• Stuart (5/5): Served its purpose. - Location good if you are going to be in that general area. Room cool on a cold night when I first entered. Heat wasn't turned up to much prior to my arrival. Took a while for heat to come up and warm up room. Shower water cold until warmer water flowed through the pipes. Room very basic, very dated looking.

• Laura (3/5): - The room was quiet in a convenient spot for me. The bed was pretty comfortable. To get hot water to shower it takes forever. I literally had to run the shower for 5 minutes before I could get hot water to come out. On my check out day I was in my vehicle at 11:15 my husband was finishing up in the room check outs at 11:30 and we had 2 cars. As I was pulling out the owner stop to me in the middle of the parking lot to ask me for the key I told him my husband was finishing up and he would be out in just a few minutes with it the gentleman then looked at his watch with a look of disgust without saying a word and stormed off into the office. At 11: 30 as my husband was reaching for the door handle the owner was at the door banging on it for my husband to leave. We will not be returning.
• Marco (7/5): - With $113 overpriced for what you get (is a $80 motel) Only 3 pillows for 2 Guy at reception didn’t gave me the impression he likes his job (I always learned that being friendly cost nothing….) Only one regular coffee cup available in room so we had to fight for it ;-) No warm water, was really chilly to take a shower
• mona (9/5): Great value and nice staff - This hotel is very basic, not luxurious, but very clean and comfortable. It met our needs and was very reasonably priced. We had a problem with our airline flight and after we left, we had to check back in. The owner did not hesitate to let us back in even though housekeeping had to redo everything. The next day, we checked out about 2hrs after checkout time and the owner was very nice and did not charge us extra. I will definitely stay there again! n/a
• Carol (8/5): Very comfortable, affordable, clean and friendly staff. - My husband and I have stayed here a few times. It's not a luxury hotel by any means. It's clean. Room is very small but comfortable. It's near restaurants my husband and I go to and sometimes we uber to the restaurant and back to the hotel so we could have a cocktail. That's why we stay here. Probably the only motel I like. When we found this, we no longer look to stay anywhere else. Price is good too. The deco in the rooms are outdated.

• Melissa (7/5): Overall stay was good. - Clean, maintained facilitiy. Everything worked in the room. Bed comfortable. Sometimes it is the little things that make an experience just ok to great!! lol There Was only coffee serving for one person instead of two. And there not a convenient place to plug phone charger in. Could have used a power strip on the bedside table to charge phones.

• Wasko (8/5): A pleasant and affordable motel - A pleasant and affordable motel for a night. Staff was kind and readily available. Area was quiet. Mattress was very comfortable as well as room temperature. Every thing was clean. Sheets and bedspread were a bit scratchy/stiff, and I could have used an extra blanket and pillow. Not a huge deal though. TV is very small.

Clean, good location, mini fridge in room, management has nice demeanor, restaurant across the street and others in close proximity and lastly, fairly moderate cost. Would return. • Horn (9/5): It is exactly what I expected for booking this motel stay. Safe, clean, comfortable bed and cable tv - It was a no-frills motel that was clean, good value and close to the jersey shore. Perfect for our 1 night stay. The owner was great, we arrived late after the front desk was closed and we rang the bell and he came quickly and checked me in. There was a great little bagel and coffee shop right next door and we walked there for breakfast. The location was close to a busy road so some road noise but with the AC fan on it helped to create white noise.

If a non smoker, you must take the second floor rooms with no elevator and only outside stairs. We were lucky to be offered the handicap room on floor one which is non smoking.

• Michael (8/5): - The only reason they called it a "honeymoon suite" is that it had a hot tub.. which I don't think is a good enough reason; it was just a regular room with a hot tub. Also, it couldn't have been meant for a couple, because the in-room coffee maker had only one regular serving of coffee. Just didn't justify the price.

• Bryan (4/5): It was a decent stay, minor problems but okay. - Nothing stood out particularly, I did like that it was next to a Bar & Grill which was actually very delicious. Well, we found a bug in the bed the moment we arrived and checked, minor but concerning. I also ordered a room with a jacuzzi type tub, I’m not sure if it was just us not knowing how to use it but we couldn’t fill and enjoy the tub. Felt like it was money wasted.

• Roger (5/5): Clean, but... - Room was clean and the hot tub worked as promised. Bed was hard as a rock. Amenities were at a minimum...room didn't even have a phone. The walls were paper thin. We were kept up all night by noise from the neighboring room and the street traffic.

• Tara (7/5): Good - Price and location I was a little disappointed this time. The fitted sheet had hair and other debree on it. I went to the office and received another one with no problem. However i was a little surprised that no apology was given. The pads and matress enclosure underneath the sheet was clean when I checked. It was my 4th time staying there and that never happened before.

• Charles (7/5): Very good value for the price. If we were in this area again, we'd consider staying here. - This is a motel that is showing its age some, but is nicely kept, clean, no bad smells. My wife is short, and the beds are 28" off the floor. She had to work to climb into bed. Bed was a bit on the hard side. Property is convenient to a busy road, but that also makes for noisy traffic at times. Shower is a good size, but takes very long to get hot water.
• Ivy (5/5): They should update there website. As i booked a smoking room and was then asked to smoke outside. - I liked that it was clean. The outside is well lit. Check in and check out were fairly simple. No one bothered us throughout our stay. I did not like the loud traffic. All night where cars, trucks and sirens. The second thing is a VERY humid room, using the shower or the tub, with the only vent in a Jacuzzi suite being in a seperate room with the toilet. The room could use better furniture, layout and a little updating.
• Gina (9/5): I was a solo traveler for work. Usually I stay in a chain hotel however when choosing a motel, the condition of the prop - The property was very clean and well kept. The person in the office was very helpful and kind.
