- David (2/5): Súper mal servicio 😡😡😡 - Llegando nos recibió una señora malhumorada que se dedicó a regañarnos por haber estacionado mal es carro frente al hotel en un pinché poblado que ni pasaban carros diciendo que iba a llegar la policÃa, la verdad es que me quede porque ya habÃa pagado si no me voy inmediatamente 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

- MARIO perez (4/5): - la habitación no estaba mal de tamaño, pero faltaba limpieza de cristales, cabecero sucio, en el armario apareció envoltorio cepillo dientes, tallas deshiladas y con mucho uso, el somier muchisimo ruido ya que esta muy usado y en la habitación de al lado se oÃa también por lo que deducimos que están todas las camas por el mismo estilo, en el cuarto de baño varias baldosas rotas y alguna rajada

Personnel souriant et accueillant malgré notre incapacité à parler l'espagnol !😊 Le seul bémol, ce serait l'acoustique global dans l'hôtel (très bien entretenu mais un peu vieillissant). Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons également eu un coup de cœur pour le village de Mungia!

Por poner una pega, la cama de muelles estaba ya demasiado desgastada y tenia caida hacia el centro y no tenian A/C, era un ventilador. Bien posicionado para visitas de pueblos conocidos cercanos, y ciudad hermosa la de Mungia. Por contra, deben renovar puertas, mobiliario y enchufes, porque habÃa un pequeño minibar sin enchufar ni usable.

Polvo de muchos dÃas. muebles viejos y deteriorados Una mini nevera que no enfrÃa absolutamente nada. El checking normal, la recepcionista nos dió un plano del pueblo porque se lo pedi, casi nunca está en su sitio, la volvà a ver cuando me marché. No nos sentimos atendidos ni acogidos en ningún momento.

- CRISTINA (8/5): Estancia agradable - Hotel agradable y con una recepcionista encantadora, pero necesita algunas reparaciones como en pintura de techos de zonas comunes y mas cuidado en los detalles en general (en habitación malos acabados en pintura de techos y paredes, o para tapar ventanas translúcidas). Hubo un malentendido y nos quisieron cobrar el desayuno continental que ya estaba incluido en la reserva pero todo se solucionó al enseñarles y reenviarles el correo de confirmación de Hoteles.com.

- PBest (4/5): - Right from arrival the attitude from the staff was very poor & quite rude.. there’s no parking at the hotel as stated, and at breakfast the women tried to charges me €2.50 for the tiniest cup of coffee, affirming breakfast was not free after ivd specifically book a hotel with parking and chose the option to have breakfast n payed for it, end up not having breakfast at all apart from the coffee that barely touch the sides.. just found it not organised, rude, n very mediocre service.. ll def not be staying here again..

Pues resulta , q la dirección q ponen ellos es del Hotel del pueblo. Nos toco quedarnos en el Hotel.

- Luis Javier (8/5): Finde genial - Servicio muy amable de la recepcionista que se trabajó muy bien el desayuno (pinchos, fruta, bollerÃa, zumo natural...). Quizá faltarÃa algo más de productos de la tierra (cuajadas, quesos....). El hotel es antiguo pero cumple las expectativas con creces.

La ubicación excelente también, tiene hasta un propio bar en la entrada. Ahora, relación calidad-precio muy mal. No estuvimos mal agusto porque nos tomamos las cosas con mucho humor, pero hace falta una renovación (que doy por hecho que el dueño lo sabe, y que se dice muy fácil) y no necesariamente en cosas tan grandes; el somier de nuestra habitacion sonaba como de pelÃcula de miedo, si respirabas muy profundo despertabas a todo el hotel de los crujidos. El colchón durÃsimo. Las cortinas podrÃan ser de black-out ya que no hay persianas. Los grifos del baño se pueden mejorar con poquito, estan muy gastados y feos. Por último, la ducha tiene muy buena presión peeero de pronto salen unos chorros de agua frÃa o agua hirviendo sin avisar, que quiero pensar que es cuando tiran de la cadena en otras habitaciones. Tiene muchas cosas que se pueden mejorar fácilmente. Ah! Si os alojáis en la primera planta, se escucha todo lo que hacen en el bar que hay dentro del hotel; cuando hablan, cuando colocan los platitos y tazas de cafe, cuando cierran de golpe la puerta del lavavasos, etc. Osea que intendad quedaros en las otras plantas.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic Hotel...Price high for that level of accomod - The beds were really lumpy in our room...if that doesn't bother you. It was very hot and stuffy on the third floor but with all the windows opened it cooled down by morning. We were there in May which is off season. Nice and quiet.
- Phil (2/5): No reservation - I have absolutely no idea how good this hotel is. My reservation through Expedia was complete news to them and they had no rooms. The staff was quite helpful in finding another hotel, although that one was awful. So, I actually blame Expedia for this one, no reservation was ever made. I may never use Expedia for hotels again. Second time this has happened to me.
