- Pamela (3/5): Never again - We were very much disappointed with the hotel this time. We went there 1 years ago and then it was great. This time there is not much good to say. The only positive thing was the location. 3 months before my stay I wrote an email to the hotel to inform them that I was traveling with my son and my 74 year old mother and that she is scared to stay at the ground floor and ask them to give us a room at a higher level. When we arrived they gave us room 101 at the ground floor next to the back door. My Mother asked for another room. Front Desk didn‘t seem to wanted really to help and said Hotel is full we should ask next day, next morning the said to ask after 3 pm, when we asked again same answer Hotel is full. Didn‘t even tried to look for the remaining days if they could give us another room. On this day someone came also to clean the AC, when we came back later on the AC didn‘t work, we needed to ask Reception and this employee seemed also really bothered to help us. After telling her that it didn‘t work for a couple hours already she came to check. Rooms are cleaned every other day, but on the second day when it was time nobody came. After again going to reception the answer was sorry the needed to clean the rooms from check outs and didn‘t have time for ours. Finally someone came the next day to clean. We hadn‘t had any toilet paper left and after housekeeping come we saw that she didn‘t but toilet paper, so we had to ask for it. One day we planned to have breakfast later and since at Check-in no one told us the Breakfast time my Mother asked at Reception until when it‘s served in the morning. Women at the Reception seemed bothered since she was having dinner at the Front Desk and barely answered. We travelled a lot and my Mother never slept this bad in a bed, she barely could stand up her back hurt so much. We already came a year ago to this hotel a lot has changed in this time. It costs way more than last year but everything was worse and not worth the money. We stayed 6 nights and regretted choosing this hotel.

- 893keeganb (6/5): Some Nice staff, nice room, Limited disability assistance, poor pet friendly option. - Overall it was an okay stay but only because of how amazing Jenessy was! She was so helpful and educated on the hotel! If I ever do come back it’ll be solely because of her amazing customer service. I do have a few things I think people should be aware of before booking tho, for starters…this was one of the few hotels not charging for parking….yall lost that “amenity”….and with it I’m sure most locals like myself….the side walks and surrounding landscape was being redone during our visit. This left mulch, dead bushes, dirt, roots, etc all over the side walks, no issue if it wasn’t for my parents being in wheel chairs and limited to one exit far from the room and it was left like that all day, while the workers left for lunch. I also tried to wait until it was finished to take my dog back out but couldn’t any longer after 6 hours. Not things I want my dog chewing on or choking on. Not to mention the sounds of the multiple machines all around the VERY small dog potty area. Bonus points for the list of dog parks at check in but when you only have that little of grass on property for a dog to potty, it needs to be mentioned. 95% of the ground surrounding the hotel is mulch with newly planted bushes that were dead the first 2 days of the trip. Photos for proof below. $144 a night. You decide if it’s worth it compared to others. Because of the small potty area I would not say this place is dog friendly, especially for medium to large breeds like mine. Charging for parking and having the spots closest to the hotel filled with dirt, dead bushes and mulch feels like a slap in the face after spending $147 a night plus $10 parking PER NIGHT, high pet fees, and being limited to one exit. Jenessy thank you. I hope this hotel can rise to your level of customer service one day.

- P2848WDlindsayh (10/5): Jenessy and Home2Suites for the win!! - Jenessy for the win!! Fantastic hotel all around and so many reasons why! It was easy check in and cleanest hotel I’ve seen in a while! Breakfast was packed but the staff kept everything stocked, moving smoothly and so clean! Everyone wants waffles and they had 4 waffle makers! Best of all, we had car issues and Orlando was only a brief stop on our trip. We had to rent a car and leave ours behind to be towed but because of Easter weekend, we didn’t know when it would be able to get picked up. Jenessy at the front desk made this stressful situation feel like nothing after she helped us get things arranged AND she packed our family of 6 a goody bag before we walked out the door! Thanks again for everything!

- yulena (10/5): Precio y calidad excelente, recomendado 💯 - La habitación extremadamente buena y amplia, la limpieza era súper súper limpia, un 10\10 para la Sra que hace el servicio, tenía una cocina con todo y eso es muy bueno, las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado muy bueno, la TV bien, el baño demasiado limpio, las toallas el toilet la bañera, en limpieza le doy la mayor puntuación porque me sorprendió el buen olor y limpieza que había, lo único que necesita el hotel para estar mucho mejor es, tener un restaurante y bar al menos con los productos más necesarios, estaba lloviendo mucho y salir del hotel después de un día de parque para comprar comida fue algo molesto, pero en general fue una buena decisión escoger este hotel, nos encantó y el servicio de la mi chacha del checking fue muy bueno y excelente Que no tenía restaurante ni bar dentro del hotel, por lo demás fue excelente, nos encantó la estadía

- 319tejaswig (10/5): Great stay and experience - We stayed here during our disneyworld trip in Mar 2026. The room was spacious and amazing. The breakfast spread was great. The cherry on top of icecream was Front desk lady - Valeria was so sweet, she helped deflate expensive baloons we bought at disneyworld to be able to carry them onboard on our flight back. She also told us how to inflate them again as its not a straightforward business!! Thanks to her we did not have to toss them away! Overall the stay was great and the is is our first time staying at home2suites and really loved the stay.

Creo que lo único que la puerta del baño es muy pesada al cerrarla y abrirla. Pero es algo que se podría mejorar fácilmente .

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Jenessy was welcoming and provided us with a fast and easy check in.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, she was welcoming. Brittney was professional, open, kind, attentive, helpful, and caring in addressing my concerns with the room, and offered solutions. Despite the concerns, Brittney made my visit at the hotel pleasant. Thank you Brittney for attending to my concerns and offering solutions. I emailed the manager of my concerns and am going to follow-up. Also, I observed Brittney's communication with other guests. She welcomed them back upon their return, asked if they needed anything, and noted to contact her if assistance is needed. By their responses and smiles, it seemed they were delighted. I could tell this is her character and behavior all of the time. Brittney deserves a raise for her professionalism and care for/of the guests. For hotel location, it is in a good area with various restaurants and stores. Breakfast, on the day (Friday) I attended, was okay. I was not interested in much of the items. There were waffles, a breakfast sandwich, eggs (plain/omlette/boiled), toast/bagels, cereal, fruit, natural yogurt, and cold/hot beverages). As I was leaving on Saturday, I noticed sausage patties were available. Front desk and breakfast area are together so, it can get crowded easily and people running into each other. Both should be separated; front desk in a different section and breakfast area on one side.

No paper towel, no toilet paper. Reservations said parking was free and they charged for parking. HAd to ask for blanket.

Worst of time averted - This was a very pleasant, easy and stress free trip, from I first arrived I was greeted and dealt with expediency & care, even though I was in a large group. Through the week Nicole handled all my concerns, and then in the last hrs, I met my guardian angel Jazzmen, who got me out of a potential homeless night situation, back into the safety and comfort of their room. So big shout to Jazzmen and the rest of the staff... Much appreciated!!

They never showed but she made sure they showed up the next day. Unfortunately Águeda was on her phone and very unhelpful at breakfast.

- michellebL7746JD (10/5): Stay at Hilton Home2Home - When checking in Jazzman & Brittany were very helpful. They were helping another guest but acknowledged us right away let us know they would be with us soon. We chatted a bit telling the ladies we were there for our nieces wedding, Universal Epic and to see the HGV property. Our room was great very clean and spacious. The hotel itself was very clean as well. The laundry room was a life savor for us. A few days later we saw Jazzman at the front desk again she remembered us from checking in and asked us how the wedding went and if we had fun at Universal. The hotel was well booked and she remembered us. That is great customer service. We also saw Brittany on another evening and she was happy to see us and chatted with us asking how everything went seeing the HGV property. Our stay was great. The hotel is located by so many restaurants, shopping and just a few miles from Disney & Universal. Highly recommend.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and we felt at home throughout our stay. We especially want to thank Valeria for her kindness and constant attention. She always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of, which truly made our mornings better. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. - andrewmI1403XL (2/5): Bug warning! - STAY AWAY!! The room as we stepped in had a weird smelling like dirty laundry and cleaning products. The dishes we extremely dirty and the fridge was not cleaned out from the previous stay. There were two bugs that we saw when we stepped in. The only way the hotel were to rectify it was to switch rooms but I talked to other guest and said that all the rooms were similar in cleanliness. The only thing going on for it was the semi decent breakfast but that’s the only thing that was good in the hotel.
- TravisBM (10/5): Excellent hotel with great staff. - I just wanted to take a moment to share one of the most delightful experiences I had during my stay at Home2 Suites in Orlando (12107 Regency Village Dr). When we arrived, everything about the hotel was prefect. However, what really made this stay stand out was the outstanding service we received from one employee in particular—Michael. While there were a few minor issues during our stay (nothing worth complaining about), Michael went above and beyond to address them with such efficiency and detail. He was always quick to respond, and his cheerful, friendly demeanor made every interaction enjoyable. In fact, we made it a point to depart our room a few minutes earlier each day just to chat with him! He offered great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, and we were never disappointed with his suggestions. It’s obvious that Michael is passionate about his work and genuinely cares about ensuring guests have the best possible experience in Orlando. - Rosann (9/5): - The rooms were very nice and confortable. The kitchenette really stand out. Breakfast was good. The staff was very attentive and cordial to all guess. The best part was the convinience of being able to walk to the Orlando Vineland premium outlets. Becuse of the proximity to the premium outlets, the traffic is insane around this area. Best thing to do is walk to the nearby restaurants and not use the car so much. I also did not appreciate having to pay for the parking at a daily rate. Most hotels I've visited in the past with similar price rates offer free parking.

- patriciacH6288VA (10/5): Impeccable stay and wonderful staff - We stayed a total of (3) nights...originally supposed to be (2) but due to mishaps we had prior to arrival, we requested the extension when we arrived. Michael, at the front desk, couldn't be more gracious, more welcoming or accommodating. He made the changes easily and set the tone for the wonderful stay we had. From the room which was spotless & the staff responsible for the upkeep which were friendly & professional, to the common areas of the hotel, equally impeccable , we could not have asked for a better stay. In fact, any issue or rather request, was immediately taken care of. Michael even checked up on us during the stay to make sure everything was running smoothly. Kudos to the staff, and management! We already booked another stay there just based on this initial experience.
