Her şey dahil fakat Bu fiyata sahilde suyu satmaları da mantıklı değil. Plaja Servis saatleri çok az. Elektirikli bir araç alıp 30 dk bir servis çıkarmak zor olmamalı. Ayrıca çok fazla çocuklu aile var. Oda da gürültünden uyumak çok zor. Ya da bize öyle denk geldi. Aileler için tavsiye edebilirim ama gençlerin tercih etmesi sıkılmalarına neden olabilir. Animasyon olarak zayıf ben şahsen en azından 12 den sonra insanların eğlenmeler için müzik disko gibi bir şey düzenlemelerini isterdim gece 11 den sonra 3 yıldızlı bir otele dönüyor çay kahve makinesi bile kapatılıyor. Fiyatı daha uygun olursa tercih edilebilir…

• Илона (8/5): Соответствие цена/качество, отличное расположение - Компактная, но вместительная территория, заселение раньше времени, браслет не снимают после 12.00 в день выезда. Персонал следит за безопасностью женщин-одиночек, чтоб к ним не приставали выпившие ру мужчинки. Сегодня нашла стекло в шпинате во время обеда, сказа и показала об этом персоналу, но им плевать! Говорю-уберите тарелку со шпинатом, в отеле дети. 15 мин спустя она все еще стояла и всем пофигу. Уборка... Как заехала в грязные полы, так их никто и не помыл за 4 дня.

Отдельный пляж, до которого ходят автобусы, по вечерам дискотеки или шоу программы. Однозначно вернёмся сюда ещё!! Всем рекомендуем!

• Сесил (8/5): - Мястото е хубаво близо до центъра, плажът е далеч но има транспорт от хотела, храната беше вкусна, но не толкова разнообразна, обслужването беше главно към руснаците, всичко беше пригодено като за тях, вечер имаше програми, но главно на руски с руска музика
• Vitalina (10/5): Good price, nice service and great people! - I’m so glad I chose this hotel for our vacation in Kemer! For this price, the hotel offers a lot: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and desserts, dinner, and a free bar. There’s also an entertainment show every evening, a clean area with well-maintained rooms, and excellent service. A shuttle bus to the beach is provided, which is very convenient — it takes just 3 minutes by bus, and the beach is really nice. You can also walk there in about 10–15 minutes while enjoying a stroll through Kemer. Whenever we asked for a taxi, it was called quickly. I celebrated my birthday there, and they congratulated me during the evening show!! They even delivered a cake to my room 🥹 I was so happy. The food is delicious, the place is great, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is amazing — there were no negative experiences at all. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is perfectly suited for families, offering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The rooms are well-maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the biggest highlights for us was the variety of food – the buffet was rich with options for both adults and kids. The hotel also offers great facilities for children, including a kids' pool, mini club, and daily activities that kept them entertained. Overall, this is a great choice to enjoy your holiday. Highly recommended!!!

Прекрасный ресторан ! очень порадовал персонал отеля: благодарим лично администратора Ali, молодого человека, который работает в кафе на пляже- Samir, а также всех официантов , все были приветливы и вежливы. Я давно не видела такого в Турции! Собственный Пляж отеля также очень понравился нам: удобные автобусы быстро и всегда во время доставляли нас на пляж, где всегда можно было разместиться на лежаках, найти практически «свободное» море для плавания. Только самые положительные эмоции от отдыха в этом отеле! Обязательно хотим вернуться еще! P.S. кажется, что настолько вкусными арбузами мы еще никогда не угощались!!!!

• Evgeniia (7/5): A good stay for money/value - The food is good, and the staff is helpful. Beautiful surroundings. Beach is nice, though, far from the hotel. The city center is in a 15-minute walk. The rooms are not always what they look like. Plus, they are not being cleaned well. Especially the bathroom. Wifi is paid. Free wifi is only in the lobby - and in the description on Booking.com, it's written that wifi is everywhere for free.
• Anna (9/5): - Отличный отель в своей категории, точно стоит своих денег. Номера нормальные, немного подуставшие, но мы приехали не в номере сидеть, поэтому нам было норм. Кормили хорошо, без изысков, голодным остаться нереально. Наверное немного не хватало ассортимента фруктов, но за углом отличный магазинчик, где все фрукты есть. Персонал отзывчивый, дружелюбный. Бассейн чистый, лежаков всегда хватало. никто не бежит их занимать в 5-6 утра. На пляж курсирует автобус, ехать 5-7 минут, пляж галечный, чистый, зонтики и лежаки всегда есть. Море чистое, прозрачное.

• Valeriia (9/5): Загалом незважаючи на невеликі мінуси нам сподобалось - Персонал дуже привітний , завжди допоможуть . Номер був з гарним ремонтом, все відповідно фото . Гарна територія усюди ростуть лайми . Дозволили залишитися до вечора на території і користуватися усім , аж до нашого відʼїзду. Їжа смачна і різноманітна. Загалом плюсів набагато більше, і готель залишає по собі гарне враження. Немає окремих рушників для басейну, вони платні . Платний вай фай , хоча було вказано що він безкоштовний (тільки біля рецепції). Не дуже чистий номер , і не змінюють рушники . Не завадило б протирати матраци на лежаках
• Temur Aka (4/5): Честный отзыв - Уютный отель очень хорошо для проживания с семьёй очень спокойный тихий в отличие от остальных сумасшедших отелей которые день и ночь на всю катушку устраивают дискотеку Платный WiFi платные пляжные полотенца однообразие питания, рыба вкусная, салаты хорошие, остальные продукты так себе второго сорта пляж очень далеко автобус на пляж ездит не в удобное время специально убрали время 11.00 11.30 12.00 то есть если вас отвезут на пляж на обед в отель нужно будет возвращаться пешком на жаре 2.2 киллометра или брать такси за 5 евро да кстати и мороженое платное в 2 раза дороже чем в магазине
• Maryna (4/5): That was an unexpectedly weird experience. We are definitely not coming back. - Cleaning- and spa stuff really did their best. Massage was perfect. The hotel capacity could barely accommodate all this crowd. Extremely overloaded pool, restaurant and no quiet places at all. The staff at the reception are not friendly and look exhausted. About. 80 percent of the tourists are from russia, and it seems the hotel is counting exactly on that.

• Franz (6/5): - Wir haben in unserem Zimmer im Kasten Dorgen (Hanf) gefunden. Die Dusche war auch kaputt wurde aber sehr schnell repariert das war positiv . Beim Essen war es richtig wahnsinnig wie gierig die Leute waren da wurde sehr viel Essen weggeworfen und das Hotel personal hat gar nix dagegen getan.

Music and entertainment team was not too loud! Room was nice and clean, air conditioning worked well, bed comfortable! Location not so good - beach far away, no where to walk around really, garbage everywhere (outside the hotel). You have to buy your own beach towels! You have to pay for WiFi a lot. No free ice cream

• Natheer (10/5): إقامة شاملة - كل شي كان رائع و أحببته وكنت ارغب في تمديد الإقامة و لكن كان ممتلىء فل حتى في الموقع بوكنق و الاستقبال كلها الغرف فل - الوجبات رائعه وكان هناك ايضاً سناك عند المسابح ومشروبات باردة وساخنه وشاي في اللوبي . اكيد سوف ارجع للفندق بكل ود ان اخترت هذه المدينة مره أخرى فقط الزحليقة في المسبح للأطفال وقتها قصير ساعتين في الصباح من 10 إلى 12 و العصر تغلق حوالي 5 مساء مع انه المسبح مفتوح لكن الزحليقة مغلقه

• Borislav (6/5): - When we walked into the room,our balcony door wouldn’t lock and we told them and they apparently “fixed” it yet then the door worked backwards so it would actually lock yet the door wouldn’t close unless it was locked, furthermore,the handles of our bathroom door got would get out of their places and we told them to fix that too yet every time they came by and “fixed” it,the door handles would break again to the point were we couldn’t close the door or we’d be locked inside and stuck which did actually happen as I got stuck in there in the middle of the night,so you can imagine the panic I faced with my half asleep mind.Even more to add,the cleaning wasn’t done at all with dirt and dust everywhere and the bathroom wouldn’t be cleaned properly with used shampoo bottles still in the shower when I first checked into my room,also there isn’t any connection between management and staff as me and my wife couldn’t get our complaints about our room to be fixed at all and just had to stay there for a week like that.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and feel like the hotel should do better with its services.Thank you

• Saleh (3/5): Poor - Expected more from a 4 star hotel. Just because it is 40 degrees outside doesn’t mean it is okay not to have hot water in the room. They tell you everything is inclusive yet you have to pay extra for the safe in your room, there is an iron in reception that you can use for 30 minutes only or else you will pay, and WIFI is paid in your room which is a joke! Very worn and overused furniture, 2 lambs are burnt. There was dinner by the pool, I went early and found the perfect spot, staff moved me and my family somewhere else after all the good tables were taken so their boss can sit which is NOT acceptable and out of manners. Their boss came AFTER dinner and sat for literally 5 minutes. Never again.

• Akther (8/5): I like Viking garden hotel but my family holiday didn’t enjoyed that much what we expected because of lack some children - Near to the town centre.15 min walk. Mini market on sites.staffs are very helpful. I like their food variety. Children also like their food. Children activities and facilities are not that much and not free for older children, everything costs money which is not mentioned on the property description. Older children were feeling bored on there. Also other facilities costs money as well, which was not mentioned on property description. Its says all inclusive holiday but not all inclusive. It’s a beach hotel but beach is far from hotel and very very dirty. Don’t like at all.

• Anastasiia (3/5): Too bad for a 4* hotel - The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to the city centre and you always see the mountains. Also, the beach is great, even though it’s far away and not super clean or cozy. Unfortunately, almost everything. This place looks and feels very old. The dining area is like a soviet cafeteria, but the food was not good. I was hungry all the time and couldn’t find anything decent to eat. They had too little fruits and vegetables, after I had some meat my stomach was not feeling good. It’s also very dirty in the dining area, the tables are not being properly cleaned, sometimes we had to change the dishes for the same reason. The building itself is very old and filled with smoke. It’s hard to breathe in the rooms, and you can’t open the windows as there are always people outside till the very late at night (4-5am). They have only five or six rooms that’ve been renovated. However, the new rooms have lots of mold in the bathroom and smell like sewage. The cleaning process usually took 2-3 minutes while the lady changed the towels and washed the floor for 30 seconds. I had to ask to change my sheets after 7 nights there. The beach is 20 minutes away, and the only thing free at the beach bar is water (though the cooler is broken and can hurt you with electric shock. yeah, I’m not joking). Everything else, from tea to juices, you have to buy. Same thing at the hotel — most of the tings are not free (all inclusive, lol). This place is not cheap. It’s a huge shock for me what I’ve got for my money. I wouldn’t get back here.

Hotel has contract with night clubs in city with cheap price and free bus excess to night clubs ...this is good for couple....we enjoyed... Special thanks to reception staff man named ( (Ahmad ))and women named (Gullnoor )...they are very professional and helpful. The only negative is safe box inside room with charge ...not free. But..all other things are good...

• Michelle (9/5): Beautiful, fun, cozy and as a first-timer visiting Turkey I felt extremely welcome and comfortable. - Location was beautiful, very close to bazaar. The staff were exceptional. The city itself is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed Kemer very much. A special thank you to the hotel room cleaners and the kitchen staff, everyone works very hard and this does not go unrecognized. The location of the beach, it was kind of far from the hotel. Not accessible by foot unless you want to walk half an hour.
• Yanina (10/5): Perfect place for a family stay! Picturesque, cultural, peaceful, safe, friendly and not expensive - - Staff is super friendly, accommodating and respectful of your privacy. Authentic Turkish food and very high quality, big variety, fresh and super tasty. A lot of Turkish visitors which is always a good sign. Free snacks and drinks are served by the small pool all day, plenty of tea/coffee stations. - 3 pools: shaded for little kids / middle depth with slides, which are a lot of fun for kids and grown ups / long 150 m pool is spacious and does not feel cramped. Water slides are fast enough and wide to go down with 2 people - amazing feature. Water is clean. - No mosquitos in the whole Kemer. - Evening entertainment is fun for kids and adults every day (apart from Sunday) - Spa and hairdresser are good quality services with were very cheap (compared with other places in Kemer) - Hotel is behind the trading street with tourist shops / 8 mins away from Kemer town beaches and green picturesque promenade along the beach. - Free Internet was only available in the reception area (or 3EUR to pay per day for a whole hotel internet), however, this made a hotel look like a vibrant place and a good place to socialise for all visitors. - The slides were open 10-12 / 2.00-4.00 only and wish there were open later in the afternoon. - Last bus from the private beach leaves 6.00 pm and should be extended till 7 pm at least.

• Ilya (6/5): Pleasant - • Overall, the food was good with plenty of variety: fish on Sundays, sushi, lots of fresh and sweet watermelons, plenty of fruits, and enough food for everyone. • The staff was nice and friendly. • The pool was great. • The location was convenient, with a shuttle bus to the beach. The schedule was flexible, and the bus wasn’t too crowded. • The beer was decent. Sometimes the food didn’t feel very fresh. • The room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was stained, and the floors were dirty. • There were three of us, but they only gave us two towels. • Wi-Fi wasn’t free. we had to pay for it in the room, and it was charged per device. • We were given a room for three people, but they only gave us one key card. They said they couldn’t provide more without an extra charge, so we had to share just one key card among the three of us. • The wine didn’t taste very good, and the Coke, Sprite, and other sodas were really disappointing—they didn’t even taste like sodas, just like some kind of flavored water.

• Amanda (8/5): - The rooms were a little tired and need an update. Functional and clean but on the shabby side. The food was very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the pool was kept clean at all times. The entertainment was repetitive each day. The surrounding area has lots to offer. Lovely beach bars, shops and restaurants. I’d say good value for the money we spent.

• Ross (10/5): Great stay at Viking Garden - Really good value for money holiday, rooms were comfortable and clean, hotel was was easy to navigate and had good facilities. Food and drink options were really good especially on the gala night. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The lift/elevator was out of order a few times during stay but that wasn’t too much of a problem.

• Kristina (9/5): The hotel exceeded my expectations. I received super value for money. - The staff was very helpful and friendly. Large choice of food and everything was tasty. I loved the music in all areas of the hotel. The beach spacious and clean. Separate pools for kids and adults. Not too much of russian tourists. The room needed some renovation, but it was clean and cozy.

• Noosha (8/5): Very good - Location,All inclusive, cleaning. The staff were very warm and friendly and helpfull. Thanks staff in poolbar for a friendly treatment and smile on your lips :) Beach was far from hotel but it was hotels transfer to beach every hour. Chairs by the pool were always filled with towels but unoccupied. Wifi in reception very weak.

• Hawmand (8/5): A good stay - Check in was right away which was great. They let us in and let us have dinner although we arrived late. Bus transfer from and to the beach . Breakfast and dinner was great. Animation group was fantastic. Seems like the hotel was designed for the Russian people. The room was big, and had a nice balcony. They had an issue with my payment. So the minute i entered my room they started calling me and knocking on my door. I had to pay for the WiFi in the room. And safety box. Still it was a good stay.

• Sparrow2 (8/5): Very good - The hotel had its own beach served by a bus that ran during the day. Alternatively you could walk to the closest beach and have a swim but the sun loungers there all belonged to another hotel so you needed to leave your things on the sand. The hotel had two outdoor pools. One was just outside the hotel and music was played and the other was across the road in a lovely garden. The latter was quiet and only for over sixteens. I liked this garden for sitting in the shade. You could get drinks there including free water. The food was varied and good. Evening entertainment was provided which varied in quality but certainly an acrobatic show one evening was very good. There was nothing that spoilt my holiday. However our bathroom door handle did not work properly and one evening the lights in our room failed and it took an hour for the hotel to get them working again.
