• Brian (8/5): - Ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. We were only in the apartment from late evening until morning, exploring the nearby area during the day. A couple of negatives for our economy room which was on the ground floor with tables right outside our closed window. It was noisy at night and the tables outside our window were in constant use and the curtains were see through as we could see people sitting at the tables do privacy and soundproofing was not great. The television did not work either, however overall it was still good value for money.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Bed Bugs - Bedbugs. They said they took care of bedbugs but it bit my friend and bedbugs were seen walking around in the bed. Not clean. Could not reach the hotel representative by phone multiple times. We were supposed to stay for 3 night but left early morning after first night and were not refunded for the rest of the nights.

• Ariana (2/5): - After two nights of staying in this hotel, we found out they have bed bugs. My boyfriend was badly bitten by bed bugs at night. I saw a few reviews that the hotel has been cleaned and that they have taken the necessary measures to get rid of them but it’s not true. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, if you already have a reservation, CANCEL IT! It’s not worth it, even if they have a nice location and good price for the rooms, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Only took a star off because there was no water for a shower in the morning, not just no hot water but no water from taps. Unfortunate when 40 degrees C outside. Aircon was also good in the room too.

• Baris (10/5): - The hotel was surprisingly quiet, although it’s located in the center of the old town. Nice stone building, smells nice, good price.
• John (6/5): Unconcerned. - The hotel has a perfect location in the old town, the rooms are small but serviceable. I paid for 4 days but left after 3. My bed was 3m from and 1m below a restaurant table on the street separated by a double window and a curtain. The restaurant and street noise was extreme. I reserved a room with a queen bed (I'm a big guy) but got a room with twin beds, they promised night 1 and 2 to fix it. On day 3 they pushed them together but otherwise left them the same. In all aspects the staff was unconcerned. I wanted a bottle of water but had to go twice to the restaurant asking for it to finally get it.
• Julian (10/5): Beautiful cheap hotel in heart of old town!! - Fantastic little hotel with beautiful old style room in the heart of old town!! Very cheap, very clean and definitely very friendly place to stay. Manager absolutely fantastic looking after us. Definitely will stay here again.

• Shubham (8/5): Best Hotel in the City Centre. - The WiFi was not working in our rooms. Apart from that the Room is perfect, clean and the staff is very friendly. It’s is also located in the old town which makes it very convenient to travel around the city centre.
• Roshan (6/5): Bra beliggenhet, et fuktig gammelt hotell - Bra beliggenhet. Ligger i gamlebyen. Restauranter over alt. Fin frokost inkludert i oppholdet. Selve hotellet er gammel og slitt. Rommet luktet fukt eller lignende. Toalettet var i rent i det hele tatt og var fuktig. Det en god del lyd fra utsiden til sent på kvelden. Anbefaler for kortere opphold.

Biz akşam yemeği için arkadaşlarımızın rezervasyon yaptığı yere gitme durumunda kaldık ama bir daha kalırsak otelin kendi pizzacısında yemeğe karar verdik çünkü çevreden çok methini duyduk. Fiyat kalite olarak çok iyi.

I recommend the second floor, the rooms a larger and quieter. Staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Fuerzon and Kadir.

• Carla (10/5): Exceeded expectations - This was a great stay. Comfortable bed. Appealing room and very accommodating with the couple of requests we had. The free breakfast included was quite good and the lunch we had there was even better and prices were more than reasonable. And it was in a great location in the old town.

• Paul (10/5): Nice Stay. - Stayed a couple of nights and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and a bonus of 10% off at the restaurant for guests. We ate there twice and the food and portions were good. Get one cheesecake between two! Two oldies in December found it quiet and comfortable, it might not be so quiet in the summer.

• Bilge (4/5): Was not as expected. - They did not keep the room we booked which was a four beds room (we checked in a bit late but i called the hotel to ask if thats ok and they said yes). Instead of giving us an extra room they put a third bed in the room which was not comfortable at all. The receptionist was respectful and helped to find a solution, the rooms were ok, nice decoration and clean.

Transportation to everywhere was easy. The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. But there was no closet in the room to put our clothes. The hair dryer and refrigerator were not working. The air conditioner was not working at first, but they fixed it. There were no disposable slippers either. But overall it was clean and we were satisfied.

• Dean (6/5): Noisy. Don't stay in the economy room - The economy room in the ground floor is tiny with no windows. The walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations from guests in the rooms upstairs and in the corridor area. We found three dead cockroaches on the floor in the room.

• mehmet (6/5): - Sevdiğimiz bir oteldi ve özel bir organizasyonumuz sonrası bilerek bu oteli seçmiştik ancak bir yanlışlık nedeniyle bizi başka bir otele yönlendirdiler ancak yönlendirdikleri otelin odası oldukça küçüktü ve etrafında çok gürültü vardı. Maalesef memnun kalamadık.

It is cozy, and staff is beyond friendly and helpful, we felt safe with our daughter in a separate room from us. The hotel is 10 mins from Mermerli beach, shopping center and a bunch of restaurants right at your door step. Would come back again with my family soon, hopefully next year.

• Tugay (10/5): MÜKEMMEL ÖTESİ - Otele geldiğimizde ( uçağımız erken geldiği için normal şartlarda öğlen 14.00 de girmemiz gereken otele) sabah 9.30 da uğrayıp en azından bavullarımızı bırakalım dedik ama odamız hazırmış erkenden hemen odamıza aldılar ve kahvaltı saati bitmediği için hakkımız olmadığı halde hemen kahvaltı ikram edebileceklerini söylediler. Karşılanmamız mükemmeldi. Özellikle Mert Beye ve Nezahat hanıma her türlü yardımlarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Otelimiz kale içinde çok güzel bir konumdaydı. Dışarıda kafeler dolu olmasına rağmen odamız gayet sessizdi. Çarşaflarımız, havlularımız çok temizdi. Sabah kahvaltımız harikaydı. 4x4 lük diyebilirim. Otel kaleiçinde çok iyi konumda olduğundan her yere yürüterek gidebildik. Havaalanından otele, otelden havaalanına tranvay ile kolayca ulaştık. Tekrar Antalya'ya geldiğimizde tetcihimiz kesinlikle burası olacak.

• Tugba (8/5): - Hülya hanım ve diğer çalışan arkadaşların güleryüzlü ve ilgili oluşu için teşekkür ederiz. Otel Kaleiçinde tarihi dokusu olan bir bina bar ve restoranlar sokağında ama gürültü olmadı. Tv çalışmadı ama 1 gece konakladığımız için önemsemedik. Çok güzel bir kahvaltı vardı.
• Aisha (10/5): - This was located in the Old Town, parking, driving in that area is very difficult (parking was not possible). You have to park about a 8 minute walk away. But it was a great hotel. Old Town is amazing and there are so many places to eat and shop.

• Sabina (2/5): - The girl that worked in this hotel was more then rude.When tried to talk to her she said no English .Without any explanation she was pushing me to sign visa receipt, which I signed because she was pushy. When they showed the room where we needed to stay I almost had a panic attack because the room has very very small window, I felt I was like in tunnel.I didn’t feel comfortable to stay in that room I asked the room with normal size of the window .They called someone who speaks English he said I have to pay if I want the room with windows . On the internet the price for the room was the same as the one I paid for. I tried to show them on the internet the price they didn’t want to look at it.I was was very disappointed with their behaviour and ended up crying.At the end they told me you have three choices: to stay in this room; to pay more to have better room or we will give you money. I gave them visa card and told them I want money back. They just ignored me.I came back tomorrow asking them why they didn’t accept my card , they told me that they cannot refund me today as the offer was for yesterday . They advised that Expedia, told them: “we heard your and her(mine) story we don’t know what happened, do not pay her(me) .”I contacted Expedia and they told me that they are still waiting for response from the hotel. I paid hotel room that I didn’t stay in. That was on Oct 4,2023 and I still have not received any response from them. Instead to enjoy my vacation I had this …

Masse restauranter rett utenfor hotell døra. Litt biltrafikk utenfor, så med små barn er ikke å anbefale. Alt i alt perfekt for meg, jeg booker der igjen 😊

• Jarmo (10/5): Famous Pizza - Mycket bra Hotel. Jag stannade 4 dagar men hade lust att stanna 1 månad. Ett av dom 3 bästa Hotellen jag har bott på ock jag har rest mycket. Ett stort plus är Mr Franco's Pizzor. Du hittar bara bättre i Italien. Jag kommer med glädje rekommendera Famous Family House till mina vänner och bekanta...höll på att glömma tacka den mycket trevliga Personalen !
• Martin (4/5): - We were checked into the wrong room! And this was smaller than the one booked! This room seemed much older and less modern than the one booked and was dirty. As we had arranged a trip and had to be out within 5-10 minutes to make our connection, we decided to deal with the problems on our return. When we communicated our displeasure to the manger he was helpful and said he will try and get the room booked for the next day. At this time I was informed that we could have our drinks and meal free of charge! At this point we were having a drink after our tour and resting. Later we had a meal and 2 drinks and retired to bed as we had a tour booked for the next day at 9.00 am. As we got ready for bed the manager came to the door and tried to insist on payment for our meal & drinks. When I challenged him on this. He told me he only meant what we were having at the time, before our evening meal? I was later informed the owner said the drinks & meal would not be charged for. The next day we had a trip booked for 9.00 am breakfast only started at 8.30 am which left little time as it was served even later we could not eat our breakfast & had to leave. On our return from our trip we were informed that the original was ready to see. However we were to tired to contemplate moving, so decided to stay were we were.
• Marilyn (4/5): - We stayed in room 402 in August 30th 2023 for 4 nights. There was a dead coachroach on entering the premises. The room was a quite small for 4 people. We were shown to our room and then there was absolutely no service. I got extra toilet paper from the restaurant attached to the hotel. No one came to clean the room and the garbage kept piling up despite my request to have the room cleaned. We ate breakfast once. It was average, but you can only eat breakfast when the restaurant is open. If you need breakfast at 7am for example, you would be out of luck. The fellow at the reception was friendly but didnt know much about anything as he was new and he was rarely there. There is no lobby area, so when you are tired of your room, there is no place to go outside the room. The hallways were also dimly lit. The lighting was really inadequate. This hotel really need an upgrade. We were fooled by the image on expedia which did not reflect the aged hotel it is. A difficult experience on the whole. To my surprise, there were many other places in the neighbourhood with the same price and with so much more facilities.
• Djenane jacqueline Ribeiro (6/5): - The property is nice however the facilities could use with an refurbishment. The room we stayed the toilet was not so pleasant and during the whole stay there was no room cleaning. Overall nice place to stay close to all amenities
• Winston (6/5): - Property needs an upgrade. Breakfast was supposedly at 8am. It was moved to 8.30am. Yet when we sat down to dine at 8.30am, we were told that the kitchen staff wouldn't be in until 9am. We had tours booked so for the three days we were there, we weren't able to avail any breakfast at all because of the above reason. Aside from that, there was often no one in reception when we needed something.
• Anabella (2/5): - I will like to people know about this Hotel, please be aware of the rooms are terrible smell from the bathrooms , poor condition , nothing like the pictures show is a big Scam , I can’t understand other people live a good reviews maybe they don’t know what is a decent hotel for the value , is cheap prices but we been in cheap hotels but decent , this is cheap and contaminated by mold , the bathroom door was broken so as soon as open and close the glass door is felt on top of my feet I went to the emergency to have medical assistant , the door was roten & discomposing wood , no windows , very poor condition , we ending booked another hotel Kiana KALEICi is just around the corner almost same price $20 more and was so beautiful place all renovated I fully recommended Wen we arrive late at night the reception smell like a someone dead inside so hot , the guys was sleeping in the couch all was so disgusting , I can’t believe people stay in that place !!! We living next morning at Kiana kaleici hotel , and I didn’t expect any refund just I want people know and I don’t want others have our bad experience !!!! The place need to be close & renovate all , is a very bad experience I will let all the real pictures from this place take a pic Expedia not even take any action on this situation !!! But again I don’t expect refund coming from this type of people running such a terrible place !!!!
• Masoume (2/5): - The hotel location is great, but the rooms and service are subpar. We were given a small room with a tiny window. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom smelled moldy. The shower door was so rusty that I had to lift it up to open and close it! The towels were old and scratchy, so I ended up using my own swimming towels. The bed sheets were also threadbare, and you could see holes in them. After one night, we asked for a better room. The new room was only slightly better. The service was also very poor. The staff was distracted and inattentive. It took them over an hour to bring us breakfast one morning, even though we were sitting outside in the hot sun waiting. It's a shame that this hotel, which has such a great location, is so poorly managed. The rooms are definitely not worth the price we paid. The hotel should invest in new sheets and towels, upgrade its bathrooms, and hire/train better staff. I hope that the hotel will take my feedback into consideration and make some improvements. With a little effort, this hotel could be a great place to stay.
