- Marcela (10/5): Hotel (Love Hotel), comfortable and a good experience - The hotel is very well located and has a very eye-catching and colorful structure. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, featuring bathtubs and even unique areas, including a glass room designed for more private experiences. They also provide high-quality hair, body, and face products, which really makes a difference during the stay. Inside the hotel, there is also a shop with adult items available for purchase, as well as a very extensive menu for both dinner and breakfast — with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it is a very सुंदर, unique, comfortable, and recommendable place. The internal signage could be improved. It is not very clear how to get to the reception, there are many elevators, and the layout can feel a bit like a maze, which may leave guests somewhat confused. I understand that this may be intentional to preserve privacy, but it can still be disorienting. Another point is the parking, which does not have very clear instructions. It seems that you can park freely, but this aspect can be a bit confusing, especially for first-time guests. Additionally, one aspect that caught my attention was the access system. After entering the room for check-in, the door remains locked for exit and only opens at specific moments, such as when receiving orders or during check-out. This made me reflect on potentially uncomfortable situations — for example, in case of a disagreement or issue between guests, it is not entirely clear how one person could leave freely. I understand that this may be related to maintaining privacy and security within a love hotel, but it still felt somewhat restrictive and unusual. Perhaps allowing guests a bit more autonomy in this regard would improve the overall experience.

- Luc (1/5): Jamais plus je ne retournerai à cet hôtel qui a notre avis n’en est pas un - Je n’y suis pas resté du tout car malgré notre réservation qu’on nous a remboursé, je n’accepte pas qu’on me garde demande quand je veux y sortir d’appeler la réception pour qu’eux me déverrouille la porte de ma chambre. Je n’en revenait tout simplement pas. Pour sortir de ma chambre il aurait fallu que je contacte la réception et qu’eux même B nous déverrouille la porte de notre chambre à distance. Déjà qu’à l’arrivée c’est une dame sans trop d’expérience qui nous a reçu dans une petit pièce qui a bien y penser avait l’air d’une petite salle d’interrogation très sombre. Je n’ai vraiment pas aimé l’atmosphère de réception inanimée, mal éclairée, très sombre avec lumières fluo qui ne me laissait rien présager de bon même pour une seule nuit.
