- Peter (8/5): Good price and classic pub accommodation. - Facilities were clean and comfortable. Street parking.
- John (9/5): -
- Darlene (10/5): - Perfect location, quiet room for upstairs at a pub. Comfy bed. Shared bathroom nice and clean and the shower was hot

- Pamela (7/5): We enjoyed having our accomodation under the same roof as dinner and breakfast. I especially loved t - Very happy with the breakfast. Lovely warm, large, period dining room. Nothing
- Dinesh (10/5): - Both bar staff were very helpful… Breakfast
- Steven (10/5): If you’re not into shared facilities not for you. But I found it well maintained and comfy. - Great old fashioned pub stay. Very well maintained, pop downstairs for a meal.

- Fleur (9/5): Alexandra - resilient spirit following January bushfires with extensive damage north of town. - Classic old style hotel, revamped well. Great choices in restaurant. Continental breakfast available. Interesting art works on walls. Friendly staff; manager fixed problem in room, and offered complimentary drink in restaurant. No secure parking on site. Street parking nearby, but quiet country town;
- Mary (8/5): The staff and the ambiance of the building made it charming stay - It’s old world charm My room no 4. Had a musty smell. Perhaps the aircon filters need a clean?
- Roger (3/5): Very disappointed because the pub and the kitchen were closed in the evening. - You could help yourself to toast, cereals and hot drinks
- Love (4/5): -
- Gsxrjay (8/5): Good bike trip pub. - Everything was fantastic, food, beer ,room, even loved the shower. And breakfast was a bonus. Bar could of stayed open longer...
- Paul (5/5): Lucky it was quite cheap as it was just barely a pass mark. - Breakfast room (self serve continental) and hotel location were both good. There was a couple of friendly/helpful staff. There was no showers available and bathrooms were only downstairs. Beds and mattresses were poor quality, sagging in the middle. Room was too warm but using aircon meant a loud noise every 30-60 seconds throughout the night. It was a busy long weekend and bar staff tried to refuse us meals ten mins prior to kitchen closing. Found the service a little rude in general.

- Stewardson (3/5): - Good location and the rooms were kept nice and cool with great working aircon. Unfortunately there were bugs through my linen but especially all of the towels. I left a day early when I noticed that generally things were not super clean.
- Linda (8/5): Thanks for your hospitality. We would recommend to others. - Great location. Fabulous meal with great choices on dinner menu. Tea/coffee making facilities in room but no milk in the fridge.
Very squeaky floor boards - in part charming but it was very noisy during the night with other guests moving around.
- Kathleen (8/5): - Clean and well furnished. It was really noisy all night, on the street below.
- Peter (6/5): -
- Brent (5/5): Poor - Not much Food was ok, took an hour for meal to come and 3 of the meals had to be changed as they ran out of supplies but didn’t tell us until an hour after ordering
- Sharon (10/5): A fun and different experience to staying in modern hotels. - The style and price were what drew me to the property. And when we got there it was beyond my expectations. Can’t think of one thing - everything was perfect for me.
- Antonia (8/5): - Staff were friendly and room was very clean and comfy!
- Benjamin (8/5): -
- Ryan (2/5): Room tiny , breeze coming under the window so blind knocking against the window frame during the nig - Enough food No water to fill kettle so used bottles of water
Glasses and bottles from night before still there the next morning
Dead blow flies on the window sill at the water table which were also there the night before with an old sugar pack
- Julie (9/5): - Our friends who were also staying did not have a kettle in their room to make a cup of tea. At the end of a long cycle that was sorely missed.
- Emily (8/5): -
- Fiona (8/5): Clean room, comfortable bed. Lack of a fridge in the non-ensuite rooms not great but all else fine. -
- Lindsay (8/5): We always like staying here. - I like the old pub vibe.
- Dhanwant (9/5): Was nice to stay there as everything is within reach. - It is established on superb location with beautiful sorrounding. Staff is polite and friendly. Huge dining area with quite environment. Only thing i did not like the windows at the rooms. There is no fly screen mesh to stop bugs and flies coming in. It ahould be installed so guests can have aome freah air.
- David (7/5): -
- Craig Arrowsmith (8/5): A good Country Pub in a very good location. - This was the second time that I have stayed in the same Room at The Corner Hotel at Alexandra. l have also Booked the same Room again for another upcoming trip. A good country Pub with the accommodation upstairs.
Good Breakfast in the dedicated Breakfast Room. I rate a Country Pub by the greeting and the smile on the Staff’s face. Unfortunately, not all but most it seemed that they were ‘’going through the motions’ and not terribly enjoying their work. A bit sad!
It’s not hard to say hello with a smile on your face!
The one absolute exception who stood out was the young lady who did the cleaning in the morning and did the Upstairs Rooms Housekeeping and Cleaning.

- Chris (8/5): Great pub, Very clean, Great food, Great location, - Shared Bathroom/Toilet was a surprise Shared Bathroom
- Peter (9/5): Satisfied customer! - Staff v helpful and brekky was well provided. Bed and floor in upstairs room squeaked - mattress could be firmer - felt more like a camp stretcher. Water with a glass would be nice to have in the room - taking medication and sometimes thirsty at night.
- Peter (7/5): Good - Great location and food was excellent Bed was weekly
- Drazen (3/5): It was a very uncomfortable stay as I couldnt get any sleep because of the poor mattress quality. - Location is perfect, staff were very friendly and accomodating. I paid $195 for one night for the king room and I had the worse sleep. The mattress is all deformed and I kept sliding off the bed to one side. Very poor quality for the price I paid unforttunately. Also the blinds on the windows dont really cover the whole window so the people from the street can see you in your room at night if the light is on.
- Christina (5/5): Was not 100% satisfied considering price.Tv wasn’t working - Convenience of location and price. The walls echo from down stairs. The bathroom is also a far way walk. It was a bit of tippy toeing around
- kangaroowatcher (8/5): Great pub rooms in Alexandra. - Last minute booking I choose the corner room which is fairly basic with just two comfy single beds a tiny TV by today's standards and an air conditioner. Air con worked great tv had excellent reception and it was only a short walk down a very skinny corridor to the shared toilet and shower. Shower was hot and has great pressure but there isn't alot of space in the bathroom.
The room was directly above the public bar and you could hear the pool balls being sunk and a bit of noise from the smokers out front but that all ended about 930pm when the bar closed.
I had two meals in the bar both good but the steak was the best.
I would encourage anyone who likes history to stay at this pub. Walking to the toilet at 4am.
- Dean (3/5): Not for motorbikes. - Food was good. Staff were very polite No off-street parking for motorbikes. Drunk clowns sitting on our bikes all night taking selfies. Bed was terrible.
- Adrian (8/5): A lovely but small upstairs room in an old style hotel with good amenities -
- Bodhi (5/5): -
- Sandy (6/5): - Loved the food in the restaurant first class! Rooms were small. It was a long way down to the toilet/bathroom. No fridge in room.
- Jim (8/5): -
- Hayley (10/5): -
- Anthony (8/5): Had a great stay here while riding the rail trail - Stayed at the Corner Hotel Alexandra while riding the rail trail which was an excellent choice, very clean and comfortable, bistro downstairs was excellent Shared bathroom was no issue and outside bike parking which was also no issue
- Peter (8/5): -
- mark (9/5): - There was noise from other guests which disturbed sleep
- Bing (7/5): -
- Marianna (8/5): Clean & Comfortable - Lovely staff, clean room and a comfortable bed! It was well worth choosing the room with the ensuite, making our stay more comfortable overall. Breakfast was pleasant with a range of cereals, drink options and basic spreads for toast. Many little critters attracted to the bathroom light in the evening, and the aircon was a little tricky to navigate. Being upstairs means the room naturally heats up during the warmer days. Did not impact our stay terribly, but just a couple of things to keep in mind. Overall a pleasant stay for a night after a wedding in the area.
- Steven (8/5): -
- Cary (7/5): Vriendelijk hotel maar erg gedateerd - Ligt centraal in Alexandra Helaas is het erg verouderd en heeft het het en der een opknapbeurt nodig
- Anne (7/5): - Close in town nice warm room The breakfast room was really cold no heating turned on.
- Robyn (8/5): -
- Neale (8/5): - Convenient and clean Road noise and only one shower and toilet
- Evan (2/5): -
- Christopher (6/5): -
- Neville (6/5): Good pub stay and great pub grub. - I did not have the continental breakfast provided, but I thought it was an excellent idea. Great old hotel, facilities access for older patrons was difficult, and in line with hotel accommodation. Great for young people and good value for money. I have eaten there before, and the restaurant is excellent.
- Millie (7/5): -
- Gina (8/5): -
- Ewen (8/5): - Clean but old
- Mark (8/5): Great combination of price and location - perfect for my small group in Alexandra - Location and price - great combination for us in Alexandra nothing

- Tommy (10/5): - Great hospitality
- Barry Johnston (9/5): Corner Hotel Alexandra - Close to facilities, quiet, excellent staff, great food. Tiny room, temp too hot on arrival.
- Nicholas (9/5): Comfortable stay in a country hotel. - Breakfast looked servicable but I opted for a cooked breakfast at a local cafe. No complaints
- David (10/5): - Great venue with friendly staff.
- Peter (9/5): -
- Shenon (8/5): - Location, restaurant, Queen bed with good mattress, well heated. As there is no fridges in rooms bottle water would be great.
- peter (8/5): -
- David (10/5): -
- Ben (9/5): Solid pub B&B - Clean, quiet, tidy, and comfortable. Rooms even have a TV.
Nice spot in the middle of town.
Friendly staff.
Solid shower.
Simple breakfast available. Could benefit from better bicycle storage facilities, but there are places you can put one.
- Robert (6/5): Good value for money. - Classic old country hotel. Food was excellent. Room clean. Staff very friendly. Mattresses on both twin beds were uncomfortable and should probably be replaced.

- Bronwyn (8/5): Historic and renovated comfort - A real feeling of history with renovated comfortable rooms, many with original features and a seperate historical story for each room. Great value too. Many rooms use a shared bathroom, also reno. The meals here are wonderful.
