• Muteber (8/5): Brugge - Kaldığım gece sanırım yılın en sıcak gecesiydi. Odada sadece vantilatör olduğu için camı açtım ve biraz sivrisineklerle savaştım. Konumu tren garına 5 dakika merkeze yürüyerek 15 dakika. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Karşı odayla tuvalet banyo ortak o yüzden tam bir otel konforu sağlamıyor. Fiyat performans dengesi iyi
• Verified traveler (4/5): Kan ikke anbefales! - Man burde ikke kunne kalde dette for et hotel, men nærmere et hostel. Bygningen var faldefærdig og det stank af mug alle vegne. Det kræsede i halsen pga. lugten og derfor umuligt at sove, selv med åbent vindue. Sengetøjet lugtede forfærdeligt, var fugtigt, guligt samt plettet. Der var fælles toilet og bad, som var meget beskidt og kun håndvask inde på soveværelset. Mandag og tirsdag, var alt lukket og ingen mennesker man kunne kontakte. Man skulle ind af en meget beskidt kælder. Det eneste positive var morgenmaden, som blev serveret i restauranten, men selv her klistrede bordene og det var ikke særlig rent. ALT VAR MEGET BESKRIDT og dyrt i forhold til tilstanden.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - My favorite part was the breakfast (hot baguettes, tea/coffee, cheeses and meats) and the fact that it was so close to the station, which was perfect for the trip. The staff was nice, though I was kept waiting during check in while they served restaurant guests, even though I was standing there with all my luggage awkwardly. Main issue was the cleanliness — floors were dirty and the bed comforter had stains and a dead bug on it.
• Delia (6/5): - Das Hotel ist reizend und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Man ist ruckzuck un der Stadt. Allerdings ist vermutlich durch das Alter die Dämmung recht schlecht und die sanitären Anlagen eher mäßig.
• THOMAS (6/5): Not a honeymoon hotel. - Inexpensive hotel so my hopes low. Room decore was poor. Broken or detatched fixtures, electric extension leads. A handyman/decorator could fix most. Bed good and clean. Toilet n shower in hall was a surprise. Access to rooms poor via bins etc. Staff good but too few. Restaurant v popular.
• Olena (4/5): - There are no washroom in the rooms. They have one washroom in corridor for 4 rooms. It was unexpected. Room was clean. Coffee, cream and kettle, TV and hairdryer are there. We had a breakfast included in accomodation price. But the price for very busy tourist area is OK.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Overall great for the price - Overall very good experience. Close to the train station and just a little walk from the city center, and therefore quieter than being right in the middle of touristic areas. The only thing to point out is the "off business hours access" through a back door which is dark and humid and a bit difficult to find. (as long as you arrive in their business hours, the helpful staff will explain where and how to access it)

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff we're exceptionally helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate and help us. Getting in special bread for me and allowing us on the day of departure, to leave our car in the hotel carpark until we wanted to leave. The hotel itself is tired, but lends a certain charm to it. The room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Kettle mugs and as much tea, coffee and milk as required. The room smelt of mould and stale, we think from the ensuite bathroom which has no ventilation. The bathroom needed deep cleaning with lumps of dust everywhere. The towels were clean but old and threadbare. The power socket in the bathroom was old and we were worried about using it. The bedside lamp was broken and dangerous to use. If the hotel were to update this place would be awesome. If you don't mind the faults above then its a great place to stay. Very easy to drive to.

• gerard (6/5): Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding goed - Wat tegen viel is het proberen om een reservering vast te leggen voor het eten terwijl we nog geen half uur binnen waren. Toen we later op de avond vroegen of we wat konden drinken kregen we te horen dat het een restaurant was en er niet alleen gedronken kon worden. Ontbijt was top met een hele leuke serveerster. Tip; Drink gezellig wat bij praathuis 100 meter verder op..
• Pierre (6/5): - Locatie prima, door lokaal evenement helaas vrijwel niet te bereiken. Maakt een gedateerde indruk. De kamer die we hadden was nogal spartaans. Een defecte stoel, een niet-defecte maar weinig comfortabele stoel, een defecte handdouche (moest je zelf vasthouden) met lastig te regelen temperatuur, veel zwarte (kit)randen, geen comfortabel bed, geen deur tussen bad/toilet en kamer. Service in orde. Sober, maar prima ontbijt. Rustige omgeving ondanks ligging nabij de rondweg.

• Kirsten (6/5): Hotel aan rand van het centrum - Hotel aan de rand van het centrum van Brugge. Het hotel is wat gedateerd en heel gehorig. Het keukenpersoneel werkt tot 12 uur wat in de hotelkamer te horen is. Hotelkamer had een douche en wc, echter was er geen deur tussen de douche en de slaapkamer. Wanneer iemand op de wc zat, zat je er dus praktisch naast in je hotelkamer.
• Nathan (8/5): Convenient location to explore - We stayed 3 nights and can't fault the hotel. The room was cleaned and fresh coffee etc everyday with all towels and soaps etc provided. Breakfast was a traditional continental that was lovely with fresh bread/croissants and selection of cheeses/conserves. The hotel served us a very good base for three days exploring brugge, whilst it is by no means the ritz the staff were perfectly helpful and romantic pleasant - would recommend and would stay again. :)

• Jessica (6/5): Niet erg serieus - De aankomst was zeer teleurstellend, er was iets mis gegaan met de betaling.Ik had vooraf betaald met Visa en op één of andere manier is die betaling niet goed gegaan, terwijl ik wel telefonisch van Expedia te horen kreeg dat alles in orde was. Mijn dochter kwam logeren met 3 vrienden en vroegen of dit het hotel was waar ze moesten zijn en eerst werd nee gezegd ze bleken wel bij het juiste hotel te zijn. Mijn dochter heeft toen nogmaals betaald. de volgende dag heb ik uitgezocht en bleek dat er idd geen geld van de visa was gehaald, ondertussen moest ik wel de kaart blokkeren. Ik heb de dag erna 2 x het hotel aan de lijn gehad( en Visa en de bank) , deze keer werd ik zeer vriendelijke te woord gestaan. en ook werden mijn dochter en de 3 vrienden zeer netjes behandeld, ze mochten later uitchecken dan normaal en ondanks het late opstaan en dat het ontbijt al klaar was, kregen ze toch ontbijt en werd het zelfs voor de deur gezet. TOP! De hotel kamer was netjes, schoon en genoeg ruimte, bedden waren goed. en al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

• Lyudmila (10/5): Сказочный отель - Отель очень понравился, как и безумно город в целом. Находится в самом удобном районе-3 минуты от ж/д вокзала и 5 мин до центра города. В номере было все, что нужно, завтрак подали не смотря, что очень рано уезжала. Персонал очень милый, отель комфортный и даже очень по всем параметрам. В номере была также посуда и чайник с кофе и чаем. В общем я рекомендую всем, это был один из самых запоминающихся и приятнейших дней моего турне по Бельгии! Спасибо

• Wenche-Beate (8/5): Family trip in Bruge - Hotel only 5 minutes from train station but within walking distance of city centre. The family room for 4 was small but adequate. We shared bathroom but this was not a problem. Breakfast was really good with plenty of food.
• maria (8/5): Nice, good location - Nice house-hotel, you enter the restaurant and you go up to your room, you have to share the bathroom, but nothing complicated, very easy. Excellent breakfast, very nice and stylish. We love it.
• Mariana (6/5): Great little place - We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station as we had an early train departure, but the hotel is also really close to the city center. It is a charming building, and our room was small, but had a private bathroom. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was very good. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant seemed like a really great place, as it was filled with locals. Beware of the carnival that takes place just a few steps from the hotel in May as it is loud and obnoxious.

• Deborah (10/5): Good location & friendly - We stayed in a family room on the top floor - 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Great location and very friendly and welcoming staff. Car parking was available on site, and there was a children's playground at the back of the property. Breakfast was good, standard continental with freshly baked breads. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was great, although a little rich for our kids' palates. Our room was quiet, we heard no noise from outside or downstairs. There were shared toilet and shower rooms on our floor, and on the floor downstairs there was a shared bath/toilet. The condition of the room was outdated in places - the coat hook fell off the wall as soon as we put our coats on them, and a shelf in the cupboard was missing a holder so that it fell down if you weren't careful to balance the load. The TV appeared to be analogue and had poor reception for some channels. Overall though the room was clean and gave us a good night's sleep. We would definitely book this hotel again the next time we visit Bruges.
• Loraine (8/5): - Very easy to get to and had parking, which is a bonus. Being valentines day it was a lovely surprise to be left 2 little bottles of Cava in an ice bucket. (very much appreciated) The room was clean except for the comforter. When we unfolded it, it was obvious it needed a wash. Luckily we did not have to use it. The bathroom though shared was clean but does need a bit updating. The door hinges could do with oiling as they squeak. Very nice breakfast. All in all, the good out weighed the negatives.
• Renno (10/5): Gezellig, vrioendelijk, gastvrij.. - Super... we hebben dan ook ontzettend goed weer gehad... Opening van de halve maan meegemaakt.. echt bijzonder.
• Pauline (4/5): Pas terrible - Hôtel sale (rampe d'escalier collante, nettoyage sommaire des couloirs,....) et odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain et le couloir. Cependant les chambres restent propres, même si les salles de bains doivent restées fermées à cause de l'odeur... L'hôtel est cependant bien situé (à 15 min du centre ville à pied, près d'un superbe parc). On peut donc tout faire à pied ce qui est très pratique. D'antan plus qu'il y a un parking ! Pour le prix mis, je trouve que c'est vraiment décevant. Surtout quand on sait que juste à coté, il y a des chambres près de deux fois moins chers et visiblement tout aussi bien, avec l'odeur en moins (le petit déjeuné se prenait dans l'hôtel d'en face, on a donc pu comparer les deux)
• john (8/5): couples weekend stay - food was amazing! and well priced. they have very good chefs... staff were very accommodating and happy for us to leave baggage and vehicle there for the day even after we had checked out.. parking is tricky in bruges, so was great to have free offroad parking at the hotel. the market square is 10 min walk away so location is perfect... room was clean and did the job but was on the small side. had two single beds and single duvets pushed together to make a double.. shared toilet and shower was cleaned daily. only criticism is the noisy toilet door woke us up a few times.. squeaky!! other than that a lovely stay. we would stay again. Complements to the chef!!
• Vero&Flo (6/5): Hotel bien situé , proche des sites à visiter . - Pas de réception ouverte à notre arrivée, mais numéro de tel disponible pour joindre le responsable. Personne du café restaurant d'a côté nous a accueilli , notre chambre était prête et disponible dès 15h. On a pu garé la voiture sur le,parking des notre arrivée , Puis le jour d'après on nous a permi de laisser la voiture pour visiter Bruges tranquillement sans problème de stationnement. Petit dej correct Juste problème d'insonorisation de la chambre...parquet au sol . Chambre bruyante du dessus. Restaurant fermé le mardi.

• David (6/5): Stay at Bagientje, Bruges - Staff were friendly and the place was clean but would be difficult to recommend because of the strong smell of drying fish that comes flooding up the stairway into the room.
• Marieke (6/5): - Het hotel ligt op prettige loopafstand van het centrum. Er is een prima gratis parkeervoorziening voor de auto. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het interieur is oud en stoffig en het ruikt er muf. De bedden zijn wel okee en het raam kon open dus toch lekker fris. wij hadden een eigen badkamertje, die was klein en niet bepaald luxe, maar het voldeed. Het ontbijt was minimaal. Geen lekkere verse broodjes maar slappe boterhammen met een plakje kaas. Dat kan echt beter.
