from downtown Nagasaki, so one needs to use the buses, hire a taxi, or bring a rental car to visit any of the major attractions. Unlike many Japanese tourist hotels, virtually all communications and signage are in Japanese only.

- John (10/5): Beautiful rooms that are spacious, must stay. - Magnificent and beautifully appointed rooms, great location with next door popular takoyaki and onomiyaki business. Great for walking with hilly environment. Staff were great. Breakfast options are outdated and needs revamping.

- Nina (10/5): - We had a tatami family room with view over Nagasaki. We loved hearing the cicadas sing outdoors and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was japanese with a few European options, which we didn't mind (the curry was amazing) but might be a consideration for picky eaters. We've been touring Japan for 4 weeks and these beds were by far the most comfortable.

- Pol (7/5): - Een prachtig uitzicht over Nagasaki. Werkelijk schitterend. De locatie was niet zo goed. Verwijderd van het centrum en het station met een matige bus verbinding. Uber bood uitkomst.
- Ruby (9/5): - I loved the view of the hotel and the tatami mats. The staff were very understanding of my poor japanese too. Thank you. There's not much to say, I just wished they had a separate onsen with cooler water because the water was too hot but it was still delightful.
- Nick (7/5): Nice hotel but a bit out the way - Nice enough hotel, but it’s up a very big hill and it’s a 20 minute walk to the nearest shop/amenities. There’s a bus stop right outside and the bus runs every 30 mins in and out of town, costs 160 yen.

- Berniak79 (4/5): Disappointing - We had a really nice large room with an amazing view over the city's panorama. The room was a modern one, tidy and comfortable. The hotel itslef has seen better times and did not reflect the same as our room did. Rather old, stuck somewhere in the 70' 80's style. The elevator didn't have moving sensors and the lift door was closing within couple of seconds slaming on someone - very inconvieniet but also dangerous. Our first encounter with the staff was not of a good experience, they wanted us to give them our car keys staiting that this is the hotel's rule. This seemed for us awkward, out of the place and violated privacy, so we have refused. Only when seeing we are not easy the Manager told the staff to let go. The food was served in a form of a ready meals which was not convenient for us. We were basicaly served food to which not everything was of a good taste for us. There was also way too much of it. The banquet room was an awkward place which gave a feeling of Comunistic China with classic music in the bacground. The tablecloths had multiple wholes and curtains had massive stains.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 安さ重視には良いホテル - 大学生のサークルが合宿に利用するレベルのホテル。温水洗浄便座はあるが、使うのに「こつ」があるらしく、(説明は貼られていたが)私は使いこなせなかった。部屋は広かったが、一部、田舎の民宿並みの古畳みが使われている。冷蔵庫はあまり冷えず、夜中はコンプレッサーの音がうるさく、止めて寝た。駐車場に入る直前の通路は狭く、急な登り坂なので、大きな車&運転に不慣れな人は、覚悟が必要。

- YA WEN (2/5): 非常差的入住經驗，直接被更換入住的飯店 - 長崎天空飯店(SKY)跟(BLUE SKY)是兩間連在一起的飯店。入住時SKY的前台沒有人，我們走到另一端的BLUE SKY櫃台辦理入住。這時候才被通知說，今晚我們無法入住飯店，請我們到另外一間也是他們旗下的另一家飯店(長崎飯店)入住，需要再開20分鐘的車程才能抵達。 我很不高興的是我選擇這個飯店是因為他的飯店位置在稻佐山觀景台附近，而且飯店位置也是可以看到夜景的，結果就這樣我被換到完全是反方向的飯店，雖然也有夜景，但那不是我本來要的。 我認為飯店可以提前發信給我，而不是我入住時才臨時告知，今天如果我不是自行開車，我要如何到另外一家飯店，何況我還帶著小孩。這次的入住經驗非常的差，我認為hotels.com應該不要再跟這間飯店合作。
- Verified traveler (6/5): 좋은 야경을 먼지와 함께 - 가격에 비해 엄청 넓습니다. 야경을 바라볼 수 있어서 좋고 옥상으로 올라가시면 나가사키의 야경을 보실 수 있습니다. 다다미로 된 방이라서 먼지가 많고 이불이 낡았습니다. 낡은 이불과 먼지만 어떻게 한다면 좋을 방입니다. 일단 일본 호텔치고 넓어서 좁은 공간으로 인한 스트레스는 받지 않습니다.
- 4人のママ (8/5): 夜景のキレイなホテル - 夜になると部屋からの夜景が綺麗で、その夜景を見ながらお酒がすごく美味しかったです。部屋も広く5人で泊まっても全然広い部屋で子供が大はしゃぎでした。ただ大浴場が少し古く残念に思ったくらいで、従業員も愛想よく旅の思い出になりました！

As a Westerner, even the toliet was too small and also slightly leaky. Tough to shower. Could hear other rooms, especially upstairs. Staff were great as usual, though.
