The villa was beautiful and the views were like something from a movie. The hot tub was such a hit and we made good use of it. Everyday we had breakfast delivered to the room at our selected time and it was delicious. Our villa was cleaned everyday and we were provided with fresh towels, there were so many little touches what made this stay so special and one to remember. We hope to be back and I will be recommending to everyone. Thankyou so so much for everything we are truly grateful for this amazing stay.

• Jacob (8/5): - Embedded in the heart of Oia, this property provides you with an authentic historic Greek feel with amazing views at all hours of the day. For those whose reservation includes it, the breakfast service is fantastic. For our experience, the pictures posted by Expedia are pretty much spot on in comparison to the actual property. One important component to your trip that is not spoken about in the property details that you MUST be aware of is the arrival process to the property. Because of the historic makeup of Oia and where the property is located, vehicles can only get so close to where the property is located. As such, guests are driven to and dropped off by your chosen transportation service at an area affectionately known by everyone in Oia as the "Post Office." Your transport will drop you and advise you that "someone" from the property will arrive at the drop off area to escort you and your luggage to the property. From there, it is collectively a 10 minute walk and descent down rock stairs to the property. While the property attendant does his best to physically carry your luggage to your chosen villa, you may be tempted to assist in carrying your luggage to your villa to avoid any delay. Otherwise, you can wait at the top of the stairs with your luggage until the attendant drops what he was already carrying and comes back for the remaining bags. If you have never stayed at this property it is important to be prepared for this aspect of your stay.
• Kayla (8/5): - We stayed 3 nights in the honeymoon villa. Firstly, the caldera views, private hot tub, and amazing breakfast make this stay worth it. If you’re looking for a ritzy/cushy stay, this won’t be it though. The bathtub has a handheld sprayer but it is not a shower. The bed is okay but not super comfortable. Housekeeping came daily and we had new towels and a fresh bed each day. The hot tub and nighttime views of the caldera were such a nice way to relax at the end of a busy day exploring. Other reviews stated a moldy hot tub; it wasn’t exactly squeaky clean but I wouldn’t call it moldy; I like a clean space and I felt comfortable using the hot tub. Dining options are plentiful and all were very good. We lost power a couple of times which was inconvenient but fixed pretty quickly. We would stay here again!

I was only there for a day and was not going to be able to enjoy the free breakfast but they were able to make accommodation since we arrived early and gave it to us anyway even though our room wasn’t ready. The views from this place is amazing and also a great location with not a lot of stairs which was great because many other locations were a little difficult to get into. My only complaint is that there should be a caution sign near the pool in the room as my bf quite literally got sucked into the pool vent and was left with a giant suction cup like bruise. Aside from that the room is very clean and spacious.

Wished we would have booked longer! Lots of steps down but the staff assisted with our luggage. Only con would be that it was a bathtub only inside and no shower. The bathtub had a spray nozzle to help washing hair, just awkward and a minor inconvenience. Walkable to the restaurants in the area, souvenier shopping, and the bus station.

Marina and the staff were super helpful when it came to booking an easy car rental and the location is centrally located to provide easy access to all of Oia. Breakfast was amazing and I can't recommend this place enough.
• Michael (10/5): - The staff were excellent. Marina spent two hours communicating as we explored options to book a cruise and Billy carried our Harvey bags with no complaints. The steps were probably the only, but the view made up for it. We were in the ambassador suite and the two rooms were great for our three person family. Easily five people could stay in the apartment. If you like to cook some things for yourself - be sure to ask for pots and pans - they will gladly bring them. Don’t forget to feed the mamma black cat with her four babies that live close by.

Marina and Billy were amazing at helping us with recommendations and calling for a driver. Our villa was delightful with a 180 deg. view of the Aegean. We couldn't believe how gorgeous it was. Breakfast delivered to villa so you can eat overlooking ocean. Since it's built as a cave, humidity fluctuates, so they have a dehumidifier. Cons: Communication: no reception desk, and main contact was hours away in Athens, so communication had to be on WhatsApp and then wait for reply. Cleanliness: Hot tub tiles were moldy so we couldn't use. Tub dirty, bed sheets seemed unclean Bathroom: Tub not draining properly so water filled up. No overhead shower only handheld. Hot water is limited, so need to wait between 2 people showering. Safety: Steps down to honeymoon villa are unsafe, steep and rail is at knee level. Overall walls around all villas are around knee level, so need to be cautious. Balcony on one of the villas is very unsafe, easy to accidentally fall through, with 3ft opening between top and bottom rail. Breakfast: average tasting, food and coffee cold by the time it was delivered. I know they were trying their best, but in mid November, not very crowded, so i expected better. Also the cleaning lady makes the breakfast, which I guess because they are understaffed, but i wish they hadn't told me. AC/Heat: vent system is in living room, and there is a remote control which doesn't work from bedroom, so you have to get up to change. This is not really a big deal, but thought I'd mention.

The bad thing about the property is the cleanliness, it was full of dust, the jacuzzi was dirty and we couldn't use it for that reason. Just because we stayed one night we try to enjoy the view. Unfortunately we paid too much for a dirty place. ;(

Armeni Luxury Villas is run by a small but mighty team. Everyone was beyond kind and accommodating. The views from our villa were incredible. So incredible, that other tourists were often vying to grab a picture and we felt so privileged to have it basically to ourselves. The breakfast was super tasty and always on time. The Villa interiors are just a beautiful as the view. Everything you need is provided. I fell in love with this place and would return to Santorini just to stay here a bit longer.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Spectacular views and location in Oia - Lovely villa in an unbeatable location - within a two minute walk of the centre of Oia. At the same time it is very secluded and peaceful (it’s located down off the main street) so unlike most of the other villas around you are not overlooked by people walking by. From the terrace you have clear views of the ocean and the rest of Oia, which is stunning. The villa itself was spacious and extremely clean. Even though we visited during the COVID pandemic we felt very safe. The villa and hot tub were also cleaned daily. We felt that breakfast could have been a bit more varied, although we were told at check-out fresh fruit/juice etc wasn’t provided due to COVID hygiene reasons. Veronica was an excellent host who was super friendly, helpful, and available whenever we needed (even went out of her way to provide medical supplies when I got scratched by a stray cat!). She arranged bookings for restaurants, places of interest, airport transfers etc so we felt very taken care of. We would definitely recommend staying here.
• Alan (10/5): This is Santorini - My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Armeni luxury Villas. We stayed in the two bedroom villa and it was simply perfect for visiting Oia and santorini. The property is located right in the centre, a stones throw away from the famous blue domes, yet it is an extremely quiet location. The view and hot tub were a major highlight but it is an incredibly comfortable villa in the traditional cave style but with all modern amenities. They meet and exceed all the covid cleaning measures and we were reassured by the measures taken to ensure our health and safety. Veronica was an extremely hospitable and helpful host who went to great lengths to make our stay memorable and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic. The balcony is one of the most private in Oia which is a major plus. What more can I say! We felt like we were in the best location on the whole island so we had the most relaxing time. Stay here.

She was very friendly and transparent, managing our expectations of the villa, the facilities, the area and the way things work around Oia from the get go. There was a lot of information to take in upon check in, but it is incredibly helpful towards making sure our stay is predictable, smooth and fun. It was great to have a host that helps people understand both the beauty and realities of the environment, so we don’t have any unexpected surprises. She checks in to make sure we are comfortable, and also help provide guidance and arrangement for our departure. The villa is great overall. Beautiful, clean and cozy inside the cave house, plenty of space for two, and the view is just absolutely breath taking. It is also quiet during the night, and feels very calm just hangout on the balcony and enjoy the view. Wifi is ok overall, the speed would be somewhere around 3G. The location is 5-10 minutes walk to the Castle for the sunset view and perfect for staying around Oia. As for things to be aware, the villa is in sort of in a hidden path but not difficult to find, and there is quite a bit of steps involved so you should be physically able. I would say the equivalent of climbing 3 to 4 floors of stairs to get back on to the main street of Oia.

I spent hours looking through tons of accommodations and this seemed to be the best one for less than $800/night. It was super close to everything and Veronica was a wonderful host. She was very responsive, set a rental car up for us, wrote a map out with some highlights of Santorini, and gave us some great tips and recommendations. There are only three villas at this property so it was very private and romantic.

It was clean, beautiful and the view was amazing but what made it the best place I’ve ever stayed was Veronica and the others connected with Armeni that she had help us throughout our stay. Caesar brought us a tasty breakfast and cleaned our villa each day, “The Supermen’ carried our luggage up and down the steps (you will understand why the are “Supermen” when you arrive) and several different drivers took us where we wanted and taught us about the island on our way. Veronica is the Manager that made our days on the island perfect. She set up our transportation with safe, friendly and insured drivers. (They drive crazy on the island so renting a car is NOT recommended) Veronica made the language barrier non existent because she called the tour companies and would make any other reservations we wished. She checked on us via text to make sure we were Ok. I can’t say enough about her. Santorini is a trip of a lifetime but would never have been as great if we had chosen a different villa. It is obvious she cares about the people that stay with her and I will miss her!!
• Carla (10/5): Postcard perfect! - What a wonderful place! Looks just like a postcard. The view of the caldera is perfection. We hardly left the villa once we arrived. The private pool, the service, the comfortable bed & large shower are all excellent!
• Sue (4/5): Overpriced for what Is offered - We arrived in oia in hopes we were going to be staying in a luxury villa, when it was not at all what we expected. The place was older and the showers were absolutely terrible. The manager was very pushy and insisted we eat at a place where she recommended in order to meet her on time for our check in. The manager also kept pushing us to constantly tip. Overall feeling we basically felt really ripped off especially when we saw the hotel! Not luxurious at all, and staff not very friendly, wouldn't recommend it.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful views & perfect location - Our stay at the villas was perfect for our needs. The location was centrally located and the view was stunning. When arriving, a bag handler helped us with our luggage down all the steps and we were super impressed since he carried all 3 carry-ons. Nikos, the manager, was very accommodating, super helpful, & friendly. He was always available and booked our catamaran excursion, made dinner reservations, and gave us great recommendations. The villa was big, clean, and comfortable and we loved having our own private spa. On our last day, we switched to the villa with a private pool, which was perfect for a dip after sun bathing. We would definitely stay here again!
• Elizabeth (10/5): Exotic Cave Villa - Stayed in the Grand Villa, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, full patio and our own pool. Loved everything about our stay. Nick, the host, checked on us throughout the day to make sure our needs were met. The stairs and walkway are under construction so there was a makeshift staircase that was easy to navigate, but didn't look as luxurious as the rest of Oia, but once inside on our patio, the view was spectacular! I would definitely recommend this property.
