• JULIANA (8/5): Uma decepção o restaurante (cardápio e arrogância) e poucas opções de atividades. Propriedade linda - A equipe de recepção e do bar são excelentes. O quarto é maravilhoso e a propriedade é simplesmente maravilhosa. Se voce é uma pessoa que vai viajar com filhos é perfeito. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, produtos da própria propriedade, excelente. A localizaçãoé muito boa próxima de vários locais interessantes para visitar, mas se for por isso, melhor procurar um lugar com valor menor e melhor custo benefício. O restaurante não atende às expectativas. Equipe sem gentileza nenhuma, foram bastante arrogantes conosco por conta de alergias. Não recomendo para ninguém que tenha restrições de qualquer tipo, são totalmente despreparados para isso. O restaurante em relação ao sabor da comida deixa muito a desejar. A propriedade é mais para casais com filhos, pois possui poucos atrativos para se explorar. Em 30 minutos se caminha por ela toda e conhece. Não exploram a história do local, os locais não tem nenhuma identificação e quando vemos, em meio às parreiras ou oliveiras construções lindas não se sabe o que foram no passado. Enfim, não atende ao custo benefício esperado, mas a arrogância do restaurante é o pior, destruíram nosso jantar de aniversário de casamento. Comemos torradinhas no quarto. Foi péssimo.

• Raz (5/5): - The architectural and landscape design, the free-pickup bikes, the horses and dunkeys No one welcomed us until (almost entered) the reception. The Check-in progress was too long and tiresome. We had a long drive and all we wanted was to get the room and relex. Instead of this, we had a lecture about the farm, fake attention. it took almost 45 minutes to get the room from the minute we arrived. More than that, although they had my cardentials, I had to give them my credit card details again.. The room was dissapointed with old-look style that felt more like a farm, less than a 5-star hotel. The room was on the ground floor with "semi private" terrace - a public terrace... The reason we picked this place was the amount of activities they offer. We were shocked to find out, only when we arrived, that all of the acctivities cost Alot of money! Extra to the high price we paid (580€) on the low season. The activities were the reason for picking this hotel. Most of them cost 80€ and up, per person. Even the olive tasting and an explanation of the history of the farm cost 50€ PER PERSON! The dinner was tasty buy expensive, the breakfast was lack of vegtables and salmone (in an organic farm, they didnt have any fresh vegtables!). The room was too dark. The shower floor was dark and covered with dirty Terracota tiles.

A experiência no spa ficou aquem da expectativa. Foi boa, mas a relação qualidade preço é desajustada.

• Jessica (10/5): Like a page out of a fairy tale. - We could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. The property is truly magical - from starting your day with fresh produce for breakfast, getting sun-kissed at the lawn pool to ending the night under the stars with a glass of wine.

Une excellente adresse. Franchement tout était très bien. Seul hic, l'hôtel étant fréquenté par 80% d' américains ... pratique des prix ... américains. Par exemple le restaurant dans le potager est délicieux mais le prix du menu est plus cher qu'un étoilé bruxellois.

Attention to detail and the personal touches so heartfelt. I had my birthday here and they spoilt me with cake and champagne. Everything was very personal. • Joya (10/5): - Just as you come onto the property, just outside the reception is a cobble stone path, where sets of chairs and tables are set up to watch the sunset and drink the wines produced at the nearby vineyard. That was my absolute favorite place to sit as we were celebrating my partner's birthday. Our friends from New York were vegetarians and found loads of options on the farm to table menu on offer for breakfast and dinner. It rained the last 3 days of our trip, cancelling our hot air balloon ride, but the concierge toggled quickly and offered us an array of options including an olive oil tasting. Our guide was a fount of knowledge. Thank you!

Do momento em que chegamos de carro ao hotel fomos muito bem recepcionados e nota-se de imediato o preparo da equipe para oferecer um serviço de extrema qualidade. Check-in desconstruído, com um drink de boas vindas e canapés servidos no bar o lado da recepção enquanto escaneiam seus documentos e fazem a parte burocrática. Oferta de atividades extras (pagas à parte em sua maioria ) variada. Quarto de extremo bom gosto, clean, confortável e espaçoso. Quartos do monte com excelente vista de Monsaraz. Almoço e jantar no restaurante do hotel com comida muito boa, e cardápios diferentes, o que achei ótimo para variar mesmo que indo ao um mesmo local. Sempre uma atenção impecável de todos durante as refeições. Café da manhã com opções de qualidade, e pratos quentes à la carte muito bons. Espero voltar em breve com um clima adequado para ir à piscina do hotel. Adoramos!!

It is a very tranquil place that has a lot to offer especially for families. The whole staff is amazing, they were helpful with everything we needed.

Staff were very helpful and valet service/ turndown was great Seating outside the cottage was very poor. Also, seating in the restaurant and outside bar area were uncomfortable. Old fashioned bathroom/ shower. Impossible to book spa treatments on site despite the fact that when visiting the spa area no staff were present. Lastly, prices in the shop were extortionate.

Even if they were all really nice, some of the members of the staff did not have sufficient training to be guides to make the tour around the hotel (lots of information missing). Also, the two bar menus are quite limited (even for a bar).

The staff and service were fantastic and the place gives you an immediate sense of calm. The surroundings are absolutely stunning. What we also appreciated was that the food, drinks and activities were not overpriced, so you left feeling like you were not taken advantage of, which can be the case for a lot of high end hotels. The food was delicious and in beautiful settings. No complaints!
