- Andrea (10/5): - das personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hat mir mit dem Gepäck tragen geholfen musste um 4 uhr auszuchecken, hab ein sehr gutes packed breakfast bekommen. das frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. ich mag die lage in sopocachi, die nachbarschaft ist sehr schön, ruhig, gute lokale, große supermärkte. zu fuß 20-30 min ins Zentrum, aber der sparziergang ist quasi flach u es wird nicht langweilig. das zimmer wird täglich gemacht. Gepäckaufbewahrung kein Problem. das hotel ist gemütlich, kaffee, tee gibts rundum die uhr. auch ein wasserspender isr vorhanden. wifi schlecht nur regenfall-dusche, keine handbrause. wasserdruck schwach. Beleuchtung im bad könnte besser sein

Das Frühstück ist phänomenal (selbst sehr zeitig konnten wir frühstücken). Besser geht es nicht, klare Empfehlung! Eigentlich nichts - die Einstellung des Warmwassers ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig :-)

Konnte das Zimmer schon am Morgen kurz nach der Ankunft nach einer sehr langen Anreise kostenfrei beziehen. Das Bett war in Ordnung, das Bad ebenso. Alles sehr sauber. Top Frühstück und 24h lang Kaffee oder Tee. Leider hatte mein Zimmer nur eine Oberlichte und kein Fenster, da ich aber die meiste Zeit unterwegs war, kein großes Problem.

Five minutes walk to loads of restaurants and a beautiful square. Safe area. The staff were brilliant especially the breakfast and reception personnel. Highly recommend.

Me reembolsaram a noite em que não consegui tomar banho por falha do chuveiro. Chuveiro não funcionou na primeira noite, perdi mais de 1h tentando resolver com a recepção sem sucesso. Tentaram outro quarto mas o problema persistiu. Localização é ruim, difícil acesso, longe dos restaurantes.

Se você preferir o centro da cidade, encontrará uma zona bastante conturbada.

The room was lovely, we had hot water, comfortable bed, very comfortable. It’s a bit far from restaurants and stores. This would not have mattered except we arrived to La Paz from sea level and the elevation was tough at first. The distance is short but at that elevation it was tough. Otherwise it’s a really lovely place to stay.

The staff were excellent throughout, and the laundry service was fast and really appreciated. The small gym was a nice bonus, breakfast was decent, and the location was pleasant and quiet. Nothing major to note. The walk can be a bit tough due to the altitude, but that’s more about La Paz than the hotel itself.

Nous sommes arrivés très tôt à La Paz et avons pu faire le check-in dès 7h, ce qui a été très apprécié après le voyage en bus de nuit. De plus, comme nous partions tôt le lendemain, l’hôtel a gentiment accepté que nous prenions le petit-déjeuner le jour de notre arrivée au lieu du lendemain — une attention vraiment appréciable. Le personnel est très arrangeant et à l’écoute. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et cosy, notamment grâce au petit salon et le fait d’avoir du café et du thé disponibles 24h/24.

- Joanne (8/5): Short but comfortable stay in the museum! - Literally set in a museum... which I didn't know when I booked! Room was spacious, modern and clean. Two large comfortable beds. Unfortunately we had a very early flight so didn't take full advantage of the comfort of the room. Hot drink facilities available 24-7 plus drinking water. Very helpful staff able to book taxis, guide us to the laundrete, provide a breakfast box etc. No hot water in the shower... due to workmen that had been in that day.

- Sebastian (7/5): War in Ordnung - Gute Lage, viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar W-Lan hat nur am ersten Tag gut funktioniert. Am zweiten waren 2 von vier Routern nicht mehr verfügbar. Personal sagte wir sollten einfach einen anderen nehmen, diese haben jedoch nicht funktioniert. Nach der Reinigung des Zimmers wurde das Toilettenpapier nicht nachgefüllt.

My second room was absolutely amazing with a beautiful view of the city while being very calm. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, good products, with fresh juices, homemade cakes, cured meat etc. Staff was really nice and packed me a breakfast when I left very early. the experience is different depending on the room. The first one had no window and was noisy, the second one was brilliant. Mattresses are really bad and need to be replaced.

- Maria del Mar (10/5): Cómodo, silencioso y agradable - Pasé varias noches en este hotel y tuve una estadía excelente. Cuartos limpios y camas cómodas, y un buen desayuno buffet. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de mercado y tiendas (aunque hay que bajar una pequeña loma). Muy silencioso y cómodo dormir aquí, no se escucha ruido de la calle en absoluto, solo los pajaritos. El staff muy amable (excepto por una chica que no sé si nombre) siempre me pasaban mi insulina de la nevera donde la tenía guardada. Te ayudan con información y te dan un mapa para ubicarte. Hay café, té y chocolate 24 horas disponible para tomar. Eso me encantó además que el té de coca me ayudó para el mal de altura. La limpieza de la habitación no te organizan tus cosas o desorden (otros hoteles por ese precio lo hacen, al menos organizan un poco para que la habitación se vea más agradable y organizada).

- samuel (10/5): - Deuxième séjour en Bolivie, choix renouvelé pour cet hôtel de La Paz. Y est passé plus de 15 jours (cumulés) durant ce séjour. Tout y est toujours parfait (mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner)

Nós solicitamos café da manhã extra e conseguimos ficar esperando até o horário do check-in no salão do hotel. As atendentes nos ajudaram a contratar táxis para andar pela cidade e transfer para ir e voltar do aeroporto. Foi uma estadia tranquila com a minha família, todos adoraram.

- Susanne (8/5): Amazing breakfast and safe parking - We stayed in the room next to the parking, which was great for us as we arrived on two motorcycles and the hostel does not have an elevator so getting all our motorcycle gear and bags up the stairs would have been hard work. The parking is safe and the gate is locked, and there is a camera. The wifi was decent but did not reach our room very well, but I think that is only because we were a bit away from the rest of the building. There was plenty of seating in the main area for putting up a laptop, and one of the tables had a power outlet, so it is easy enough to get some work done. The breakfast was amazing! They had yogurt, fresh fruit, serial, bread, butter, jam, cheeses and hams of various kinds! It was better than most fancy hostels! The coffee and tea is available all day. The area is lovely and safe. There is plenty of restaurants around and i is easy to get a taxi from one of the bigger streets a few blocks down hill. The beds were horrible! The room had three beds, one double and two singles. Half the double bed was ok to sleep on, and one of the singles were alright. The other half of the double and the other single was horribly soft and it felt like sleeping on a bouncy castle. We are two average-sized Europeans in our 40s and if one of us bounces out of bed when the other turns over in their sleep we have a problem. However, some people might like it!

Todo estuvo muy bien. Balanceado y rico desayuno que permite varias opciones, según las preferencias del huésped.
