• Sally (5/5): Good location but needs to be cleaned up a bit. - Good location - few minutes walk from the station with no hills. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the black out blinds were very helpful. Decoration was a bit tired and out dated. Room wasn't big enough to have the two beds, two chairs and table that were in it. Under the bed hadn't been swept/cleaned for some time. Bathroom a prefabricated plastic module.

Ademas la abuelita que lo llevaba tocaba varios instrumentos tradicionales y la persona que la ayuda (creo que su hija) era encantadora. Las instalaciones eran un poco antiguas, pero no estaban nada mal. Y menos en relación con el precio. Volvería a repetir 100%.

• sayoko (3/5): - 駅に近いところは活動するには良い点。 コインパーキングも近くに何ヵ所かあるし、居酒屋もあるので夜ごはんには困らないと思います。 少し歩けばコンビニもラーメン屋もあります。 自分で布団をひいたのは初めての体験。確かに2組は簡易布団でした。ただ、予約時点で布団4組になっていたので用意されてるものかと思っていました。 部屋に浴室はあるが使って良いのはシャワーのみ。浴槽を利用したいなら家族風呂の予約制。部屋に施設があっても使えないなら記載に注意書が必要ではないでしょうか？ 家族経営的な温かさは良いですが、施設の状況（備え付けの物品など）を知らない方が受付されるのはいかがなものかと。「私、知らんから、またわかったら教えて～」との返答。 朝のチェックアウトもベルを鳴らしても応答がなく、私たちだけでなく、フロントに置かれていた鍵の数を見るところ６組の方がすでにチェックアウトされていました。

• 大塚 (7/5): コスパ良好 - 車で行ったが、スタッフの駐車場案内が適切だった（道路を挟んで反対側、許可証の使い方）。部屋は清潔できれい、静かでした。雨の寒い日でしたが、エアコンはすぐに暖まり効きも良かったです。 トイレがウォシュレットでも暖房便座でもなく、寒い日だったので飛び上がるようでした。

• Tomomi (6/5): - 素泊まりで格安なので仕方ないかな…といった感じです 洗面台の下のカバーが突然外れることが何度もあった 冷蔵庫に「ご自由に」と書いてあったり「私物を入れない」とあったり「自動ロックが５時にかかる」とあったりで何が何だか分からず混乱するシールは外して欲しい 暑い日だったので冷蔵庫は必要だったのでギリギリまでは使用したかった。なので朝４時半過ぎに起きて中身を出して再度寝たが結局ロックはかからなかった 駐車場をチェックイン前から貸して頂いたのはありがたかった
• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were amazing. The hotel is in a great location. Loved Oka Hotel. Nothing really. Our room was a little old, but all apartments of the charm loved the Citizen bedside table / lamp / light switch / alarm clock.
• I-Lee (2/5): - This place is infested with cockroaches. Told the staff when we saw cockroaches in our first room. Got given a new room and still infested with cockroaches. We accept that the rooms are basic and dated for the price we paid. But it's not dirt cheap enough to expect customers to put up with cockroaches. Expedia should consider remove it from its listing.

There was a hole punched in the wall, the carpet was horribly stained and torn (major tripping hazard) both in the room and hallway, and various other maintenance concerns ignored. Furthermore, I was charged almost twice as much than some other guests (guest register was left on the counter with prices).

• CECILIA (6/5): - 優點：從金沢站步行約3分鐘到酒店、金沢站有便利店及食店等等、房間空間大、價錢合理 缺點：職員態度不佳、酒店老舊、房間有損毀而沒有整修、走廊燈光不足 若想方便、節省旅費的，可以選此間，否則可以選其他，因沒有甚麼設施（溫泉也要18:00～24:00才可以浸，早上沒辦法享用）；行李寄存亦說明有任何損壞及遺失，一慨不負責任（行李只放在接待處，亦沒有職員看管，而接待處長期沒有職員，有人check-in時，按鐘及大叫‘有無人’，職員才會出現）。

• Rick (10/5): Much more than we expected ! - Excellent overall stay (3 nights), especially for the price ! Nice clean hotel 5 min from Kanazawa Station. The hotel manager was very gracious, friendly & helpful. She even played live Japanese music at night in the Lobby, and there was an Onsen at the hotel at no extra charge. And the coin operated laundry right across the street sure came in handy too. And I recommend walking over to the Forus Bldg next to the Station - the 5th floor is "all restaurants from which to choose. Thanks Oka Hotel !
• 海パパ (10/5): - 金沢駅徒歩３分位に立地する古風なホテルだが、気さくなオーナーが経営されている家族的なホテルで心が落ち着きます。 部屋は広く、多少作りは古いが実家に帰って来た安らぎが有ります。 ホテルの一階には居酒屋もあり、また、レストランも完備しているので、楽しいですよ。
• Kai Beng (10/5): Super convenient hotel - It is very near Kanazawa station. Just a short walk. Hotel us old but well kept. Service is good. Very helpful. There is a hot bath pool next to the check in counter (male and female separated). Opens till midnight. Hotel lady boss (the iconic old Japanese old lady) recommended us a restaurant for raw fish seafood rice. Quality is superb and cheap. Breakfast is simple but very healthy Japanese traditional breakfast. We had miso soup, fried egg, raw egg with rice, and preserved veg which consists of detox ingredients. Strongly recommended for its close proximity to station and low rate with free traditional Japanese breakfast.

• David (2/5): Terrible hotel for turists but near train station - Cheap hotel in a good position, behind the main train and bus station. Unfortunately the old owner speaks Japanese only and even doesn't try to find someone who can speak with clients. In particular, at the check out, she refused to help us to send the luggages to the next destination (as every hotel in Japan usually do), and she returned to the bar leaving us alone in the reception. The worst hotel service found in a month in Japan. Highly discouraged for foreign people.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 重度の問題はありませんでしたが、以下残念でした。 チェックアウト時間前に清掃の方がノック無しでマスターキーで部屋に入ってきました。 シーツは綺麗でしたが、布団に汚れがありました。 チェックイン前に荷物のみ預けたのですが、盗難や取り間違いが起こらないか不安でした(自分で荷物にネットをかけなければならなかった。引き取りの際に一切確認なく自分で勝手に思って取らなければならなかった。フロント前に置いておくのですが、フロントに誰もがいないことがあった)
• Fai (6/5): 靠近金澤火車站 - 該酒店靠近金澤火車站，交通非常方便，在火車站可以乘坐到金澤各個景點的巴士，很容易，不會浪費時間，另火車站地下有一條食街，飲食也方便，該酒店就是設施方面比較舊，但還是比較整潔的，下次有機會到再到金澤還會選擇的
• Verified traveler (8/5): 很窩心的入住體驗 - 由於大雪影響行程 岡酒店是即日預訂即日入住的 可能預訂至我們入店土的時間還不到一小時 酒店方面未有記錄 但酒店的服務人員（相片中的女仕）看了一下我手機中的預定確認 就相信我及安排房間給我們 她也很貼心很親切很有禮貌

• amornpan (8/5): โรงแรมใกล้สถานี และเจ้าของใจดีมาก - โรงแรมใกล้สถานี และเจ้าของใจดีมาก ชั้นล่างมีพิณญี่ปุ่น ช่วงดึก ๆ คุณป้าเจ้าของมักจะมานั่งเล่นให้แขกฟัง และถ้ามาคนสนาใจมายั่งฟังคุณป้าจะสอนให้เล่นด้วย คุณป้าจะอยู่ชั้นล่างตลอดแทบทั้งวันไม่ว่าจะเป็นฟร้อน หรือข้างๆ ที่เป็นร้านอาหาร ตอนกลับมีเดินมาส่ง โบกมือหน้าโรงแรมด้วย

• Medwin (4/5): close to the station - This hotel is close to the station. There are lots of better hotels around the area. I would not recommend this hotel as the hotel is very old and need major renovation. The sink was very rustic and the washlet is very old. The room is clean but the A/C. Temperature cannot be adjusted as the thermostat seemed not working. There are not very many choices for breakfast, either the Japanese style breaksfast or bread and eggs for foreign guests.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Close to station - The hotel was easy to find, and really close to the station! Unfortunately the closest convenience store was a little far walk away, but there were plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood! The hotel itself was in ok condition, obviously a bit old, but practical for a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing at a good price!
• morisonn (8/5): 駅に近く、滞在、観光に便利 - ホテルは金沢駅に近く、市内観光に大変便利。駅周辺には飲食店が多く、食事には全く困らない。オーナーは親切で快適に宿泊ができた。
• Verified traveler (2/5): - 非常差，訂非吸煙房結果給吸煙房，說沒房間了。提早一天說要退房改其他住宿，飯店也同意了，也說聯絡好了，結果現在不理不睬，，H hotel公司也不管，真的很過份，
• Verified traveler (8/5): Inexpensive hotel close to train station - We had a room for three adults. There were 4 real beds in the room. This left little additional space however the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was more than adequate and the window covers kept the room dark at night. We did not here noises from other guests or from the street all of these factors were conducive to a great nights sleep. The bathroom was neat but dated. It was however quite functional the shower/bath worked just fine. Breakfast was thrown in for a very inexpensive and comfortable nights sleep. Choose an international breakfast if you want one cooked egg (poached) or Japanese style if you want a raw egg to mix with your freshly cooked rice. You dish out the rice for yourself. The breakfast had a few vegetables as well and coffee. The breakfast was simple but we had no complaints. It carried us through until lunch. we had no regrets staying here and appreciated the comfortable sleep.
• YUN CHU (6/5): 離金澤車站很近 - 飯店離金澤車站很近，步行約5鐘，check in 時為服務人員年紀較大不會說英文，溝通上花了一些時間，房間就普通啦，沒有那裡特別好，畢竟，物有所值嘛!
