• Brayan (10/5): It was worth its value and then some. - The property was clean, near small food spots and in proximity of the tram that takes you to the train station and near the city center. This is nitpicking (I did not care too much), that was one shady elevator, but it worked.

• Marion (7/5): Muy cómodo. - El hotel no brinda ningún tipo de comida. Es una habitación que fué muy cómoda, pero funciona más como un departamento, te entregan las llaves y con ellas entras y salís. Tiene estacionamiento propio, fuimos con auto y resulto un plus. Pudimos hacer todo caminando desde el hotel. No me gusta que no tengan algo de servicio de comida, aunque sea heladeras con algo para picar por si uno llega tarde y no cenó.

• Noriko (9/5): Guter Startpunkt um Florenz zu erkunden. - Parkplatz für 12€ am Tag und man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Kaffee-Bar zum Frühstücken gleich nebenan. Nur Italiener und keine Touristen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas spartanisch. Kein einziges Schneidebrett. 😳 Man sollte das meiste mitbringen.

• Don (9/5): - Big roomy appartment in a great location. 15min easy walk to station. 25min to historical center and the museums. 5min to nearest supermarket. Good pizzeria 20m around the corner. Rowdy bunch of teenage school kids on our floor made a lot of noise at night.

Unica difficoltà è che la camera si trovava in una struttura diversa rispetto a quella dove era presente la reception, e che quindi era necessario uscire per fare tutto (colazione, richiesta di coperte aggiuntive per la camera, etc...) Colazione stupenda. Abbiamo richiesto due coperte in più perchè avevamo freddo e siamo dovuti andare noi fisicamente a prenderle nella struttura dove si trovava la reception e le abbiamo portate noi in camera.

• Laura (9/5): Fantástica elección - La atención del personal fue excelente desde el primer momento: amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, con explicaciones claras y una atención muy correcta en todo momento. El apartamento coincidía al 100 % con las fotografías y la descripción, algo que se agradece mucho. Destacar especialmente la limpieza, y la ubicación, inmejorable, en pleno centro de Madrid. Ideal para hacer turismo. Además, tienen consigna que facilita todo mucho si quieres aprovechar aún más los días de entrada y salida. Como punto a mejorar, el horario de entrada y salida, cada vez más habitual en muchos alojamientos: entrada a partir de las 15:00 y salida a las 11:00, cobrando el día completo. Sería un detalle a tener en cuenta para mejorar aún más la experiencia.

• Michael (9/5): Great place to explore Florence - Pros: - comfortable and clean apartment - large private parking - although not really close to the main attractions, it is still in walking distance (30 mins), and there is plenty of public transport options right next to it - attentive staff We had a room facing the main street, and there was some noise that affected our sleep. Probably not an issue for rooms facing internal parking lot.

No limite da zona de restrição de tráfego e com estacionamento privativo e gratuito, é um boa opção para quem está viajando de carro (apenas verifique se seu carro pode circular em Firenze que tem também uma restrição Verde que não aceita carros considerados poluidores).

Siempre respondieron a nuestros mensajes, nos ayudaron en todo y el apartamento estaba bien limpio. La estancia era cómoda aunque faltaba luz en el salón, la cocina y el baño y las ventanas no insonorizaban lo suficiente porque se escuchaban muchas motos. • daisuke (9/5): A hotel with kind staff and comfortable facilities. - The staff were very kind. I was happy that a simple coffee setup was provided in the room. The bed and the room were comfortable, and there were no issues with the facilities. The main tourist areas are on the opposite side of the station, so the location feels a bit far. It took over 30 minutes to walk to the Accademia Gallery.

La possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura. Il bagno è comodo e spazioso, ma è un po' datato rispetto agli altri ambienti. Il lavandino non ha molto spazio di appoggio.
