Чистые полотенца., белье и т.д . Басейн и джакузи с подогревом просто 🔥 было очень здорово и комфортно. Басейн и вокруг, каждый день чистят и моют спец средствами. Бар около басейна продаёт вкусную еду и коктейли. Весь персонал очень приветливый и вежливый. Получили большое удовольствие. Двери нашего номера выходили на задний двор где идёт стройка. Отель что то строит. Нас конечно большую часть времени не было в номере. Но если ты в нем то слышно шум. Было не комфортно. Конденционер в одной из спален очень странно работал издавая какие то звуки, спать с этим было невозможно. Заказывали номер с видом на море. Которого не оказалось. Подошла на к адмиристратору попросила переселить . Администратор пообещала узнать но так ничего и не сделала. Ничего страшного конечно, но было неприятно. Мы жили в номере 112.

The staff from reception were amazing, polite, courteous and friendly. The pool Bar Staff Armando, Luis and Lucia were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was on point great coffees and even better cocktails. I highly recommend the mojito. N/A

Great location with the beach across the road and the centre a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Plugs next to the bed would be handy but a small negative.

Special mention for the staff at the pool bar as they were exceptional. There was nothing we did not like, exceptional hotel. Only problem is we can't rebook for the winter months as it is booked out by a tour operator for the winter season.

And had TV’s in both bedrooms. The bathroom was also roomy & you could have shower with enough space to move around freely. Everything was there …. Kitchen perfect… nothing missing even Ironing board & Iron 😊 Staff absolutely the best so friendly & nothing to much for them. They helped my father when he couldn’t remember which room he was staying in & took him straight there. That we had to leave 😢

They were always ready to assist with any question or request, no matter how big or small — their professionalism and kindness were truly exceptional. Our room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. It was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the ocean that we enjoyed every morning. Waking up to that peaceful scenery was simply magical. The hotel is located in a quiet and charming area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The calm atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable — a true oasis away from the crowds. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back again. Coffee maker, large fridge, every possible utensil. Pool was like swimming in a lovely bath. Pool snack good with nice selection of cocktails. Staff v friendly. Cleaning every day. Parking available onsite.

• Greg (10/5): Best ever spartment - Best apartment I ever stayed in. Room 101 leads straight out onto the pool. The location by the port is fantastic. Room cleaned everyday for at least 30 minutes. Not your usual lick and a promise. Pool cleaned to a spotless standard with disinfectant on all concrete surfaces adjacent to the pool. Room 101 is a 2 bed apartment. Stayed with my wife, son and 9 year old granddaughter. Love to go back to El Greco again. Nothing

Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom but could really benefit from a dressing table/mirror. Bathroom nice with great shower. Excellent cleaning in the room, in fact the best we have ever come across. Fridge didn't work efficiently and food unfortunately stayed warm. Bedrooms would benefit from a dressing table and mirror. Not a great pool bar and appeared quite unfriendly, which was a shame as other staff were lovely.

Location great with lovely restaurants on the doorstep, a supermarket and a few bars. Busier nightlife can be found in the Shopping Centers. We took a boat to Mogan and walked to Amadores beach. A wonderful holiday. It was all fabulous

• Mary (9/5): Superb - not applicable during our entire stay the hotel next door was been renovated which led to it to being very noisy all day long especially whilst by the pool. This also led to continuous air pollution with clouds of dust and cement in the air by the pool and also while we were sitting on our balcony which was quite near the building. My husband is an asthma and COPD sufferer so we tried to get the furthest sunbed from the said building whilst by the pool every day. Otherwise the hotel was very satisfactory. From this point of view our stay was not pleasant

Great hotel - The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, fresh towels daily, pool towels changed regularly, very comfortable pool beds, plenty of umbrellas for shade, good pool bar, reception staff were excellent, especially Anna. Room was spotless, lovely sea view, well equipped apartment, very comfortable overall, can have 5L water delivered to room for €1.35 which was great and saved carrying it, wish more hotels did this. able to login to Netflix if you wanted to stay in and watch a movie, bed was very comfortable, good soft linens, electric blinds, good aircon, pool is a very good size and never an issue getting a sunbed, great place to stay and will return, only issue is that for winter it’s booked out by Scandinavian company october to April, 😩 so it will be early May for us as this week was just a tad too hot 😂 There were some works being done at XQ vistamar that were noisy, but out of hotels control, airbuds in worked. There was also some work being completed around pool that was noisy and bit dangerous for little ones, however, Quick chat with reception and it was done out of hours

• Robert (9/5): Incredible service and location - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location is perfect. near everything you’d need and right on the beach. great pool area with plenty of seating and bar/restaurant available. the bar/pool area closes way too early (18:00) forcing you to go elsewhere to begin your night. the second bedroom was two single beds on casters so they moved whenever you turn during the night.

Our balcony overlooked the pool and we had great views of the beach and the sea. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Patrick (10/5): Great hotel - This hotels was excellent , staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and food at pool bar was lovely. Restaurants were lovely. View from our top floor apartment were fab. There was nothing we didn't like, we think that an information pack would be helpful to say where pool is located and also that a laundry room and a courtesy room is also available which is brilliant when you have a late flight home.
