- Rebecca (8/5): Great location and very clean, but a few updates would make the stay more comfortable. - The property was in a great, very central location. Everything was really clean, and the apartment had everything you need – home away from home. The TV was quite dated, and we couldn’t access Netflix as the app couldn’t be updated. The bed also wasn’t really big enough for two people and felt quite cramped. It would be great if a king-size bed could be provided.
- Charlotte (9/5): Perfect! - Just wonderful. Perfect for my needs or anyone with mobility issues, parking right by the apt a huge plus. Fabulous location close to town but quiet away from street noise. Spotlessly clean!! Comfy bed, kitchen great and everything you need. Spacious living area. Enjoyed the hot baths, may have struggled with 6 people as hot water is tanked. I had an issue with the key and help was just at the end of the phone, Amy was great! Loved the gated terrace and place to sit out and have breakfast Al Fresco! Didn’t want to leave and will definitely return if visiting Sedbergh again which I intend to do. Pillows were uncomfortable, maybe Renew with Hotel quality. Need a new LARGE non stick frying pan. Bed creaks quite a bit. A divan would be better with proper headboard but that’s just preference.
- Holly (9/5): Perfect ground floor accommodation - Great location. Great communication.
Clean tidy and warm apartment with welcoming touches like tea/coffee and milk for a cuppa on arrival.
Essentials crockery and cookware in kitchen rather than full of unnecessary clutter.
Good sized fridge/freezer
Comfy sofas with little throws (not that we needed them)
Nice wet/room bathroom suitable for some disabilities
Excellent to find somewhere with off road parking so close to town
Secure patio for child/dog and loads of accessible walks from property It's hard to think of anything, but a small niggle was the brightness of the lights on the heaters in the bedroom, and the parking space was a little tight but it wasn't a problem- just something to be carefully managed.
Patio is pretty small, but secure
- Sophie (8/5): Very helpful, good communication -

- Rosalyn (10/5): Lovely relaxing break - Lovely comfortable apartment, warm & cosy. Well appointed with all the kitchen essentials and lovely towels, hand wash & shower in the bathroom. Even a second TV in the bedroom. Lots of info on the local area.
Walking distance to all the hotels, cafes and many are dog friendly. Lovely walks nearby and plenty Fells to climb. Nothing
- Annette (8/5): Great location. Great provisions. Great hosts. - The hosts were fabulous!
The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine made life so much easier for us (we arrived through a spell of very wet weather). Thank you so much for allowing us to bring our pet.
The fact there is parking immediately outside is so convenient. The proximity to the high street and all the town’s amenities were also great. Also the apartment could quickly be made lovely and warm when needed. The shower leaks water on to the floor every time it is used. The addition of a thin glass bath panel may resolve this.
Please consider exchanging/upgrading the hard double bed frame for a king size ensemble bed in the principal bedroom.
The provision of a small secondhand footrest would be the icing on the cake (we did try sourcing one whilst here).
- Christine (9/5): Very pleasant apartment in very convenient location. - The apartment was very well appointed with everything needed for our overnight stay. The location was great for walking to the town centre. Great to have designated parking in narrow streets. Nothing really - except door closures. Probably health and safety but really irritating and would not have liked to be there with children.
- Beth (10/5): Lovely Apartment in the heart of Englands Book Town - The apartment itself is lovely and it was perfect for our 4 night stay. Beautiful decor and has everything you need: plenty of towels & kitchenware, washing up liquid, bedding, blanket/throws etc, and a few books on the bookshelf (it is our English Book Town after all) - they even provided a few laundry capsules (I'd brought my own so left them). Shower gel smelt divine! I was worried about parking but it was fine, if a little tight. Easy walk into Main Street through the ginnel and you've got pubs and cafes on your doorstep. There was a lot of signage and instructions about recycling and threats of keeping deposits - and I understood why when I saw how many bins, bags and boxes there were to separate into 😂. The TV signal was poor, but we didn't watch it anyway. There wasnt anything not to like here - it was a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay.
- Stephen (7/5): Reasonable value for money - Good location close to town N/a
- OHOUD (9/5): -
- Lynn (8/5): Good value, better than expected, and just right for our short stay. - The appartment was quite adequate for our 2 night stay and we appreciated the addition of tea/coffee and milk on our arrival. We thought it was good value. We didn't receive an email confirmation so therefore we had no idea which number of appartment was ours or how to enter the building. Very fortunately someone answered the mobile number given on the booking form and gave us the code to enter the building. The keys were in an envelope but no name on the envelope only a flat number, and fortunately he was able to tell us our flat number. Had he not answered the phone we'd have been completely stuck.

- Martina (9/5): Will definitely use this property again. - Excellent set up. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Really liked having our own parking space
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfectly situated for the event visited and the bars and restaurants we had booked. The atmosphere and surroundings provide a welcome backdrop to a picturesque part of the world. Thank you ! The weather tantalised us and eventually we had a warm sunny day alongside some cool overcast weather never the less this did not in any way detract from our visit which was an enjoyable relaxing experience.

- Anonymous (10/5): Excellent quee as int place to stay after a day in the lakes district - Easy parking and easy access with clear instructions into the place. Quaint little village area and a bonus was the Fairfield mill only 1 mile away. We love local crafts and textiles and this mill is a must to go see weaving and lacework and artists. This place was a great place to stay after our day in the lakes district. Nothing all was great.

- Lizzi (8/5): Really lovely little place to stay. Great central location and clean. - I didn't realise we were booked into pet friendly accommodation so was surprised that the apartment smelt of dog on arrival. We love animals but don't have a dog. I wasn't aware of being advised this was going to be the case.
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Cristina (10/5): Great apartment close to the Lake District! - Great apartment close to the Lake District. Prices are "good" considering that everything in the Lake District is super expensive. The self-check-in worked fine; we got multiple emails reminding us how to do that. There is a deposit of 75 pounds, which is understandable in case you break something but the rules for getting it back seemed too strict, so we were constantly watching everything we did very carefully, cleaning everything at the end etc. I hope it was ok!
- Linda (8/5): Lovely stay in Sedbergh - Easy to find
Good location
Clean and comfortable Barking dogs in next apartment
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Jones (7/5): Good - Convenient location, 2 shower rooms/toilets, well equipped kitchen. Dedicated parking. Uncompromising signs and emails about the £75 breakages deposit.
Being woken a few minutes after 8am by deafening garden power tools/chain saw used to cut down a tree just outside our bedroom window. It went on for over an hour - not what you want when you're on holiday.
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Gabor (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (9/5): Very clean, comfortable and good location - It was very clean, comfortable and good location Too many signs about what to do or not to do. Came over as a bit industrial
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (9/5): Superb -
- Ingrid (9/5): To be recommended - Apartment is centrally located, has a well-equipped kitchen and is professionally managed.
Would love to come back.
- Kamalakkannan (8/5): Yorkshire 3 Peaks - Great location for lakes and Dales. Parking spaces. Cosy apartment with all the needs. Comfy beds. Good toiletries, linen etc. Great value . View from the top bedroom is excellent. Great for a group booking The temperature control for the showers was not good and ended up getting scalded a couple of times.
- Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. This place is fabulous. Very well furnished and equipped. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Nothing to dislike.
