- Dia (8/5): - The staff and location were great. Grilling was not a problem. But would have to be coordinated with other guests since there is 1 grill. However, many items advertised do not exist. There is no front office on the property. There is no sea view, partial or otherwise, from the courtyard rooms. One supposed courtyard 2 queen bed room is actually around the side of the property and faces a fence. No coffee/tea in the common area. No sitting area in all rooms, as the 2 rooms we stayed in did not have such. The first room had 2 chairs with a little table between right across from a bed. There was no room to walk past if someone sat there. The second room had a coffee table and 1 chair in the open closet. Last, lots of ants in the rooms. They definitely need to do something about that. Basically, there is a bit of exaggeration and embellishment in the listing. Given it’s a nice property, there is no reason for the false stuff.

The problem this time was that I had left my suitcases open and the air conditioner was plugged so the water poured down the wall into my suitcase all night! Funny thing is a guy working at my the same day broke my water pipe off! When it rains it pours! I told Junior and he came and fixed it lickety-split! Just for the fun of the word!

- Nicholas (10/5): - I loved this funky little place in Hopkins. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable. All of the rooms open up into a private courtyard that's available to all staying there. They have bikes available that are moderately well taken care of. The only negative to this place is it is outside of the area of Hopkins with most of the restaurants, so you're walking/biking to most of what you'd want to go to. It's less than a mile but can feel much further in the heat/humidity.

- Hideki (10/5): - I loved my stay at the All Seasons. Property is very walkable to the beach across the road and local dining options. The front gathering area has nicely shaded benches and hammocks and is very well-maintained. Kind staffs there made my stay conformable by lending me their bicycle to explore the village and doing laundries for 10USD. There is a beachfront restaurant in front of the property named H2V. So I could just easily walk to the beach at sunset time to grab food/drink and spend my evening on the beach chilling or swimming and come back to bed. The sea around beach across has some seaweed debris at the shoreline, but once in the water away from the shore, I felt it was pretty clear especially when water in morning was calm with no waves stirring up the sand. This property is perfect for a traveler looking for an affordable accommodation and loves exploring the Hopkins Village.

- Judy (10/5): A little bit of paradise! - Ode is the perfect host...welcoming and full of info on where to go, restaurants to try,music venues, etc. The room was everything we wanted...comfortable beds, fridge and coffee maker. There's areas to bbq, hang out in hammocks and you're only a few hundred feet from the ocean. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back.

The owners walked us to our room and made sure everything was working. They also gave great activity ideas and restaurant recommendations. Plenty of parking just out front! And huge outdoor area with hammocks to relax! Loved this place!

They even helped us arrange cabs for our adventures over the weekend. Very clean, nice patio area to hang out (hammocks, shade, tables, clean), free bikes to use, outdoor rinse off shower, wifi, air conditioning... and a great location! Across the street from the beach and very close to the center of town - can walk almost anywhere!
