- Todd (4/5): Ok but but what we expected from the room pix online. - It was very beautiful on the outside with its authentic 1900’s classic grounds etc… I loved the price for a 2 king beds room. The pictures of the rooms are not an accurate representation… the room we got was very run down dated and not at all like the pictures that sold us on the location in the 1st place. The window a/c unit would turn off and on but not until the room was a bit stagnant so it made it hard to sleep with the constant air temp swinging from pleasant to stagnant.

The cool thing about it--at least for us Baby Boomers--was the signed photographs of all the stars that stayed there during filming for either the Western movies or TV shows. Lots of fun to see the stars of that generation. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was plenty of food. Good beds and 4 good pillows. At the early May date that we stayed, the pool was closed.

- Helen (10/5): חווייה מדהימה - מלון מקסים ומלא נוכחות בסיגנון המערבונים של שנות ה-60. קרוב לקניון ציון ובמרחק שעה בערך מקניון ברייס. התארחנו זוג + 2 ילדים. הצוות היה מקסים. קיבלנו חדר גדול עם שתי מיטות זוגיות וחדר רחצה. הייתה חנייה בשפע ובחינם (לא שיגרתי בארה"ב). קיבלנו אקסטרא מגבות כשביקשנו. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה, מרשימה ומספקת יחסית לארה"ב. העיירה מאוד קטנה אבל אפשר למצוא בה הכל!!! הגענו בתחילת מאי והיה ממש קפוא אז ויתרנו על הבריכה.

- Aleksandr (9/5): Nice location, sweet hotel but problem with Tesla infrastructure - Lovely hotel, located in a historic area, well-maintained and offers excellent service There is no Tesla Supercharger reachable within a 50-minute drive. Close to the hotel, there is a fast-charging station available, but it is not compatible with my Tesla. Another hotel half a mile away has a low-speed charger in its parking lot. I cannot suggest using a Tesla for traveling to Kaban.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas testé le petit déjeuner car nous avions une sortie lever de soleil à 6h du matin mais la salle du petit déjeuner avait l'air trop chouette dans le genre expérience américaine typique. rien

Close to shops and center as well as pink dunes. Supportive reception. Mays western super stars stayed at the hotel such as John Wayne, Gregory Peck, Charles Bronson, Frank Sinatra, Clint Eastwood and many more. I recommend that place. All good!

- Anna (9/5): - Love the location! And the history of the hotel. Beds are comfortable, room is huge with 2 king beds, and clean. Not enough plugs in the room but that's the downfall of older buildings. Paid breakfast buffet was lacking from when we went last year. Less items but bacon was still good. Styrofoam cups were out for coffee, For $11, mugs would be nice. Mugs were provided when asked, several people asked and got them.

Impianto di riscaldamento molto rumoroso, impossibile dormire con impianto acceso. Finestra che non chiudeva bene e lasciava passare uno spiffero freddo e fastidioso.

Bathroom setup is great with one sink outside of main bathroom. Thinking beds are enormous! While this is an older, historical hotel, there still could be many small details that could be upgraded...and needed...in the room. Such as new anti-slip strips in the bathroom tub floor. But nothing was a deal breaker.

The movie memorabilia and Hollywood history around the motel make it a really fun and unique stop. Our room was clean and comfortable (the bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to, but still good), the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was solid. Definitely a neat spot if you’re staying in Kanab. No issues.

- Ginger (8/5): It was a great place and I would stay here again. - The breakfast was great and the motel was nice. I wish we could have enjoyed the movie night, but had prior commitments. I would have also like to have seen some of the movie star rooms. We had to do a little work on our bed, but the front desk offered to get maintenance to come, but we were able to fix it. It all worked out.

- merriant (8/5): Parry Lodge - still a 1950s hotel - Excellent location. Landmark hotel with movie star history. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is dated and rooms are not updated either. As long as you're fine staying in a 1950's room - it's great. The front desk is helpful. The pool is closed for winter and there is no spa or fitness amenity - but you can WALK the main street to visit a few shops and restaurants. The area is beautiful.
