Guest Reviews
- Elizabeth (8/5): -
- Weinstein (9/5): I had a pleasant stay; the staff were attentive. - The location was excellent for what I needed. It was near family and the event I attended. Unfortunately, London was in the middle of an extreme heat wave. There was a fan but no air-conditioning.
- Nick (8/5): -
- Magdalena (9/5): - Výborne parkovanie, čistá a jednoduchá recepcia. Bezproblémové rychle vybavenie .
Čistá kúpeľňa, každý deň čisté ručníky , aj napriek tomu že sme tam boli len dve noci. Rýchlo varná konvica, samozrejme káva a čaj. Mali sme rodinnú izbu. Veľkosť bola vyhovujúca Na môj vkus príliš mäkké postele.
- Nathan (7/5): It was an okayish stay convenient spot for kosher food - I was an ok small No microwave only one chair a bit noisy from outside
- Minna (7/5): Good - Clean and modern room, recently refurbished. Quiet. Better than other similar hotels on same road. Would definitely use again as commuting pad. Bed bit lumpy
- Morteza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The blackout curtain is not good at all . If you have problem to sleep with daylight don’t go there in the summer . You will wake up at 4 am .
- Juozas (4/5): Disappointing - Very good location. Golders Green station about 10 min from hotel and has great transport links - underground and buses to central London and direct coaches to major airports like Luton. The floor was covered with hair and even after asking to clean it, some where visible without looking in every corner. Room has a chair with legs bent sideways and it looked like might fall apart if grown man would sit on it. Bathroom didn't have a single hook hook to hang a towel and a sink is so small that its tricky to wash your face.
- Jonathan (8/5): Clean, tidy, quiet - Brilliant location. Really quiet. Nice area. Local shops, and restaurants. Close to the tube station Genuinely no complaints.
- Judith (8/5): Overall I enjoyed my stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. - The location was great for me, it's close to all the local shops and amenities. I appreciated the free parking too. I had a double bed. The shower/toilets are noisy, makes/receives a phone call late during the night I could hear all this, I am quite a light sleeper but generally the nights are fairly quiet. The second night I stayed it was better.

Got there at 230am , I’d rung and they said no problem

- Graham (8/5): Great place to stay - A good clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good location. Plenty of free parking. I had a great stay. The hot water took a long time to warm up. We thought it wasn't working but it did eventually start working.
- Sarah (7/5): Good - Nice location More towels needed
- Aaron (6/5): Very good stay satisfied - Clean and tidy and staff was friendly parking for your car No problem perfect I would stay again
- Cat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Killner (1/5): Out of date place - Didn't stay was unaware I needed a passport to stay in this house the man was rude wouldn't accept a picture of my passport so couldn't stay. Found another hotel and was lovely. The staff
- Mahmoud (3/5): Terrible - It had an okay parking space of 4 The beds had bedbugs and the window was partially open at all times
We all had a terrible night sleep because of the bites and the broken mattress spring
The room was cold as well
Not recommending to anyone

- Tim (9/5): Friendly, family run hotel. Very clean, lovingly presented hotel - Very clean, lovely friendly staff, good facilities Nothing really, it all lived up to my expectations
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Me and my daughter just needed a pit stop for the night as we needed to be in Central London early the next morning. Perfect for what we needed and also let me leave my car parked up till 4pm the following day which was nice of them. Would definitely use this hotel again.
- Annemarie (4/5): Disappointing - Very discriminating towards Scottish people and refuse to take money no compassion they would leave you out on the street to sleep. This wouldnt happen in Scotland as we are kind and generous towards others. Make you feel like you are unwelcome because you are Scottish
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Mariusz (7/5): Good - too long waiting for hot water (shower)

- Levy (9/5): Suited my purposes. I needed that area of london - Accessible by bus or train/underground to city center. About 25 mins underground to city center. My room was very neat to the reception as there is no phone connection to reception. So my room was good. No phone connection to reception. Anything needed had to go and ask.(so depends where your room is situated)
- Tzippi (7/5): Good -
- Damien (5/5): To be or not to be - An interesting stay to say the least. Despite previous online reviews i was expecting the worse, but it is basically an old house converted into a hotel. Had no problem checking in early, the staff were quite accomodating. The hotel was quiet and the room was of average size. I found it entertaining that reception handed me a room key and not a room card as I havent used or seen a key in a hotel for many years. I cant comment on the breakfast as i didnt get any. The interior of the carridors/stairs and room felt like i was in 1970's. There was a musty smell in the bedroom and the mattress on the bed was about 6 inches thick and was too small for the bed frame. I had to roll up two towels and put them in between the mattress and the bed frame to stop it from moving. The bathroom was like having a bathroom under your stairs (super small) with no extractor fan installed. The fridge and TV as well as the wardrobe were very old that i did not use but i did had a clean kettle and a fan in the room which was a bonus. For a two night stay it was definitely not worth €282.00 / £250.00.
- Gunilla (5/5): Passable - Location, and clean Breakfast advertised on their website and also on the receipt. When I asked they stopped serving breakfast during covid! So that was disappointing. £120 without breakfast was too expensive.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (2/5): Very poor -
- Mikki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (10/5): Perfect for contractors like ourselves. - It was better than expected it to be. Is within the congestion zone and now the ulez zone as it has expanded.
- Ymerr (9/5): Superb -
- Zoe (8/5): Nice hotel with polite staff in a good location. - Location

- Boyjoonauth (5/5): Aside of no breakfast, it's value for money - No breakfast served which I think need reviewing as this was introduced during Covid- 19 Re-introduce breakfast
- Robert (1/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Not much at all to be honest Most things, hotel was dirty, beds weren’t comfy at all, shower was terrible. The place stunk.
- Kelly (10/5): My new place to stay - Staff really friendly, room was good size, had everything i needed, would have preferred extra towel but i didnt ask, im sure they would have given me one.
Allowed me to use breakfast room to eat my dinner.
Will defiantly return Nothing
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Tina (2/5): Do not stay here, avoid! - I liked the fact there was a double bed and a single bed in the room as was advertised as 3 single beds! The staff were moody upon arrival, didn’t show us to our room just said over there to the left! The room was adequate for what we paid, definitely not worth the £150 we paid. On the single bed was a torn duvet cover and inside were bugs, the bathroom was dirty and again we spotted a bug on one of the towels. The mirror had either blood or poo on it!
- Dany (8/5): I really enjoyed the location and I liked the accomodation. - First of all very clean. very kind staff.
The location it was 10 min away the tube and bus station.
You can find near the location a nonstop shop wich is open 24/7 when you can find drinks and food.
Quiet neighborhood. the bathroom door lock was broken.
they lack a bench that you can sit on in front of the hotel.
- Semseddin (7/5): Good -
- Queenie (4/5): Disappointing - The toilet and bath Very tight no room
- Burns (1/5): Give this a miss - Room tiny nothing like the photos stopped for two nights Second night after finishing work late they had not put any tea bags or coffee out room had not been cleaned bathroom had not been touched Definitely not worth the money will never go back and I actually believe booking.com as should refund me my money for the room as it's not as advertised
- Peter (7/5): Golders Green was perfectly adequate for a one night stay - though a bit of a walk from the tube. - Room was clean and neat - though a bit spartan. Shower a bit cramped but fine. A bit of a walk from the tube station.

- Even (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Alexander (7/5): Good - The room was decent. The location is nice, the neighbourhood is full of small shops and restaurants. Central London is easily reachable by public transport The bathroom could be better equipped. Adding a few hangers for clothes and towels will be appreciated
- Alfred (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudiu (1/5): very bad - nothing was a very bad smell the staff was very bad,I ask them if they have any room available and they look at me and said no they don’t have…and I show them on booking cas they have, they had a very bad attitude I felt like I was not supposed to be in that place
- Alice (5/5): Passable -
- Cope (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Florian (8/5): Very good -
- Tariq (3/5): Poor -
- Abigail (7/5): Good -
- Philip (1/5): I wouldn't recommend or stay again myself better off staying in a tent - Nothing The shower was at belly height
- Kevin (7/5): Exceeded expectations - Better than many previous reviews, they're definitely making an effort to improve. New reception area and room was very clean.
- Bernard (3/5): Poor - Just not good enough Just not worth the money
- Guy (5/5): Passable -
- Rijal (10/5): Amazing - Great Everything was good
