scott (9/5): Fabulous hotel with fabulous staff, and a lovely place to stay! - The hotel is fantastic with some fabulous amenities, including the spa. Both the management and staff were amazing with their excellent service and attention at all times during our stay with them. Our room was incredibly spacious, very comfortable and had a superb view over the swimming pool, terrace and gardens. We found the hotel very good value indeed for everything, including the bar, dining and the spa. We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel, and it is the perfect place to stay, outside of Marrakech, especially to relax after a trip to the Medina! We will definitely be visiting again. N/A

Breakfast was super - very good value. All the food and drink we had was really lovely its was a little further out than we originally thought but this was our fault for not checking the details
Emilia (7/5): - Tres joli endroit à refaire un jour de temps plus chaud. Décoré avec goût. Le personnel était très sympathique mis à part la personne qui nous a accueilli avec le match de foot à fond sur son téléphone et les personnes qui allaient et venaient en chaussure sur les tapis ds la chambre. Le reste du personnel.au petit soin, très gentil. La directrice de l'établissement joignable et très arrangeante, ennuyée par l'inconvenu du lit manquant à tout fait pour s excuser et rendre notre séjour agréable par la suite. Nous laissant la possibilité de garder la chambre jusqu'à notre départ et réglant la course du taxi. Très bon couchage mis à part le lit supplémentaire qui devait être un.lit normal puisque la.suite était pour 4. La douche sans paume de douche juste en haut pas pratique du tout pour régler l'eau sans se mouiller mais ça allait qd même. Il manquait 1 lit à notre arrivée alors que nous avions réservé la suite deluxe pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants il n y avait que 1 lit 2 places et 1 lit 1 place. La mise en place du 2e lit a été très longue, une couverture a été mise dans une housse De couette qui glissait. Le couchage n'était pas aussi confortable comparé aux autres lits qui.etaient eux très confortables. Le lit faisait lit d appoint fait à la va vite. Pas à la hauteur du reste de ll'hôtel. Que le personnel va et vienne en chaussure sur les tapis ds la.chambre.pour.faire.le lit manquant .

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le ftour beldi est très appréciable, et les chambres sont spacieuses. alan (10/5): A calming oasis outside of Marrakech- you won’t be disappointed - Beautiful hotel with amazing pool facilities and gardens. The staff were wonderful, couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. We were part of their New Year’s Eve celebration and they laid on an amazing feast. Breakfasts were particularly good and the spa treatments wonderful. A special mentioned to Fatima who made everything perfect. Nothing
Stephanie (10/5): Pure verwennerij, dit team weet hoe ze je een onvergetelijke tijd moeten bezorgen. - We boekten laat in de avond voor de twee nachten erna. Heel blij dat er nog plek was en dat de accommodatie ons zo last minute nog kon komen ophalen van de luchthaven. Het team heeft werkelijk alles gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken; een heerlijk diner op de eerste avond, een rondleiding over het terrein en langs de spa en de villa (die apart te huren is; met eigen zwembad en acht slaapkamers en badkamers); overheerlijke ontbijtjes en last but not least een onvergetelijk New Year’s Eve dinner! De tuin is prachtig, het team is super, de accommodatie heerlijk en de keuken geweldig! Dank voor een onvergetelijke tijd! 🙏🏼💫

Anas (6/5): - - Logement spacieux - Propreté des lieux - Les espaces verts - Le cadre général - Personnel flexible pour le Check-out - Endroit censé être calme mais un anniversaire( tout l'après-midi et une partie de la soirée) était organisé ce samedi avec orchestre et music à fond et une centaine d'invités . - Des gens qui étaient en tenue de fête se sont retrouvé à prendre des photos au bord de la piscine ce qui était extrêmement gênant. - Petit-déjeuner basique

Aziz (8/5): - Les deux piscines magnifiques et bien entretenues. Le cadre, les jardins, la vue depuis la grande terrasse d'où l'on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. Le petit déjeuner typiquement Marocain un pur délice, les serveurs pour leur gentillesse, toujours au Petit soin, particulièrement Saïd, les femmes de ménage. Tout le personnel est sympathique sans oublier une mention particulière pour la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse de Yasser. Un peu loin de la place Jemaa el Fna il faut compter entre 30 et 45 minutes l'été à cause de la forte circulation.

Fiona (10/5): We will be back !! - We only had one night here unfortunately, we would have loved to stay longer. A fabulous place, easy to get in and out of the city centre, driving or they can arrange a taxi for you. Hosts were so nice and helpful. Breakfast lovely and setting just fabulous !!

Tahir (10/5): Stunning hideaway place - An absolutely amazing place away from the busy Marrakesh town, about 30 mins by taxi. From the moment we arrived, we were served like family, food, drinks whilst our rooms were being prepared. We were shown around and got to select our rooms to suit our comfort. The grounds are amazing including their seating areas, pool, villa, and veg gardens. The food was fresh for every meal we had there, carefully prepared by the in house chefs. Our kids did not want to eat out after trying the BBQ’s from Weedan. The traditional breakfasts were amazing and had variety to meet all our needs as we were a group of 7 people from young kids to adults. The hotel manager, Fatima, was constantly in touch making sure our needs were met. She also arrange days out for us to several locations. Overall, the homely feeling won us over from the moment we arrived and were provided sandwiches for our journey home back to London and a free drop off to the airport. Definitely returning with more of my family. Until next time Weedan and it’s lovely team

Verified traveler (2/5): - Only way to contact them is to active your cellphone & call - they don’t answer anything else. This was our first issue. Second was when we called and told them we needed airport pick up and when we arrived at the airport NO ONE was there for us. It was 11PM and we were exhausted and needing sleep. No one was there to get us. This hotel is really far out of the city therefor the taxi cost us 500... 5 0 0 dirhams. More then the hotel. They didn’t seem to care at all. Our room had AC but wasn’t on before we arrived so our room was extremely hot. The toilet was broken. Our bed was harder then the floor. They played drums outside and was extremely loud for HOURS. In the morning no one was around and there was no lights to guide us out. We had to leave the key in an office and hope for the best. Worst hotel stay. Even though it was yes clean and the grounds/pool were gorgeous - I would never go back. I want my money back.
