• Grzegorz (10/5): - Lokalizacja jak dla nas perfekcyjna. Blisko Dubrownika ale jednocześnie poza miastem co pozwala odpocząć w ciszy bez tłumów turystów. Przystanek autobusowy 50m od apartamentu. Sam obiekt jest cudowny i ma bezpośredni dostęp do prywatnej plaży. W pokojach jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Zadaszony taras z widokiem na morze i piękne zachody słońca to rewelacja. I na koniec jeszcze sami właściciele. To przemili i bardzo gościnni ludzie. Dostaliśmy dużo wskazówek na cały pobyt a na powitanie i w trakcie pobytu lokalne przysmaki od ojca właściciela, który jest przeuroczą osobą. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce 👍👍👍

• Amelie (10/5): 100% Recommendation! The best holiday we´ve ever had in Sea of Eden!! - We stayed at the Sea of Eden in May 2025 and can only say the best. The apartment was absolutely clean and comfortable (I must emphasize that cleanliness is a 10/10), with a fantastic terrace, a fabulous view, and closer to the sea than the 5-star hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Peter, his father Mario, and his mother, and we will definitely come back. Peter gave us the best tips and allowed us to explore every corner of Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. For us, the Sea of Eden, are fantastic apartments in best location, cleanliness, and amenities, from the large, comfortable bed to all the little things you need in the kitchen, clean and nice bathroom and the best view we've ever had definitely deserves 5 stars. For this low budget you will get a beautiful apartment with incredible view and private beach and so close to the City Dubrovnik. We've traveled many times, but we've never experienced such dedication and warmth. We wholeheartedly recommend it to 100%! However we needed help or had questions Peter was there for us and we really want to thank them for all. We will definitely come again and give all stars for Sea of Eden. Most beautiful holiday ever! • Megi (10/5): Loved the private beach bit, beautiful location. - Our host met us with snacks and beverages upon arrival which was really nice of him and he talked to us a bit about Croatia and what we could do there. The location was amazing and we loved the little patio bit outside, room was a bit small but not really a problem as it’s just a place to sleep and we were out most of the day

Свой собственный пляж в 10 ступенях. Своя небольшая терраса с отменным видом и лежаками. Загорать можно и на собственной террасе. Питер, наш собственник, всегда был на связи, если что-то было нужно. Небольшая кухня со всем нужным внутри была идеальна. Отец Питера очень гостеприимный и каждый день угощал фруктами с собственного сада - виноград и инжир. Отец Питера приходил каждое утро поливать сад . Иногда оставался на пол дня, занимаясь уборкой в саду и на пляже и тд . Когда останавливаешься на целую неделю, хотелось бы немного уединения . Например после 10-11 утра, что бы уже можно было быть наедине с собой, прекрасным видом и морем.

• Maureen (10/5): Fantastisch!! - Sea of eden truly is a special place if you’re visiting Dubrovnik. The accommodation has everything you need like a kitchen with good utensils, coffee, oils, many bathroom items, air conditioning, a beautiful terrace and more. Besides that, the view on the terrace is exceptional and among one of the best I have ever visited. You only need to go down one set of stairs and you can literally jump in the sea. The only thing better then the accommodation and the view, is the host Peter. He is a hard working man and upon our arrival he gave us some refreshing drinks, showed us how this family managed apartment works, told us about the best places to eat, gave us many great tips about the city itself and also arranges different tours if thats what you want. Besides that, he always responded within 5 minutes if we sent him a WhatsApp and drove us to the city on demand. What a great guy! He made our stay very enjoyable.  We also had a very funny interaction with his father, who called himself “the architect” of the beautifully maintained garden. Including giving us some of his figs and fresh herbs. If we would visit Dubrovnik again, we would definitely come back to the Sea of eden. 10/10!

• Ion (10/5): EXCELLENT, I highly recommend it - I really liked the property for several reasons: we were warmly welcomed, the host awaited us with a plate of drinks and appetizers, provided us with information about the sights, the superb location on the seashore, the cleanliness of the property and the amenities (from needle and thread, kitchen equipped with everything you need, bathroom with everything) ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. 😊 No wifi

You can have everything you need during vacation , include hygiene products and medications. Fully equipped kitchen , lovely terrace and sea view . Adriatic Sea by your door step Petar help us to explore some parts of the country and also visit beautiful towns of Herzegovina. It was our first holiday in Dubrovnik. And I will really recommend accommodation Sea of Eden for people who want to visit Croatia.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für Dubrovnik & Umgebung - Ferienwohnung liegt sehr gut um Dubrovnik und Umgebung schnell und ohne Stau zu erkunden, trotzdem ruhige Lage mit eigener Sonnentrasse direkt am Wasser. Die Gastgeber gegen sich alle Mühe um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestallten. Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt und Klimagerät ist auch vorhanden.

Beautiful well maintained garden. Wow experience ... free parking and nice restaurants in few mins drive. Conveniently located within 10 mins drive to old city center ... we used Uber and local taxi to avoid parking word!
• Stephen (10/5): - This is the best holiday we have been on and we enjoyed it so much we are going back next year. Petar is amazing and really made our trip fantastic. He is so friendly and goes above and beyond to give you the best time. We visited all the best places near Dubrovnik and further afield and he even took us into Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The apartment has the most fabulous views and you can swim off of the private sunbathing area right outside. It is away from the city and the crowds but there are several buses, reasonable taxi prices and Petar will collect you if he can.

• Keith (10/5): Apartment with a very hospitable owner - We had a 2 week stay in August 2016 and it was idyllic. Petar makes a great host and likes to spend time with you acting as a holiday rep advising you on places to go, things to do, nice restaurants and generally helping you to get the best out of your stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable with the AC and the bed provided the best sleeps we have had for ages. There is a private shaded terrace in front of the apartment that has a table, chairs and sun longers with a hose provided to rinse off after swimming. Next to it are steps down to the sea, about 12 only. Once there, another terrace is available with more sun loungers and a few more steps gives you the sea with a ladder for access. Great swimming and caught lots of small fish. The water is very clear and quite calm, like a lake on most days. Nearby of course is Dubrovnik but can get heaving in the afternoon as it is a destination for the massive cruise ships that sail by the apartment with no adverse affect at all. You will not be disappointed by Petar and his apartment.
• Robert and Sue (10/5): Very relaxing for a quiet private break - The location is very good if you want a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of the town/city. We found the local bus suitable for our needs but if you want flexible mobility you need a car or taxis, the parking is good. Nice bar/restaurant few minutes walk away. Facilities are basic and simple but very clean. The terrace is superb if you just want to sit and enjoy the wonderful view. The most impressive thing about this holiday is the owner and his family. Nothing is too much trouble for them, polite, friendly and helpful does not really cover it because they really will do anything they can to help and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Would not hesitate to return.
