• Dilip (10/5): Perfect accommodation for families! - The room was very comfortable and precisely matched our needs as a family with young kids. Complimentary access to the splash pool (on weekdays) was a BIG bonus that our kids absolutely loved! Nothing at all. Everything was good.

• mandza (10/5): Would stay again - Shangri-La Serviced Apartments in Singapore offer spacious and well-maintained accommodation with excellent service. The apartments are very clean, generously sized, and provide ample wardrobe space. Housekeeping is carried out three times a week, with fresh towels, robes, toothbrushes, and shower toiletries provided. The staff are exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A thoughtful welcome pack was also provided, including bread, eggs, fruit, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, juice, and jam, which comfortably covered our first two days. Guests have access to the hotel facilities next door, such as the pool and spa, although this is not available on weekends. On the downside, while the apartments have their own pool and sauna, this area would benefit from a deep clean and a general upgrade, as it appeared somewhat run down. The bathrooms, although very large and clean, would also benefit from refurbishment. The sofas and floor mats showed visible staining; while attempts appear to have been made to clean them, replacement would be more appropriate. Towels are provided at the pool and sauna, which is a positive. That said, the level of service was outstanding, and based on this alone, I would still choose to stay here again.

• Glenys (8/5): - Fabulous pools and gardens. Large rooms with good facilities. Quiet but convenient location with a shuttle bus service. Nice Italian resturant that could cater for food allergies. The spa at the apartments need some renovation and really doesn't work. We had a leaky hose in the bathroom which spilled onto the floor. And unfortunately a member of housekeeping took a new shopping bag from our room. A did expect they would replace it..but not so.

The property was very well maintained and very quiet and extremely comfortable. A home away from home. The welcome pack of groceries was a great surprise. The only thing would be maintaining a consistent temperature of air conditioning in the master bedroom with the fan speed on lowest setting; higher fan speeds was too noisy for sleeping. A minor gripe.

Abit pricey but we got the pretty decent rates compared to norm via booking.com so it’s still worth it. Cleaning on alternate days, less amenities and restrictions for apartment guests
• christine (10/5): Excellent friendly holiday. - Clean spacious apartment. They gave us a welcome basket of food to start our stay off. Always helpful with information when we were trying to organize our next day. They provided a curtesy bus to the nearest shopping Centre, where the train station was and also a free bus to Santosa island. Not having enough time in the day to relax more around the pool as there was always something to see or do.
• Terence (9/5): Wonderful accommodation in Singapore. - The overall room size was fantastic for a 1-bedroom self contained appartment. Meals were in the main Shangri-La hotel that was very busy, and expensive.

• Gert-Jan (10/5): Onze hoge verwachtingen werden dik overtroffen! - In een groen gedeelte van Singapore gelegen, luxe appartementen en onderdeel van het 5 sterren hotel Shangri-La. Het ontbijt was ongelofelijk goed, enorm veel keuze. Rayan en Daniël en Gert-Jan begonnen de dag altijd met 1 of 2 koppen Singapore Laksa soep. Een ware traktatie. Maar er is ook Indiaas, Chinees, Koreaans, Indonesisch en Europees eten. Yoghurt uit Zwitserland! Buiten zitten onder de parasol met 28 tot 30 graden en een geweldig ontbijt is erg plezierig. Uiterst vriendelijke staff. Het appartement is zeer ruim, er waren Nespresso cups, melk, brood, eieren, jus en water in de koelkast- zodat reizigers die laat aankomen en niet uit eten willen op de eerste avond, zich kunnen redden. Op 5 minuten afstand ligt Orchard road, gezellig drukke straat met restaurants. En grote malls met food courts. In de food courts ongelofelijk veel keuze tegen heel lage prijzen! Tip: bijna alles gaat digitaal- maar je kunt een kaartje voor de bus met je creditcard maar 1x kopen: dus, als je met kinderen bent en zij hebben geen creditcard, dan kun je voor hen geen kaartje kopen. Maar met cash lukt het wel. Dus, neem geld op bij de Geldautomaat in Singapore dollar, kleine SGD 10 biljetten/ met zijn 4-en betaal je SGD 10 en daarmee cross je door Singapore. Ideaal! Ook het huren van fietsen (Scoot bikes) is ongelofelijk leuk! Ik miste in de kamers een paar plantjes, een beetje kaal. Weet dat als je warm wilt douchen je een schakelaar aan moet zetten. De bedden waren exceptioneel goed!

• K.K (8/5): Very nice stay at a good location and very clean. - You get the access from the hotel and apartments. Also get to access the swimming pool till 10pm which van be very nice relax swim after a heavy day. The property is held up nice but still some point its an old building and the bed/sleeping pillow could be a lot better.

• Filippa (9/5): We had a wonderful experience and the apartment met all of our needs and the staff were excellent. - We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms and it was spacious, comfortable, quiet, well lit and well air conditioned. Cotton robes and slide on slippers were provided. Plenty of white, soft bath towels were provided. It was serviced 3 days during the week. A welcoming breakfast package of coffee pods, milk, apple juice, orange juice, cornflakes, butter, noodles and 6 eggs was appreciated. Tea bags, instant coffee sachets, sugar sachets, salt and pepper sachets were also provided. Plumbed, filtered water in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, toaster, kettle and stainless steel pots. There were good quality side loading washing machines and dryers on each floor with clear operating instructions especially useful for large families or for longer stays, but remember to bring or purchase appropriate laundry detergent. The pool was a reasonable size and it was refreshing to have a dip after a long day spent exploring. There was a life guard on duty when we used the pool and staff that helped with towels and provided water. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The location was good and away from busy traffic noise but reasonably close (6 minute walk) to bus stops and 12 minute walk to train station. Easy drop and pick up drive way for taxis, Grab deliveries etc. There was a supermarket within 6 minute walk and restaurants and cafes close by as well as the restaurants at the Shangri La hotel next door. Singapore is an expensive place to visit and the cost of the apartment was high and so the expectation was that the kitchen would have been better equipped. So the kitchen could have benefited from extra, solid utensils eg. Larger bowls, stainless steel pasta drainers, stainless steel cooking utensils. The range hood was extraordinarily loud when cooking. The apartment’s carpet could benefit from a thorough steam clean or vacuum especially around the edges and under beds. We had a large cockroach in the kitchen during our stay (not surprising in a tropical climate) but the staff were very quick to respond to remove it. There were no other cockroaches found.
• Daan (9/5): Fijne ruime plek in een rustige omgeving. - De appartementen waren groot en comfortabel, fijn voor langer verblijf. Het zwembad zowel bij de appartementen als bij het hotel zijn mooi! Het ligt iets verder lopen van de metro dan we dachten, de shuttle is fijn maar die duurt langer dan lopen omdat deze nog langs het hotel rijdt.

• mattpC4948ZK (10/5): What a great experience - The apartments were in a perfect location, within walking distance to Orchard Road, shops, Cold Storage Supermarket and retail outlets, and the MRT. Pool was great, clean, relaxing and not crowded, staff were friendly. Apartments were perfect for a small family. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, all rooms have toilets, there is a comfortable lounge and dining area and a small kitchen. If you can overlook dated decor, which I can, the accomodation is spot on and I would highly recommend.

Vaikka huoneisto muuten toimiva, se tarvitsee joskus pientä kosmeettista sisäremppaa. (esim. lattia on aika kulunut.) Jos elämä saa vähän näkyä, niin oiva kohde.
• Rohan (7/5): Great overall - Nice apartment size. Great location Being the apartment of Shangri La, certain policies were a little annoying. Eg: The apartment wasn’t cleaned everyday, hence for the last 2 days the rubbish wasn’t removed from kitchen making the kitchen area stink. We found a cockroach in the lounge on day 2. The staff removed it immediately, but wife did find this experience a bit scary. She is petrified of cockroaches. But I guess that due to this being the apartment, maybe this was considered as budget and these facilities may not have been available to the budget version. Bit annoying nevertheless.

• Eva (10/5): A great, high quality service and experience! - The service at Shangri-La serviced apartments was truly excellent. Staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The ability to access the hotel, pool and gardens in the main hotel made our stay even more enjoyable whilst having the space and comfort of our own apartment. The food pack on arrival was great and they even gifted us some chocolates to celebrate Singapore's national day!
• Dennis (7/5): - the pool at the apartment was very nice arrived at 2,45 pm and couldn't get into our room until 4pm. A maintenance day was scheduled for one of the days we intended to have a sleep which didn't work out. We were given a days notice and it was loud .

• Trawlo (10/5): Travelling with family - 3 bedroom apartment is the way to go! - The 3 Bedroom apartment was exceptional and way above expectations. The apartment was larger and very well maintained. Breakfast foods were provided in the kitchen on the first day. We were able to attend the buffet breakfast next door at the Shangri-La. The pool area was very nice and we spent a few hours enjoying our time here. Not a very long walk down to the MRT and the bus from the apartments to ION was really useful. We liked everything.
• Joanne (10/5): Magical place, relaxing and quiet, looking forward to returning. - The location was perfect, a short stroll to cafes, shops, and the MRT . The well established gardens gave the place a wonderful relaxing vibe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartments are huge and very clean. A special mention to the lovely lady Elily? our house keeper who couldn't do enough for us and who is excellent at her work. A lovely meandering garden path took you to the a joining hotel were you could use all the facilities at no extra cost and dine at the different restaurants available. Loved the foyer with the sparkling chandeliers and the walls of glass looking out to the Koi fish pond. The use of the business centre was an added bonus so was the complimentary coffee machine. NOTHING
