The toilet and bath is also clean and well ventilated. The Restaurant is superb with a variety of food choices to choose from. The staffs from the front desk and most especially the room boys and the restaurant waiters and waitress are all very helpful and very courteous. Thank you so much everyone! It was a superb stay. As always (it was my third time as a frequent guest), Star Plaza is Highly Recommended! I am surprised that they don't have an electric kettle. Instead, just a thermos that you have to ask for a hot water. It's absolutely a let down especially if your a coffee holic or you need some hot beverage to unwind in the evening. I hope in the future, they can add the coffee and Tea as a complimentary aside from the two mineral water bottles and ofcourse, electric kettle please.

- Charles (8/5): Other than a few minor instances i would recommend a star plaza and would love to come back. - We tried something different each of the seven days that we stayed at the star plaza. The food was excellent except when the chef prepares the eggs he needs a little practice on over easy. The weight staff was extremely friendly and very helpful to us. When two people are ordering breakfast they should be served at the same time not individually as i am a custom to in the united states. Out of 14 breakfast to with a times the food was a little to cool. Overall our stay was very satisfying and i would love to come back because of your friendly staff

Had hot running showers. Nice sized balcony. Working television. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs. Nice venue for parties and weddings. The area reserved was nice and fit the needs of the event. The food at the wedding was very good and the workers were courteous and professional. No pool, gym. Charged money for small bucket of ice. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. Had to order from regular menu to get a decent fulfilling breakfast. Rooms and windows are not soundproof. Can hear all the outside traffic with their horns blowing and hear whoever was walking through the hallways. Bathroom was not clean. Mold and hair was found on the bath mat. Top of the mini fridge looked like it hadn’t been dusted or wiped clean in months. No outside furniture to sit on the balcony.

Big shout out to the guys from the security at the parking area, going at length to facilitate guests in locating the already congested parking lot. - OLIVIA (8/5): - The presidential room that I booked was roomy and updated the bathroom was huge I gave it 10 out of 10. Room service was excellent I gave them 10 of 10. The breakfast dining room I gave it 3 out of 10. They get low scores because they can’t handle the pressure of huge crowds. We ended up with a rude waitress that she spills my food when she served it. She puts her finger inside my glass when she grab it to put water that my husband and I refuse to drink the water it’s grossed, she needs to learn how to hold your glass. And we keep asking her for another cup of coffee she keeps ignoring us it took me 3 times to ask her to give us a simple cup of coffee.
- Ej (7/5): The Star Plaza experience - The friendly staff, comfy beds, and location is great! In summary; it's a decent hotel if you want a good location in Dagupan. A bit pricer than other hotels. The dislikes we had was that the more expensive rooms didn't have a smart TV but the cheaper ones did for some reason, and the WiFi connection was very unstable or slow. Overall it's the price for us that we didn't like.

(1) The water is a brownish like rust color, and (2) the time of breakfast should be atleast an hour earlier especially for us who has earlier business to attend to, and kaya siguro ganun na rin kacrowded tapos tumatagal na yung waiting time to serve the food. (3) Dapat per guest room may meal plan each day na sila (to call nalang yung guest kung papaprepare na) para maserve nalang din agad yung food.

- Luanne (1/5): Bad - Star plaza is an older hotel that is located right on a busy and noisy street. It is also next to a river that has gotten worst since my last stay there 20 years ago. It was hard to stay on the balcony because of the smell. The water coming out of the bathroom faucet smelled and is definitely not suitable to drinking. The water pressure is low on the shower. Breakfast menu needs to be revised to give more options to pick from and not have the same exact things every morning. The AC was not strong enough that I had to borrow a fan for the whole stay. Sometimes the front desk would answer and sometimes they don't. Honestly if not for convenience of where the wedding would be, I would never stay in this hotel again.

- Jim (1/5): A choice of no choice. - The Concierge and the Housekeeping are very courteous and polite. This hotel may not be worthy to be used as an accommodation but perhaps you can only consider you just want food and entertainment purposes; otherwise, it is not highly recommended to stay in the hotel as the price or value for money of Star Plaza vs The Monarch Calasiao, I will go with Monarch as it is worth your every single centavo. Reality vs Expectation: The pictures in the website are totally different in person. The room is way too small and you only have a space for 1 person to move around and the room kind of smells. The river view is not enticing as it should be. The receptionist is not very welcoming plus we check in late due to working late hours at perhaps around 11pm and yet when we request for just a little bit of late check out of around 1pm, we were told that we must leave the room latest at 12:45pm otherwise we will be charged according to the receptionist who sounded skeptic, this is the first time we experienced this kind of accommodation in all of the places we've booked in Pangasinan area. Also, the water is shower and sink water is yellowish. Therefore, staying in Star Plaza is totally not worth it.

- Calvin (6/5): Ok for less than one night. - The room was decent and the bathroom was large. Staff responded to problems. The street noise was loud. Very thin windows The Wi-Fi was terrible. It kept dropping and we had to call because nobody in the room could get a signal The food choices in the restaurant are very limited and below average. We had four people in the room and they tried to weasel out of providing breakfast for everyone.

- Rosalind (8/5): Nice hotel for Dagupan area. - Liked the cleanliness. Food was very good and staff friendly. When we changed rooms, should have received a credit for the difference but they wouldn’t give nor give a voucher for the amount we lost.
- Don (6/5): Ok for one night only. - It was clean, very good shower, good food, parking, staff were wonderful. And a USB point in the room. No kettle and coffee-Tea or refrigerator. AC very noisy.
