El hotel en su día fue un referente, pero actualmente se ha quedado desactualizado. Es como un iPhone que en su momento fue lo mejor, pero hoy sería equivalente a un iPhone 5: funcional, pero muy lejos de lo que se espera en su categoría. A día de hoy, la relación calidad-precio no corresponde con el nivel de un hotel esas estrellas. El spa, además, presenta un mantenimiento muy mejorable. El agua no alcanza una temperatura adecuada y, sinceramente, no está a la altura de un servicio por el que se debería cobrar. De hecho, encaja más como una cortesía básica incluida en la estancia que como un valor añadido.

Andrea (9/5): Fantàstica estada per recordar i repetir. - LLoc fantàstic per relaxar-se i respirar. Spa molt bé, em van fer un massatge increíble. Ubicació aprop de Camprodón, hi pots anar passejant en mitja hora per un agradable sender. Llàstima que cap dia hi hagi salmó ni pernil serrà a l'esmorçar per maridar amb el cava que ofereix l'hotel.

Jiménez castellano (6/5): No cumplió mis expectativas - La tranquilidad y las vistas y su ubicación. La bañera muy alta resbala,las sábanas estaban los bordes deshilachados,la calefacción no funcionaba.
Marc (9/5): Buen lugar. - El ambiente del lugar es inmejorable. Muy acogedor y entrañable. Quizás las habitaciones sean un pelín justas y el spa es un "normalito" muy de gimnasio.

Ana (10/5): Espectacular - Poder tener acceso al spa siempre que quieras, el trato por parte del personal, el ambiente que había tan familiar y el servicio de desayuno.
Fernando (10/5): Desconexión ,tranquilidad - La ubicación y la atención del personal de recepción El bufet de desayuno a bajado mucho la calidad y la variedad, el camarero de la cafetería de la noche muy antipático. Y los precios de la carta de cafetería caros .

Por mencionar algún detalle falta mantenimiento en el baño, donde te lavabas la cara no tragaba bien el agua y se acumulaba todo. De las instalaciones del spa había algún servicio que no funcionaba. Desayuno escaso entre semana y fin de semana abundante. La calefacción estaba super fuerte y eso hacia que estuvieras incomodo

Carme (10/5): Muy recomendable - Las instalaciones, el spa y la ubicación son geniales. Tienen cargador de coche eléctrico en la puerta. Muy buen servicio de bar. El spa un poco masificado, la piscina demasiado profunda para mí gusto, algo incómodo. Lo demás genial.

Susana (9/5): Correcto - El restaurante La cama, los colchones no son cómodos y muy incómodo para dormir con la pareja porque son dos colchones de poco más de un metro de ancho en el que te ves obligado a dormir por separado. Y el baño mal distribuido, era incómodo salir de la bañera y tener un muro y el WC justo delante. Es fácil tropezar y caer.

Noemi (10/5): - El personal normal. El lugar precioso, la habitación bastante completa, con balcón y terraza. El spa no es muy grande, pero tiene lo esencial: piscina con chorros, jacuzzi, sauna húmeda y sauna seca. El desayuno muy, muy completo y con productos de calidad. Volvería sin duda
Frens (7/5): Redelijk - Mooi hotel in mooie omgeving met prima uitzicht (tegen meerprijs). Goed ontbijt. Dat ik 50,- meer moet betalen om niet 2 aparte 1-persoons bedden maar ‘gewoon’ een tweepersoonsbed in de kamer te hebben, vind ik erg raar! Lijkt een trucje om omzet te verhogen. Niet zo klantvriendelijk, dus voor ons geen tweede keer dit hotel.
