- YOUNGEUN (10/5): 후지산뷰와 넓은 객실 - 후지산이 보이는 객실로, 넓은 편이고, 7층 객실 층고가 높아서 개방감이 좋앗어요~ 조식은 다소 부족하지만, 깔끔해서 간단하게 먹을수잇어요. 직원분들이 친절합니다~ 객실 타올도 매일 배달해주엇어요~ 주차장이 좁아서 4박동안 계속 외부주차장에 주차햇어요. 좀 떨어진 곳이어서 불편하다고 느껴졋어요.

- Masuhiro (7/5): ゆっくり休めました。 - 駅に近かった。朝食会場が清潔だった。 加湿器を借りなくても、各部屋に設置されていたらよかった。洗面所が混合水栓ではなく、温度調整が難しかった。部屋の鍵が自動ロックでなく、物理キーなので、少し邪魔。
- Masahiro (5/5): 出張にはちょうど良い - 朝食のスタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかった。 まくらが固すぎた。
- Andreev (9/5): Wonderful hotel, helpful staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. - Location is close to the train station. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great.

- HYUN (4/5): 렌트카 여행자애겐 추천하지 않음 - 위치 좋음. 수 십년 동안 해외여행을 다녔고 수 백 곳의 호텔에 묵어봤는데 20만원이 넘는 숙박료를 받으면서 생수도 제공하지 않는 호탤은 처음 경험해 봄. 주위에 갈 만한 식당도 변변찮은 시골동네 호텔이 후지산이 잘 보인다는 이점 하나만으로 과하게 높은 가격을 받는것 같다. 렌트카 여행자라면 굳이 이 호텔에 머물 이유가 없어보인다. 그리고 변기와 샤워실이 방의 반대편에 있어서 너무 불편함.
