Lay (5/5): Pretty decent place. - Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location because it was quiet. The view was okay, lots of trees and quiet neighborhood, but the dumpster was right by our window and probably other windows. It smells like a wet dog when we entered the room. There was a vomit or food spill in the elevator that was there when we went to the room and came back downstairs. It got cleaned up a little bit, but some of it was still on the elevator's wall

rainman314 (2/5): Exterior up to date, interior not so much. - Key cards would not open outside doors. Several places in our room were missing the base trim. Peeling paint and mold in the bathroom. Table lamp would only flicker when you turned it on expected more out of the Hilton chain, will not be staying here again..

Wendy (9/5): Nice place to stay - Clean and modern facilities with very polite, professional staff. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice after a hot day. I usually avoid shampoo, soaps, and lotions provided by hotels, but the Zero% products in my room were all amazing with a light, refreshing smell. Overall, i enjoyed my stay, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but that's just a personal preference, and it did not prevent me from sleeping well.

L Kay (8/5): - I loved being able to bring my dog and felt comfortable the entire time having him with me. Tons of walkable spaces for us to explore while getting some exercise. Dog areas were clean and free of other pet's wastes and bags were available to clean up if needed. The only issue was no hot water in the accessible shower in my room even after allowing the water to run over 5 minutes in case it was just "warming up". Facility was extra clean and staff were friendly.

Gonzalez (9/5): I'd stay again - Honestly been one of my favorite hotels since I was a kid. Everything went smooth check in check out the complimentary cookies when you check in the room was nice and clean even had our last name on the TV the breakfast was good no mean workers I would definitely stay again I didn't get to use the pool but it was warm and clean we didn't travel with our dog this time but good to know they allow it there was multiple dogs we seen which is a plus for us. My one and only complaint is the beds are stiff for my liking They used to be more comfy I'm still in my 20s so I feel like if it's stiff for me it's probably not the best for everyone else either our backs did hurt when we got up the next morning.

Breakfast was great well stocked and the lady was keeping it tidy and took pride in her work. Quiet rooms. The absolute only bad thing was the sliding bathroom door was extremely hard to slide back and forth. Besides that no complaints at all.

The only draw back was about the hotels WiFi and breakfasts. In order to use the hotels WiFi you have to pay a fee and they breakfast let's say we've had better.

kaellynw2025 (2/5): Horrible customer service - We were attempting to stay but were pushed away because an employee does not know the laws. My husband and I are both 20 years old but are on active duty military orders. In the state of Oklahoma, you have to be 18 years of age to get a hotel but certain places like Hampton in have a rule of 21 years an up. They have policies that when provided the right credentials, such as a military id and orders, they bend this rule. We were immediately pushed away when we’re traveling back to our base. We were then told to leave the premises. All in all, this is the worst service I had ever experienced and the only time this has ever happened. Hopefully there are better employees in the future that actually understand the companies policies and laws.
