Stuart (8/5): - Very nice front desk staff and my room was quite spacious and clean, but I would not have booked the room if I knew it was located some distance from the centre of Troyes. I did not like the idea of walking at night.

We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.

Verified traveler (2/5): Stay far away from this hotel - Stay away from this hotel. Worst customer service ever. No parking available after says clearly on website parking available. Does not say anywhere need to reserve parking on hotels.com. we only took this hotel for its secure parking so we could leave our fully packed car in the garage overnight. Instead we had to unpack the entire car. Staff wouldnt even allow us to drive in the garage this morning for 5 minutes to pack up the car and we had to drag all out luggage out to the street and make 4 trips wasting 30min. The staff on front desk are so rude and unhelpful. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. When we dared to complain the staff threatened to call the police.

It’s not a luxurious hotel but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean & functional. The parking is under the hotel and felt very safe. We walked into the centre of Troyes, which took about 15 mins.

Victoria (8/5): - A good option for an overnight stay to break a long journey. Comfortable room and nice selection at breakfast. There is a pizza place next door but it’s only about a 10-15 mins walk into the main square for more choice of restaurants and you’ll get to see some of the sights of Troyes on the way. There is underground secure parking for 10 euros a night accessed around the side of the hotel. If you email before you arrive they will reserve your place but we didn’t do that and arranged on arrival with no problem (you need your room key to access it on the way in).

I’ve stayed here several times before and will do again - underground parking is very convenient and it is an easy walk to town for dinner. Great pit stop if you’re driving to/from the south of France back to Calais.

Neil (10/5): Great stop-over close to old town - We needed an overnight stop en route to the Alps and wanted to explore Troyes while we were there. The Kyriad Troyes Centre was easy to find, welcoming, and comfortable. It’s a 10-minute walk into the old town and we enjoyed it. Free parking on the street felt a little risky but turned out well. The pizza restaurant next door was closed Mondays so we picnicked in our room. Kettle and tea bags were much appreciated. We could have had room service but were tired. After a good sleep we enjoyed breakfast. The only slight downside was that whilst our room was very clean, the carpet was a little soiled.
Martin (8/5): Chaotic Breakfast - Nice hotel very centrally placed. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good service with underground secure parking, at a charge. It’s a bit tight if you have a large car. Breakfast was chaotic, nowhere near enough seats, they ran out of trays, mugs, glasses and baked goods. The staff were run off their feet trying to replace everything. It might be an idea to stagger breakfast times to limit the amount of people in the dining room. Good breakfast though

Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean. Staff very friendly, however at check in at 3 pm, asked them to make dinner reservations that evening about 7:30. They said they would do so & let us know. We had to go down (3 times) to ask if they had secured a reservation but were told the person on the desk was too busy but will do it. Eventually they called about 6:30 that they finally called & could not get reservation. As they had no restaurant in the hotel, we found a pizza restaurant next door for dinner (which was quite good). Room was quite good with standalone shower. Would stay again.

Samantha (8/5): Great breakfast but bathroom not clean - We were booked into an accessibility room which was not requested, the wet room was large but there were several hairs and barely any toilet roll. The safe was not working although reception staff came up with batteries. Friends had a better experience than us, i think we were put in a room not frequently used. I did not mention the cleanliness of the bathroom as we stayed for 1 night and it was very late when we noticed and no staff on reception when we left. Breakfast was really good.

paul (10/5): Best air con ever - Excellent hotel, clean with good facilities. The best air conditioning in our room we've ever had most hotels are too warm in the night but this was excellent. Friendly relaxed staff. Clean and tidy communal area. Only negative was the charge for the dogs but understandable as not all owners are responsible and let theirs onto the furniture. Nice walk into the town centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Troyes is definitely worth a visit.
Raymond (10/5): A good hotel. - This is a good, practical hotel. It is quite comfortable and only a brisk 10 minute walk to the wonderful medieval center of Troyes. And the Italian restaurant next door is excellent. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The parking is an additional 10 euro a night but very safe The lounge bar is modern and an evening meeting place for travelers exploring the area or stopping in Troyes on the way to or from the South of France. It's quite close to Paris by car, less than two hours through rolling hills.

The location is around 10 mins from the centre of Troyes. The weather was really bad this time so we ate in the pizza restaurant next door which was really good. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Waclaw (10/5): Wonderful hotel in a beautiful city - The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful, though the hotel was a good 20 minutes walk from the centre of Troyes, which is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful (self service with the best scrambled eggs from an hotel I have ever seen). Only negative point I could make was that the shower arrangement was quite odd in the way that the shower pipe from the mixer tap went across the front of the bath area in which one needed to stand to use the shower screen properly. Apart from that it was the highlight of our trip.

The Kyriad was as good as ever and this was a very modern hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the sights of the town. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Peter (10/5): Enjoyable stay - Very clean and pleasant hotel only10 minute walk to the centre of Troyes. Complimentary coffee in the room was much appreciated and the manager was very helpful. If you are parking your. car in the hotel make sure you get your 10% reduction to 9 euros.

Chris (8/5): Nice budget hotel - We thought the hotel was great. It is a budget hotel, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower did its job ok. The only reason we gave the hotel 5 stars was because of the hefty charges for car parking and breakfast which added another 34€ per night to the bill.

Marcus (8/5): Worth a stay - The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the centre. It is a modern hotel and the staff all speak good English. The rooms are of a reasonable size and are clean comfortable. The aircon works well and was welcome in the present hot weather. The room has a separate wc. The pillows on the bed are small and squashy and only just adequate and could do with replacing with larger firmer ones. The patterned carpet is looking shabby. Unusually for France there is a kettle and tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. I wifi is good. The hotel serves breakfast but we usually walk into town for a croissant and coffee. Right next to the hotel there is a good Italian restaurant and there is a bar in the hotel.
