• JONATHAN (5/5): Correcto - Es un alojamiento nuevo y bien situado. Nos tocó una habitación hacia el interior y, por lo tanto, tranquila. Recepción 24h. Estancia amplia. Cama super cómoda, limpieza diaria. Habitación excesivamente oscura, hasta el punto de que es imposible maquillarse o afeitarse. Antes de entrar (el mismo día) me dijeron que mi estancia estaba cancelada, lo cual fue un error por su parte. Tuve que llamar a booking, pero ya te genera ansiedad. Después no tuvieron ningún tipo de detalle como un upgrade o unas disculpas, puesto que pasaron un par de horas hasta que se aclaró y a mi me generó mucha preocupación. La habitación no es barata.

Straßenbahnen parken direkt vorm Hotel und erschweren zusätzlich das parken.

The rooms were also very quiet and even on a busy Friday night you could not hear any noise and we were only the second floor which was perfect! Man hat NICHTS gehört. Matratze und Bettutensilien sehr angenehm. Bad recht klein, aber funktionell und sauber.

Rummet var väldigt litet. Det luktade avlopp i badrummet. Okej frukost men i dyraste laget för det som serverades: 210 kr/person.
• Marta (7/5): For that price, you can find much better hotels in the area - nice location It was very warm in the room, 28 degrees, with open window it is impossible to sleep because of the noise outside (trams), with Air conditioning you get sick. Very average breakfast, for this price I was expecting more fresh products. Staff - not at all nice. They are there hidden in the room and it looks like every question is a problem because they need to leave their comfy room.

Staff always happy to give me some to take to the room which was great The heating control didn’t seem to work even after someone came to our room to investigate. Temperature didn’t vary from low temp to high temp on thermostat. One other annoying thing. We had a chipped mug in our room which must have been noticed but never changed

Families staying with young children should be especially careful, particularly at night when visibility is lower.

• Barbara (6/5): Would opt to go elsewhere in the future but nice hotel - Location was great for the sightseeing we planned. Bar was a fun place - bartender was great! Upstairs terrace was nice - just too cold to use it. Breakfast needed more staff. One person greeting, trying to replenish food, and also clear tables. Dishes covered tables making it very hard to find a place to sit. Need to address. At check-in, we arrived early but took awhile to find someone to secure our luggage before actual check-in time. Reception staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Second night there was very noisy and hard to sleep due to unruly neighboring guests. No one available to address issue.

• Christina (7/5): - Die Lage ist super. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Bars und Restaurants sowie S-Bahn und Straßenbahn in der Nähe. Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr lecker. Alle im Hotel sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Es ist auch sehr dunkel gestaltet. Man hat wenig Ablage im Badezimmer.

The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite dark, this is great for sleeping but in the day time felt it was quite dark.

• mete (9/5): - Toplu taşımaya ve şehir merkezine çok yakın. Buradan hemen her yere çok rahat gidebilirsiniz. Kaldığımız oda oldukça temizdi. Odaların ambiyansı fazla karanlık ancak gayet iyi dekore edilmiş. Yürüme mesafesinde çok fazla gidilebilecek yer var. Dolayısıyla kısa bir tatil planlıyorsanız kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.
• Kirsten (8/5): Super für Berlin-Trip mit Selbstverpflegung (oder außer Haus Frühstück). - Wir hatten ein schönes, modernes Appartement im 6. OG, wo unser Sohn auf dem Schlafsofa getrennt von uns nächtigen konnte. Zimmer ging zum Hinterhof, und war damit ruhig gelegen. Großes geräumiges und modernes Bad. Das Hotel ist wenige Meter von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Hackescher Markt gelegen, wenige Schritte von den Hackeschen Höfen zur einen und zur Spree/Museumsinsel auf der anderen Seite. Super netter Empfang bei der Anreise. Leider müssen wir bei der Bewertung das Frühstück ausnehmen - ein komplett überfüllter Frühstücksraum, es gab kein Geschirr, das Buffet (das für die Personenzahl auch nur dürftig bestückt war) war mehr oder minder komplett geplündert und das Personal war total überfordert mit dem Abräumen, Nachfüllen und Geschirr besorgen. Dafür dann 19 EUR pro Person zu bezahlen, um auf einen Sitzplatz, Teller, Messer, Tassen, Brot usw. zu warten war nicht angemessen.

• Elke (5/5): Tolle Lage….Punkt… ich nicht mehr! - Die Lage ist Top! Sehr zentral, gut zu erreichen, trotzdem ruhig und Blick ins Grüne nach hinten raus. Ein Hotel ausschließlich digital geführt. Alles über Smartphone und Tablet, digitaler Schlüssel. Die Frühstückssituation ist unzumutbar. Hier ebenso an Personal zu sparen ist ein fataler Fehler!!! Heute Morgen: auf allen Tischen benutztes Geschirr, kein sauberes Geschirr am Buffet, kein Saft, kein Brot, leere Platten. Die Obstschale war schon am Donnerstag geplündert und blieb mit 3 Apfelsinen stehen. Das Rührei kalt, die hartgekochten Eier ebenso. 3 Sorten Aufschnitt, 3 Sorten Käse… Ich hatte Gäste zum Frühstück eingeladen und habe mich geschämt! Dafür 19 € zu nehmen ist dreist!

• Emma (9/5): - Lovely, very clean and comfortable hotel at a great location in Berlin. Friendly and forthcoming staff at the reception. As other guests have also noted, the lighting in the room is a bit low. Didn't bother me much personally, because there was plenty of natural light during the day. A thing that did bother me was the cleaning staff shouting at each other at 7 o'clock in the morning in the corridor. I think that they should be more considerate regarding their guests needing some rest.

• John (9/5): Geweldig verblijf in een heel fijn hotel op een toplocatie! - De locatie is top! De Hackescher Markt is om de hoek met leuke restaurantjes en terrasjes. Prima uitvalsbasis voor alle bezienswaardigheden in Berlijn. Het moderne en sfeervolle hotel heeft prima kamers met goede bedden en een fijne badkamer. Alles zeer schoon. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. En een geweldig dakterras met prachtige uitzichten. Een echte aanrader! Niets! Alleen maar positief. We komen hier graag terug.

• Christine (9/5): Es war wieder ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank :-) - Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel. Uns gefällt vor allem die super Lage, das super leckere Frühstück und die modern eingerichteten Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.

• Selene (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel centro di Berlino - Posizione centralissima, facilissimo il check in e il check out in totale autonomia. La camera era spaziosa e ben arredata, molto silenziosa. Per l'ultima mattina ho prenotato la colazione tramite il tablet presente in camera, e abbiamo trovato un ottimo buffet con la possibilità di opzioni senza glutine. Abbiamo usufruito anche del bar e del rooftop, tutti servizi splendidi. Il dispenser del bagnoschiuma in doccia non funzionava, e nonostante l'abbiamo fatto presente all'housekeeper, non è stato riparato.
