Beaucoup d'éléments cassés ou dégradés dans la salle de bain très peu fonctionnelle. Tapisserie décollée par endroit. Fenêtre qui ferme mal. Rideaux occultants insuffisants. Parking soit disant disponible mais nous sommes renvoyés vers le parking public des halles que nous payons 10€ pour 24h grâce à l'hôtel. En revanche, super emplacement en centre ville avec vue sur la Loire, literie confortable et spa agréable.

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam met onze fietsen. Badkamer licht en modern, echter erg glad. En uh de spinnewebben mogen bij de entree van de 4 sterren gehaald worden!

Nous avons remarqué que les créneaux sont aussi ouverts aux personnes de l’extérieur alors je comprends qu’il soit complet. Proposition faite à minuit ! J’ai , naturellement, demandé une compensation, mais pas possible car l’hôtel a fait une proposition 😉 À part cette déception, chambre impeccable, PDJ copieux et surtout une réceptionniste extrêmement gentille.

Hôtel : situé au bord de la Loire sur une route à forte circulation au coin d’une rue avec feu rouge donc beaucoup de promeneurs, très bruyant, démarrages sur les chapeaux de roue, cerise sur le gâteau juste sous notre chambre une plaque de regard telecom mal fixée. En bref impossible de passer une bonne nuit. Petit déjeuner : le 2ème jour les petits pains pas frais, plus de pain ils ont dû en acheter à 2 reprises Du jamais vu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !

Points négatif, comme dans beaucoup d'autres établissements, les rideaux sont bien occultant, mais ne couvre pas la totalité, donc la luminosité passe. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent, beaucoup de choix et service sympathique et souriant.

Die Wand zum Badezimmer wirkte behelfsmäßig. Das Bett war sehr schmal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Sehr ansprechend! Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

• Nicolas (4/5): - Très décevant, l'hotel sur réclame "HOTEL & SPA" mais le spa est inaccessible. D'une part seulement sur réservation...mais encore faut il le savoir. Jamais été informé, ni via la réservation ni lors du check in (arrivée le vendredi soir, départ le dimanche). Quand le samedi nous avons voulu accéder au SPA, pas de slot de disponible (à part le samedi à minuit...) Publicité mensongère. L'hotelier se réfugie vers le fait que la réservation ai ét é faite avec HOTELS.COM, car nos vrais clients, on les informe. WIFI non operationel dans notre chambre, trop faible. Odeur forte de Chlore dnas tout l'hotel (du spa inaccessible...) Parking assez peu pratique.
• Julien (10/5): À conseiller…! - Je m’y rends très souvent pour le travail, hôtel très accueillant, personnel agréable, à l’écoute et disponible! Il est vrai qu’en regardant certains avis il est mentionné que le jacuzzi n’est pas très chaud… C’est pas faux! Mais l’hôtel est calme, cosy enfin pour passer ma vie dans les hôtels je le conseille :)

The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and quiet and the breakfast very good. I particularly liked the range of leaf tea options. If I return to Orléans I would definitely re book this hotel.

• Christopher (6/5): Shame about the Spa Experience. - The initial experience of the Hotel, was positive, however when we were extracted from the Spa, because a mistake had been made with the booking that we did the day before, it was not very good at all. Excuses and changes to the story were inconsistent so poorly handled.

• Nicola (10/5): Cosy, charming, high quality hotel. - The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and fabulous breakfast buffet make this place well worth a visit. There is a small spa in the cellar that is complimentary for guests. One word of caution: the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling, so if you are sharing with someone you don’t know very well, it could be a challenge.

Hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas a notre arrivé, c est mis en marche 5 min avant la fin de notre créneau Petit déjeuner honereux 25€ par personnes , du coup nous n avons pas testé

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bien, mais des désagréments - Cadre, chambre, salle de bain et petit déjeuner super. Dommage que de nombreux désagréments se soient glissés durant ce -court- séjour, sans aucune recherche de compensation de la part du personnel : accès au spa compris dans la réservation mais finalement complet, valise mise en bagagerie mais introuvable lors de notre retour (on nous propose même une valise appartenant à quelqu'un d'autre), thermostat bloqué sur des températures élevées (éteint pour plus de confort, s'est rallumé seul au court de la nuit sur 30 degrés).

• Irina (10/5): A lovely modern hotel in the old city of Orleans - A lovely hotel, long-awaited and much-needed in Orleans, modern, comfortable, with a personal touch. Love it!
• Janet (10/5): Amazing staff! - The Empreinte was an over night stop on our way to the Dordogne. It is an older but modernized small hotel on the old city of Orleans and located on the river. The staff was the most charming group of young ladies I have ever met. The room was very large but lacked a view, but I want in Orleans for the view from a hotel window. Over all I was extremely please with the hotel.

• Colin (8/5): Great Location - The hotel is in a great position. Right on the river with great views, and only a few minuets walk in to town for shops, bars and restaurants. Check in was smooth nd quick. The rooms are a little small, and the wall between the bathroom and bedroom does not go right to the ceiling! Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent. There was a festival going on, on the river edge during our stay This made is busy, but exciting as well. Breakfast is a mic of hot and cold.

• Alison (10/5): Great place for a change of pace form Paris, go! - We happened upon this place on a brief getaway from Paris, and were very glad to find it. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, with large opening windows that overlooked the street and the Loire River. We did not get a chance to use the spa, but our stay was very comfortable and we were so glad we came. Lots of exploration nearby by very inexpensive city bike rentals, we rode along the river for a picnic along "the last wild river of France" and even encountered some goats manicuring the riverside brush :) and wandered to nearby towns. Once a year there is a big celebration of Joan of Arc, and we happened to be there for that, complete with a reenactment of Joan of Arc in full armor riding to the cathedral at night, locals shouting "long live Jean!" The town is very clean and charming with good restaurants also. Well worth a visit!
