Gospodarz z chęcią podpowiedział co warto zobaczyć oraz pomimo naszego wylotu o 5 dostaliśmy na drogę mini śniadanie. Dodatkowo dzięki krótkiej rozmowie dowiedzieliśmy się o strajku i na miejscu gospodarz załatwił nam taxi na lotnisko. Szczerze polecam to miejsce, czysto, cicho i blisko aby zwiedzić ważniejsze miejsca.

Transfer zum Flughafen mit SIT-Shuttle und zwei Stationen mit atac-Bus sehr bequem und preiswert. alles bestens!

Personnel très sympathique et aidant. L'établissement est à quelques mètres d'un arrêt de bus qui dessert toute la ville facilement. Restaurants et supérettes à proximité. Un effort pourrait être apporté au petit déjeuner. A ce niveau de confort et note élevée, l'investissement, par exemple, dans une machine à cafés (boissons chaudes) plutôt que des sachets serait un plus.

• Juan Pablo (10/5): Quiet, peaceful and close to the Vatican - The staff is incredible; we felt completely at ease thanks to their service and advice. The breakfast takes one worry off your mind during your trip. Vatican is close to their location. I would have liked a few more suitable spaces to store my belongings - and generally a more spacious room- but I am aware that the room reflects exactly what I booked.

• Andreea (10/5): Very nice apartament and hosts - Great apartment for a family of 4, with a small kitchen to make a tea/coffee or warm some food. The hosts were amazing, giving us so much help with everything we asked, even though they took initiative to find tickets for us ar Colosseum or in the morning we have left, as we didn’t have time for breakfast , they gave us croissants for all of us. The rooms were very clean, good beds and is very close to the Vatican city, 1,3 km away so you can go their in about 15-20 minutes

Zawsze gotowi doradzić i wesprzeć w każdej sprawie, sprawiają, że można poczuć się tu jak w domu. Z przyjemnością wrócę do Casa Mia Vaticano przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie i zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt innym podróżnym.
• ahmed (10/5): - حقيقي التعامل كان في منتهي الرقي و اللي شغالين في الفندق بيساعدو جدا في اي حاجه و بيسهلو بتوصياتهم تغطية المزارات و الوصول للمطار بارخص وسائل مواصلات و اسرعها. غير طبعا الغرف نظيفة جدا و الفطار حلال و جميل جدا. ممكن بس ان مفيش ثلاجة في الغرفة و ميكرويف.

• John Randolf (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location was very good. Very close to the tourist attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, Vatican Museums and St. Peters Cathedral. Very near bus stops like just outside the property. The staff were amazing. They were very accommodating, helpful and they will provide everything you need especially Rosanna. There are limited restaurants to dine in although uber eats works so that was very helpful for us. Breakfast provided was alright as well.

• Alberto (10/5): Mi sono trovato come a casa - Struttura moderna in una via centrale vicina al Vaticano con ogni tipo di negozio bar e ristoranti, camere eleganti ordinate e pulite, colazione ottima, il tutto gestito da due persone stupende che vi faranno sentire come a casa vostra. Torneremo sicuramente!! Mi è piaciuto tutto

• Adam (10/5): Wrócę jak będę w Rzymie i polecam wszystkim - Gorąco polecam ten obiekt, wszystko czego potrzebujesz jest na miejscu, bardzo pomocni i życzliwi właściele. Przystanek autobusowy pod samym budynkiem z którego dojedziesz do centrum w 20 min., do Watykanu 15 min. spokojnym spacerem . Pokój codziennie sporzątany, pomimio opóźninego lotu i przyjazdu w środku nocy nie było żadnego problemu z zameldowaniem. W dniu wyjazdu mogliśmy pozostawić bagaż i odebrać przed samym wyjazdem na lotnisko. Jedyny minus to bardzo cienkie ściany (chrapanie sąsiada było słychać)

• Sławomir (10/5): Super - Gościliśmy w obiekcie od 20-23.01.2026 polecam jak najbardziej.Przemiła i pomocna obsługa, czyste i przytulne pokoje, smaczne śniadanie typowo włoskie (tost z serem i szynką,jogurt,rogalik,sok i oczywiście kawa ). Blisko przystanek autobusowy około minuty pieszo. Pani która o 7 rano stukała butami typu szpilki😬😀
• Carrascal (10/5): Excelente - O staff era incrível, quarto limpo e arrumado, pequeno almoço de qualidade, respostas rápidas e esclarecedoras, boa localização com paragem de autocarro à frente. A foto tirada do quarto foi no fim da estadia no entanto quando chegamos estava tudo impecável e limpo, todos os dias quando voltávamos alguém limpava e arrumava tudo de novo. Gostamos de tudo e todas as criticas feitas são 100% desnecessárias. O barulho nao é incomodativo e o pequeno almoço nao é incompleto, para o preço é mais que suficiente no entanto foi questionado se queríamos adicionar alguma coisa para o dia seguinte mas foi mais que suficiente, tomávamos o pequeno-almoço às 7h30 e só voltávamos a comer ao 12h30 por estarmos tao cheias.

• 1878cmj (10/5): True Gentlemen ,smell the popcorn - Location was 10 mins from the vatican.also an underground train . Buses where often and an exellent way to see Rome. The atmosphere in the guest house was the best ive ever rxperienced, Thomas and his partner had no trouble doung anything we wanted. They made us all laugh at breakfast,told us all events happening, and set the younger couples fun challenges. Even told us the Pope was out at 12pm for 10 mins. The rooms where extremely clean,spacious and quaint,romantic and SAFE.The value was ok i suppose i looked at others but location ,breakfast and entertainment,plus i think if you had a car there was parking. This is a great place to stay.thank you.

• Joan (10/5): - La habitación perfecta, súper limpio todo. Muy amables la gente de recepción y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Dormimos 2 noches y vinieron a limpiarnos la habitación. Muy bien ubicado y la zona súper tranquila. Parada de bus justo delante y estación de tren a 5 minutos caminando. El Vaticano se encuentra a 15 minutos caminando sin pérdida. Sabemos que cuando volvamos a Roma, volveremos aquí 100% Muchas gracias!
• Irenefava (10/5): Soggiorno spettacolare - La camera era molto carina, letti comodi, ben arredata e bagno spazioso. Indescrivibile la cordialità, simpatia, gentilezza ed ospitalità dei due proprietari. Ogni mattina la colazione è servita dalle 8 alle 10, stile all'italiana con ottime paste fresche ogni mattina, toast fatti al momento yogurt e bevande calde e succo. Molto abbondante e soprattutto servita dalla simpatia dei proprietari che vi metteranno sicuramente il sorriso in volto. Inaspettatamente ci hanno anche fatto le camere tra una notte e l'altra , servizio molto bene gradito. Che dire, rapporto qualità prezzo introvabile a Roma. Per la prossima visita in città sappiamo sicuramente dove andare. Era tutto perfetto

• Svitlana (10/5): - Spędziłam czas 21-24.12.2025 roku w hotelu Casa mia Vaticano w Rzymie. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Obsługa była bardzo miła, pokój zawsze posprzątany, pościeli i ręczniki czyste. Śniadanie smaczne i różnorodne. Mój pobyt był spokojny i komfortowy. Polecam to miejsce innym ❤️

• Antonella (6/5): Bello ma ha potenzialità per migliorare - Simpaticissimi i proprietari , stanze belle Ci siamo venuti piu volte, stavolta abbiamo però alloggiato nella stanza davanti alla reception, un casino dato magari dalla gente però un po’ poca privacy. La colazione deve tornare di qualità, conto sull amore per l ospitalità che hanno mostrato da sempre: no toast con mezza fetta di mortadella dentro nè succo annacquato . No prodotti discount, meglio tornare a un livello di qualità, specie per gli italiani che hanno standard un po’ più elevati. Conto sullo staff che ha potenzialità !!!

The staff were very considerate of our needs and they went over and beyond to help us have a great stay. They offered restaurant recommendations, maps, booking taxi services to the airport, and great company during breakfast. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours chatting late into the night. Nothing some earplugs can't fix.

The staff was great and attended every need (early check in, bag storage, recommendations, etc.) Room was clean and comfy with wonderful shower pressure!

• Vincenzo (10/5): 10 e lode - B&B di alta qualità, si dorme benissimo. Le stanze sono pulite e lo staff è molto gentile e simpatico. Ottima posizione per visitare i posti turistici. La fermata dell'autobus è proprio davanti alla struttura. Tutto bene, non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema
