My room was very spacious, with a fantastic shower that made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast every day was a highlight, with an impressive variety and a live cooking menu that added a special touch. The chefs consistently ensured everything was perfect, and were always happy to prepare anything extra on request. The concierge service was outstanding. Mr. Anil checked in with me daily, offered thoughtful recommendations on things to do, and suggested excellent places to eat, which really enhanced my stay. I would absolutely choose to stay here again if I return to Bangalore.

The hotel itself is comfortable and well‑kept, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding service. Breakfast was a highlight—a wide selection, delicious food, and a team that was consistently attentive, pleasant, and proactive. Every morning felt like a great start to the day. During my stay, my baggage was delayed, and this is where the hotel’s service truly shined. Añil Reddy from the concierge team went above and beyond—he personally went to the airport to pick up my luggage and kept me updated the moment he had it in hand. He was incredibly responsive, always ready to help, and even assisted me in finding a place to buy an outfit while I waited for my bags to arrive. His dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. At the front desk, Mohith was equally helpful. He set me up with an app that allowed me to order essentials and have them delivered to the hotel, which was a lifesaver since I didn’t have my personal items. We also had a great experience with Stanley, one of the hotel drivers. When it was time to shop for souvenirs, he took us to all the right places—quick, efficient, and completely hassle‑free. His local knowledge made the process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the team here made my stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years for business and prefer this hotel well above others in the area. It is conveniently located a short drive from the technology park, which makes the commute a breeze. All staff members welcome you with smiles and kind greetings, making sure you're having the best stay possible. Anil at the concierge desk always remembers me from trip to trip, even if it's been 6 months since my last visit. We always enjoy catching up on how our families are doing since the last visit, sharing pictures and stories. I was fortunate enough on this recent trip to witness a wedding entrance celebration thanks to Anil! He knew it was dream of mine to get to see even a glimpse of a traditional Indian wedding. Another one of my favorites here is my morning Chai served by Budhraj! Again, even though I only visit every 6 months, he always remembers me from one visit to the next. Welcoming me with a warm smile, a handshake, and a Chai with one packet of brown sugar! How he remembers how I like my Chai, I will never understand, but I'm always impressed! Lastly, I always make sure to budget enough time in the morning for breakfast! The food is top notch and the service staff is always kind a accommodating! There is no better way to start the day than with a great breakfast! If you miss breakfast, don't worry because the dinner here is fantastic as well! We pass by this property almost every day during our work commute and always wondered how it would be. This weekend we finally got the chance to experience it as we were looking for a nearby place to celebrate, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The guest relations team is absolutely exemplary. Even before our stay, Rahnuma connected with us over mail to check if we had any specific requirements. We truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the room upgrade. A day before arrival, Sushmita followed up again and also helped us with early check in, which made everything so smooth. Our check in experience with Sneha and Varsha was wonderful. It was seamless and the traditional welcome with tilak felt very warm and homely. The property itself is beautiful, especially the swimming pool setup which really stands out. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We also loved the thoughtful gesture of the wine bottle and fruits placed in the room. In the evening, we got the chance to visit the lounge thanks to Sneha. The food was delicious and the lounge ambiance is very well done. The next morning, the breakfast spread was amazing. Every dish was delicious, especially the chole bhature and salads which we absolutely loved. The desserts were also very tasty. It was extra special because we met Neha and Pushkar uncle who are from our home state Rajasthan. Their warmth truly made us feel connected and at home. Lastly, a big thank you to Neha for arranging a small cake cutting and for clicking such beautiful pictures for us and even suggesting different poses. That was such a sweet and memorable gesture. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Rahnuma, Sushmita, Sneha, Varsha, Neha and Pushkar uncle for making our stay so special. Each one of you added a personal touch that made our Valentine weekend truly memorable. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Have been lucky enough to stay at this hotel on multiple occasions, and the experience keeps getting better and better. The staff are its biggest asset by far. The entire team are simply wonderful. Food is awesome, coffee is great, and the beer is cold.

From the minute I book the hotel, the team is very responsive and easy to work with to coordinate my arrival, including honoring early check-in and an upgrade on a long stay during a busy travel period to Bangalore. This is truly remarkable and doesn't go unnoticed! Similarly, while at the hotel, the team makes sure you're well looked after including Nimisha and the front office team, Anil, and the breakfast team including my friend who makes great masala chai every morning. He always had a big smile on his face and was so welcoming. Highly recommend having him help you with anything you may need while you are there. Ankita was a great help at the front desk with checking in and out, helping arrange the car to the hotel and was incredibly friendly during every interaction. Kankana was so helpful in the morning and was a joy to interact with.

Based on my 2024 2-week stay at the same hotel, I recommended it and we were not disappointed. The entire team at the Courtyard, from the concierge Anil to the chef and his team to the entire service staff, will shower you with kindness and fulfil your needs before you even take notice of them. The whole hotel is beautifully designed in marble and the rooms and bathroom facilities are very clean and safe. The Indian breakfast is brilliant, you should definitely go beyond the continental standard and let the service team guide you to new experiences. If you are afraid of spices, just say so and they will cover for you. The pool area and restaurant at the back of the hotel are amazingly quiet and a great place to relax. We just wondered why you are not allowed in the pool after 6pm even though it looks so inviting. If you have to work near EcoWorld, go to the Courtyard. It could be the best hotel experience you've ever had.

Anil greeted me with a red rose two nights in a row when returning to the hotel. He is the most helpful person when trying to get transport or find something fun to do locally. They also offer chai in the lobby which can’t be beat. It’s hands-down the best I have had! The room cleaning service was complete with swan towel-art, rose petals and a hand written note left on the bed. Sudarshan did a truly amazing job and not only freshens the room on days you require a cleaning but also checks in on the days you do not to see if you have any additional needs. This is the greatest staff and why I always choose this hotel when staying in Bengaluru. They never disappoint.

- Tour04858008893 (10/5): Wonderful experience, Banglaluru in 2 days - I received a great level of service from the Marriott Outer Ring in Bengaluru this last week. I was there for a work event, but came early to adjust to the time and see a bit of India. I was shocked at how much I could see. Anil the concierge was amazing. He sat me down and showed me all the options of things to see and then helped me create a program of things to do as well as got me a driver for the day. I would never have thought of that given this would be too price prohibitive in the US. This allowed us to see a lot more things than if we had to get uber or try to walk. We also always felt safe and cared for. He was so warm and caring. He would do small things like give me a rose or a parting gift, which meant a great deal. All of our drivers were wonderful. Sudhakar was great and he not only took us to where we wanted to go, but to surprise us with amazing things like the monkey temple that we did not even know about. Kartik would go in to help us if a place was complicated (like the safari or Shiva's temple). He took us to a great restaurant and shared great stories of his family and India. Suresh took drove me to the hotel from the airport and was lovely as well. Surya at the front desk was always with a smile and always remembered by name. I hope I am able to come back again soon to see India and to see the team at Marriott Outer ring as they made my stay feel like home (But even more interesting and exciting!)
