- Yakir (4/5): Better to avoid staying at this property. - Breakfast was very low quality - I avoided it although I had paid for it in my booking. If you do end up staying at this hotel, I recommend the restaurant Thyme across the street for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was basic, the towels were threadbare, water pressure in the shower was non-existent, food quality was dismal.

- Gerda (7/5): Not the cleanest but location was amazing - Great location Certainly! Here's a more concise version: --- I don't usually write negative reviews, but my recent stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, with unclean walls, dirt and garbage under the bed, and an unvacuumed floor. The bathroom had only one towel, no floor mat, and a broken shower. The sink was loose and moved with slight pressure. Overall, the place felt unclean, but location was perfect. Since I was there for very short time, it was ok, but I was expecting little bit more.

The carpet is dirty, the walls are dirty, the electrical plugs are out of the wall, the toilet seat is wobbly, there are holes in the walls... There was no shelf or room on the vanity or in the bathroom to put any toiletries, even though the bathroom seemed to have been somehow renovated, compared to the room.

- Andrey (3/5): This is not 4 stars. This is rather one brown mini-star. - Bathroom equipment is in bad condition. There is also specific smell of a surstrømed rat. TV/satellite is not working. In a message from reception a taxi transfer is offered to be paid on the room account, when you arrive they ask for cash in euro. The cost in the room 25 euro daytime, the receptionist asks 30.

Copying the ID, and then taking a photo of it??? I dont understand... The guy at the reception assured us it will all be deleted when they check us in. The room is too small, carpet is separating from the wall due to dampness in the room. The floor is not vacuumed clean. There are no glasses in the room. Looks like 2 stars, not 4. Bed actually has 2 mattrasses and they pull apart all the time. The room is the attic actually so 1/3 of the room cant be used for anything. Had a big black spider there, not ordinary house ones.

- Roving64187170735 (4/5): Huge Hygiene Issue - There is absolutely no way that this hotel is a 4-star. The hygiene of the rooms were terrible, there was a smell coming from the air ventilation, + we had to ask to get our room changed because apparently one of the rooms windows opened up to a closed litle glass room thingy. And we were shocked when they told us room service was not available on saturdays and sundays so we had to sleep in the same bedsheets and pillows for 2 nights. Breakfast was not bad. And location was amazing. But other than the breakfast and location, this hotel needs improvement.

- Elizaveta (7/5): Good - The location is good - close to the river and to the nice neighborhood of Zemun with a market and a lot of restaurants. It takes 15 min by taxi or by bus to get to Belgrade's center. The staff was very nice, trying to help me with all my requests. I wouldn't recommend eating breakfast there, especially considering that you have to pay extra for it. The choice is very poor and the coffee is just bad. Better find a coffee shop nearby. Also, I had only one pillow and quite a small blanket.
