In dem Trubel von Cusco ist das Hilton Garden Inn ein total angenehmer Rückzugsort. Schön große Zimmer (wir hatten 2 verschiedene, besuchten dazwischen das Heilige Tal und Machu Pichu) mit Blick über die Stadt sowie hervorragendes Frühstück. Nichts. Und wir wussten ja, dass der Weg in die Stadt gut 10 Minuten dauert und der Rückweg ziemlich steil ist.

Sehr schöner Innenhof der zum verweilen einladen würde jedoch lieber nicht benutzt werden sollte. Keine Bedienung. Wollte nach dem Frühstück noch einen Cappucino trinken an der Sonne. War nicht möglich. Restaurant, da wird man beinahe rausgeworfen, schliesst um 10.00. Restaurant essen nicht wirklich gut. Etwas zu wechseln im Menu nicht möglich.

Le charme de l'hotel Le thé de bienvenue dans le hall principal La propreté de l'hotel Sa proximité de la plaza del arma. Un petit dejeuner complet et bon Remonter de la plaza del arma a l'hôtel c'est physique pour les enfants avec l'altitude. (Mais le taxi n'est pas cher pour remonter donc ça reste très bien).

• Erika (9/5): Quite nights and outstanding comfort - Excellent facilities. The room was comfortable, clean, bright, and spacious. Both the bathroom and shower were outstanding. Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is located at the top of a hill—you do need to walk uphill, but it’s not too strenuous. If you prefer, you can take an Uber to Calle Heladeros; it’s less than a five-minute drive. We never felt unsafe walking at night. The view of the city is lovely, and there’s no traffic noise. We chose a king-size bed, and it was extremely comfortable. Nothing. Highly recommend.

• 198vanl (10/5): Thoughtful Service and a Great Stay in Cusco - We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco, and what really made it special was the kindness and attentiveness of the team. Erick at the front desk was always welcoming, greeting us warmly every time we arrived and never making us feel rushed. At the restaurant, Jacky and Erick remembered us from the second day and always welcomed us with smiles—the service was crisp, attentive, and really made every meal enjoyable. Alex at the front office went above and beyond by extending our checkout when our flight was delayed, giving us a comfortable place to rest with our kids before a late-night departure, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is great. The location is a little tricky since it’s on a hill and not right in downtown, but a quick Uber ride gets you there easily. Breakfast was good, and we had one dinner at the hotel that exceeded our expectations. Overall, we would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place that’s quieter and a bit removed from the downtown bustle, without sacrificing comfort or service.

• 85lynettef (10/5): Superb hotel in Cusco - This hotel exceeded all expectations, Built on the side of a hill with levels going down rather than up, most rooms have a great view over parts of Cusco. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with coffee making facilities, large bathroom , comfortable bed, tv etc. The complimentary water was also appreciated and there are filtered water stations on 2 levels to fill up your water bottles anytime. The staff were highly attentive to any need. They helped us with lost baggage and a fault with heating in the room, leaving chocolates as an apology. They helped with transport needs, changed some currency for us and answered any questions we had about Cusco town. The buffet breakfast had a fabulous selection of food options - hot choices , pastries, cereals, fruits, juices, toast, coffee etc. Suggest you try the freshly made omelettes. Yum! We also ate in the restaurant and the food was very nice with large servings . We also had room service one night and received a complimentary tray of little sweet treats. My husband also booked a massage at a good price which he found very therapeutic after walking around many of the Inca sites etc The hotel also has a guest laundry so we were able to do some of our own washing easily. We couldn’t fault our stay here.

• ITGOA (10/5): Outstanding Hilton Garden Inn. - Outstanding hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you. Not sure if it was because we were Gold but they include several "fun" surprises. Much higher standard than Hilton Garden Inns in the USA. Breakfast excellent and from 5am for early tours. In addition, we went on a trip for a few days and they looked after our luggage.

• 563marijkem (10/5): Modern accomodations! - Stayed at this hotel as part of a Peru tour group. Staff are excellent, hotel modern and even offers self-serve laundry facilities for guests. After a busy day touring, the spacious shower was much appreciated and the beds offered a very restful sleep.

• GRANADOS GARZON (10/5): La mejor estadia para tus vacaciones - La atención en el hotel es excelente, todo el personal es muy amable y esta atento a tus requerimientos, el chef del hotel es muy cordial, y esta atento si hay alguna novedad. La comida es deliciosa, el desayuno hay gran variedad y los platos a la carta del almuerzo y cena son muy tipicos de la gastronomia peruana y deliciosos. La atención en el bar tambien es maravillosa. Fue la mejor experiencia que tuvimos. Tuvimos 2 reserva en la misma semana y en las dos la atención es excelente. Estamos muy agradecidos con todo el personal del hotel por sus atenciones y esperamos regresar pronto.

Estuvo todo excepcional La ubicación, si bien ésta a 10 minutos caminando del centro hay que tomar en cuenta que está en una cuesta y es difícil subirla por lo que debes tomar un taxi. El hotel no cuenta con shuttle hasta el centro

O atendimento de toda a equipe é excepcional, com destaque especial para o Jorge, da recepção, sempre atencioso e cordial. Os funcionários refletem muito bem o povo peruano: acolhedores, gentis e calorosos, o que me fez lembrar imediatamente o povo da minha terra, Minas Gerais, no Brasil. Uma estadia memorável. • Peter (10/5): - Die Angestellten waren seeehr freundlich, waren zuvorkommend und man fühlte sicher immer wohl. Es wurden auch Cookies aufs Zimmer gestellt beim Zimmerservice. Wirklich ein super Erlebnis mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Es ist etwas auf dem Hügel und am Abend mit den Tourbussen nicht mehr erreichbar. Aber alles halb so wild.
• Peter (10/5): - The staff was so! friendly. Havent experience this amount of hospitality in a long time. I had a hard day with a tour and some work related stuff and was a bit down. When i came back to my room i found a plate with cookies, a limonade and a note with some nice words. I immediately felt happy again. They also brought me some pralines and alpaca souvenier to my room on the following day. So much additional attention to detail to make you feel at home. The price for what you get is definitely worth it!

• jcwbesq (10/5): Hilton in Cusco - Located northwest of downtown, at 11,400 feet, this Hilton is super highly regarded by the company, having received 2022-2024 Connie Award. It’s well deserved. Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are clean, well decorated with nice firm beds. Showers are strong with plenty of warm water. The views over look the city and high valley. The rooms are located between levels 0 down to 4. There is a breakfast each day with delicious selections for people from all over, terrific breads and omelets to order. A restaurant is also available for lunch and dinner. A beautiful courtyard is also available. Laundry services are available with two washers and two dryers, you just need to purchase the laundry kit (soap, softener & 2 coins) at the front desk. It is a great location to stay if trekking or traveling in the region, or just to acclimate. Enjoy!

The hotel facilities were up-to-date and clean and the hotel staff was very hospitable and very accommodating; particularly the bartenders, Nahum and Victor, Jasmine, the restaurant hostess, and Sintia, the pastry chef. We highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco.

• ELIZABETH (10/5): - The hotel itself is lovely, from the rooms, dining area, facilities to everything else. The staff is very friendly and helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out when you need it. Unlike most other 4 star hotels in Cusco, there are not 200 tourists busses arriving everyday and it's relatively calm and private.

The all-star in at the hotel, specifically the restaurant was Priska. She is so friendly and provides excellent service. She felt like part of the family by the time we left. Other staff that provided remarkable service were: Yasmin, Rodrigo, and Luis.
• LauraMP69 (10/5): Exceptional stay with stunning views - The hotel is beautifully situated on a hillside, offering breathtaking views over Cusco and the surrounding mountains — especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s a peaceful location, yet still close to the city center. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from Hilton. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the large windows made the room bright and inviting. The staff were truly outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, hot dishes, and traditional Peruvian specialties.

We ordered room service when we arrived late and exhausted, again a good selection and excellent quality. Beds are super comfy. Rooms very well equipped. They have it right!
• vernC958 (10/5): Very Nice Hoetl - We loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, as were the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection of food. The only complaint I had about the breakfast was that they charged extra for a cappuccino. Other hotels include that with the breakfast. :-(. The only other drawback to this hotel is that it is located well up on the mountainside. It is quite a walk to the downtown area, and an ever harder walk up hill back to the hotel. Other than that, this is a wonderful hotel.

El personal es muy amable y cordial el ventilador del sistema de aire acondicionado de la habitacion es muy ruidoso y no se puede regular la velocidad, es lo único q me molestó de la estadía.
