- bjeremic (10/5): Great hotel to stay while in Ulyanovsk - I spent less than 24 hours in the city while staying in the hotel on March 22. My complete experience with the hotel can only be summarized as outstanding! Everything functioned in an excellent way since the first moment. Checking-in was easy and fast, the room was immaculate and clean, well equipped, warm and soundproof. Restaurant was good and offered a number of dishes, although I had to miss breakfast the next morning due to red eye flight to Moscow (but I was given a lunch box which was good). Begind the reception desk was small yet functional table with a PC for guests and there is an exposition of Simbircit stones with accompaning chains, bracelets, rings etc. Location of the hotel is superb, being in a proximity of Lenin Memorial Museum and the house as well as shopping malls and cafes and restaurants which I visited too. However, the biggest treasure of the hotel are girls from the Reception. Alexandra/Alex/Sasha, Anastasia, Anna&Co were simply great. Fast and smiling, professional to the core, they all have offered numerous suggestions and advices which all proved of great benefit for a traveller spending short time in the city (Thanks goes to all of you at the reception!). Management should be very happy having them there!

- Alexander_Kudrin (10/5): Good to be Radisson - The hotel is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance from the main attractions. We had a large family room with two single beds, a sofa and a work area under the TV. There are bedside sockets near the bed. The closet has an ironing board, iron and safe. There is also a minibar in the room. Tea and coffee are constantly renewed, there is a kettle and two small (330 ml) bottles of water are put in daily. The bathroom has a bathtub and three towels per person. A complete set of cosmetics - shampoo, conditioner, milk body lotion, shower gel. On the ground floor there is a large restaurant area where breakfast is served. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty - lots of cold cuts, including red fish. There is freshly squeezed bottled carrot juice. A large number of the most varied pastries, as well as many different fruits - bananas, apples, pears. The hotel has its own parking at a cost of 300 rubles per day, you can put it along the ramp leading to the hotel, but there are very few places there. I haven't been to the gym. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask when entering, hand sanitizers on tables. Overall, this is a Radisson hotel.

- ikondr320106 (8/5): Great hotel with a few remarks - All in all a great place to stay, except for a few minor things. We stayed at room 537, which is considered a semi-suite. - the toilet is stupid high. Wife couldn't touch the floor while sittig, mad uncomfortable - no good solution to put your winter clothes/boots. Only a problem in winter time. - a bit noisy, but mostly other guests' fault, hotel staff reacted quickly, so can't really complain.

- Sergei (10/5): Выходные в Ульяновске - Впервые останавливался в Хилтоне. Выбирал отель в центре, основным условием было наличие парковки при отеле с вменяемым количеством мест (при обзвоне отелей в округе выяснилось, что парковки или маленькие, или на улице вне территории отеля). В отеле понравилось все, хоть так и не бывает. Приветливый, вежливый и компетентный персонал; чистота в номере; удобная парковка; прекрасная кровать; хорошие банные принадлежности; чай, кофе и сливки для кофе в номере. Советую брать завтрак - он тоже хорош, большой выбор блюд. Девушке Яне на обслуживании завтрака отдельный респект. Все основные достопримечательности города в 8-10 минутах ходьбы от отеля, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, но лучше прочитать предварительно отзывы в 2гис. Историческая часть города и отель оставили очень приятное впечатление от поездки.
- 542santeb (10/5): An very astonishing hotel in an interesting city - During my recent journey in Russia, I chose this hotel in Ulyanovsk. This hotel is very well located, not far from the museums and from the centre of the city. The rooms are comfortable and modern. I tried the food in the restaurant one evening and I 'd like to say that it was very good and not so expensive. The staff is very helpful and very sympathetic. If you're a Dutch speaking client, you can teach some words to the night guard !!
- MichaelH9194BG (10/5): Never disappointed by this hotel - I am staying in this hotel for last few years. I must say they succeed to keep the level of Hilton's hotel. The appearance of the hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly. I think the breakfast served there is a one of the best I had in any of hotels - not only in Hilton's network. The location is perfect - just in the center of the city. The price is very reasonable.

Hotel is clean and very courteous staff, good breakfast with live counters for omelettes. Good fitness centre and big restaurant, did not try any other food except breakfast
- uincecik (10/5): Really Good - Comparing the prices same class of hotel in Russia, it has reasonable rates. Warm atmosphere, lovely and friendly staff. Good room service, wide variety breakfast. Very clean and enough space rooms. Free wifi available.
- TomashD1 (4/5): Decent by local standards. Not so by global. You have to pay for water daily! - Staying at the hotel right now for 12 days and there are a few things I must explain to any future travellers. Overall I wouldn't even bother writing a review as I have stayed in some of the best and some pretty bad hotels arounds the world without reviews but in this case... on day two of my stay I realized that the cleaning ladies did not leave any water in my room.I called down assuming this will be rectified immediately, only to find out that "our policy is that we only give you water on check-in day" you have to pay for it onwards. Found this quite ridiculous and indicative of what you will expect here. Don't get me wrong, I am overall satisfied with the hotel quality which is probably of great quality by local standards but there ARE also these type of unorthodox "policies" that you should expect booking here.

- Alex (10/5): Another wonderful night. - Another wonderful experience. As i said in my previous review ill stay here again. Me and my wife checked in pretty late and stayed only one night, but everything was top-notch like last time. Clean room, quiet walls (means i don't hear my neighbors) and staff who knows what to do with strict and very picky customers like me, force me to stay here again and again. Hope it will be that way all the time. All the best!
