Jana (10/5): Schönes Hotel in lebhafter Umgebung - Großes Hotelzimmer, stilvoll eingerichtet in einer lebhaften Umgebung. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man gut angebunden. Wir, Mutter mit zwei Teenager-Kinder haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kein Frühstück und das Personal spricht kaum Englisch.

茉弥 (8/5): 値段と立地を考慮するとリピありです。 3月末女性1人でスタンダードダブルルームに宿泊しました。 - 最寄り駅からは少々歩くので荷物が多いと大変ですが、観光地などへのアクセスは良いです。細かい所を見れば経年劣化が多々あり、すごく綺麗とは言えませんが、でも許容範囲です。部屋の広さやテレビの大きさが気に入りました！スタッフが常駐していない。シャワーとトイレは仕切りがないので、少々床は濡れてしまう。

SHULAN (9/5): - 房間整體上很乾淨，有提供洗漱用品，床墊屬於軟硬適中的，價格合理。浴室內無掛勾或可放置衣服的地方不是很方便，浴室跟廁所是分開，但與房間未做隔間門為區隔，比較適合情侶或家人旅遊，如果是朋友同遊，除非同房的都是統一性別，不然不太適合。
Jasmine059 (8/5): Alla scoperta di Busan - L'hotel si trova in una zona di movida, anche se molto movimentata alla sera non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore. La stanza è molto ampia per gli standard asiatici e anche se viaggiavamo leggeri è stato comodo. La metro piú vicina è Seomyeon a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi e punto strategico se si partecipano a tour o si vuole girare la città. Il ristorante presente in struttura è aperto solo dalle 11.30 il che non permette di fare colazione in loco, ma la zona è piena di ristoranti e negozi. Ottimo posto per visitare Busan ad un prezzo competitivo. Il personale non tutti parlavano inglese, ma ci siamo capiti. La stanza era molto calda.

Hsiang yin (7/5): 還算中規中矩，附近50公尺左右有24h雜貨店，離車站大概10來分內走路，浴室排水系統不好、坐椅子時雜音擾人 - 有浴缸，有兩張床，因為本來預定是一大雙人床，後想改兩張床時價格比較貴就沒有變更，最後房型是一雙人床、一單人床，真是太好了有簡單的備品（旅行用的盥洗牙刷刮鬍刀），室內拖鞋*2、5個衣架、3條小毛巾（沒有大浴巾，有冰箱（裡有礦泉水）、熱水壺（付2包茶包）、大電視（沒使用）、吹風機因為沒有需求每天房務打掃，所以在第三晚洗澡時浴室地板的排水狀態已經不太好了，後面幾天都是會淹水，水位大概1-2公分🫠（幸好還不會淹到房間😅）然後椅子坐下都會有嘰嘰喳喳的雜音😭

Lo q no me gustó es q no tenía vista a la ciudad, de allí super recomendable, cerca a la estación de metro y con muchos lugares para comer. Súper recomendable, para mí que viajaba en solitario. angie (1/5): もう行くことはないと思います。 - フロントの方がおすすめの場所等を教えてくれて、行ったらたまたまドローンショーやっててとても行ってよかったです。入ってすぐ髪の毛は落ちてるし、バスタオルの制度がないのかフロントに頼んでもらったけど、そのタオルにも髪の毛がついてるしお風呂には虫が出てくるしお布団にもシミがあったり、シーツの内側に毛が入っていたりと全然ゆっくり休めなかったです。汚れ等が気になってずっと痒い気がしました。駅近でもないし、リピ無しどころか2泊の予定でしたがキャンセルして別のホテルに泊まりました。本当はお金も返金して欲しいくらいでしたが、それ以上に早く出たくて仕方なかったです。気持ち的には飛行機の方が寝れるくらいでした。少なくとも日本人の方は泊まれないと思いました。ただ唯一フロントスタッフの対応は良く、笑顔でした。

The central shopping district is also 5 mins away. The station metro is very accessible. The size of the rooms are incredibly generous and the bathtub is amazing. Very clean, and the toiletries amenities were a lovely touch, quality products. I really appreciated the large tv screen size and the smart tv functionality, where you can log into your Netflix/Disney+ subscriptions. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Need to have the round plug adaptor.
Valentine (6/5): Un bon hôtel mais un service à revoir - Chambre confortable, emplacement assez central pour visiter les différents points d’intérêt de la ville Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, pas de service de laverie ! Pas de chance avec la bouilloire de la chambre non plus, qui a explosé et m’a brûlée… Le personnel est disponible mais très peu aimable.
Jakob (7/5): Pleasent stay, but could have been better - The people were friendly. The room got cleaned regularly. Air condition, a big tv, as well as a small fridge, slippers and shampoo, coniditioner, body cleanser were there. The system to switch on/off lights was nice and easy to handle. Further muliple towels were givek by the hotel and changed every day. I never heard any loud noises from neighboors too. It seemed like the walls were thick enough. The toilet, in the same room as the shiwer was facing against a wall. Especially for tall people it can get uncomfortable. The tap ober the sink was not centered and the distantce between the tap and the sink seemed a bit too little. It was not really nice to wash your hands etc. The bed was quite hard. The matress was not comfortable in my opinion.

Marina (6/5): - La posizione centrale in un quartiere pulsante di Busan e non lontano dalla metro. Appartamento grande e dotato di cucina ma nel complesso non funzionale, senza tavolo né sedie, condizionato solo in una camera da letto. Personale alla reception gentile ma chi era incaricato di pulire le stanze incompetente: ogni sera abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani per la doccia che mancavano e l’ultimo giorno e’ sparito un accessorio che ci eravamo portati da casa, di poco valore, ma per noi molto importante per il proseguo del viaggio. Informata la reception la sera al rientro in hotel, non sono stati in grado di verificare con il personale delle pulizie cosa fosse successo e, partendo presto il mattino dopo per Seoul, siamo rimasti senza risposte. Deludente.

Anu (7/5): Good - It's a basic business hotel. Safe, convenient and comfortable enough for a few nights. Relatively affordable for Busan, also it's within walking distance to a small grocery store and subway station. There were some hiccups during our stay and not all staff speaks English. First we had to sort out the fee we had already paid, because the receptionist claimed we need to pay more but this was then settled. Cleaning is inconsistent. Some days our room was cleaned, some days it wasn't, without a pattern. Also there are no real bath towels, just single-use fibre ones.
Luka (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was pretty comfortable. It's a 2* hotel and not 3*. Our room was dusty. One of the towels has holes on it. We can hear the noises outside and from the corridor.

Charlene (6/5): - The room itself was ok. The bed was comfortable and I liked the terrace. But the odd number rooms face rail tracks and a busy intersection, so the room was very noisy at all times. I slept with earplugs. The room slippers were in poor condition and really uncomfortable - unusable. And the toilet was really finicky - multiple flushes required even for just tissue. And when it railed, there was a noticeable sewer odor in the bathroom that wafted into the main room. I wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Farhan (10/5): Good location and good condition - Great location, 15 minute walk from seomyeon station which is on both green and orange subway line. Hotel was clean, fancy for a 3 stars, had some English speaking staff who which was very helpful. Netflix and big tv was also a bonus
Miho (10/5): - Very convenient for shopping and dining. Only 5 minutes to subway station. I enjoyed to watch KTS train from room balcony. Room is wide and cleaned. Huge bath with jacuzzi.

Mica (7/5): Could be better - The hotel is decent, the design of the rooms is nice, they have a laundry room for guests to use free, there is a restaurant on site, my room had a great big bathtub which was nice. On the flip side, the first room the checked me into was not cleaned properly and the room I ended up in had no heat control, the bathroom sink couldn't be used as it leaked, a lot, and the mattress is covered in plastic which is a little uncomfortable and makes the sheets not want to stay on the bed.

Martyna (8/5): Great location and bathroom worth the price - Great standard of the room with big space and bathroom. Convenient location - nearby the metro station and loads of food options nearby. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything on the hall and outside. We had quite some noise from other hotel guests so that wasn’t great for good night sleep.

Kaori (10/5): Exceptional - All appliances are smart control and so easy to use even if the remote is in Korean. The room is spacious and quiet. The bathroom is also huge and very clean. One time there was a car in front of the entrance so the door couldn't be opened. However the staff moved the car immediately so that wasn't a very big deal.

Emma (8/5): Spacious room, lovely big bath! - Room and bathroom were both spacious. The bath was lovely to relax into at the end of a long day exploring and comfortably fit two of us in there. There is a great hub of restaurants and bars in close walking distance. There were two beds side by side - the queen bed was hard and uncomfortable, but the single bed was very comfortable. So it depends what you like to sleep on. On the second night we ended up sleeping sideways across the two beds, with our heads on the soft bed and legs on the hard bed, and we slept fine.

Joshua (4/5): rubbish standards and overpriced. - The location is good, a short walk from the metro and bus stops, plenty of restaurants nearby. The twin room was spacious. staff friendly and provided extra towels when requested but speak very little English. No wardrobe as described, instead a metal clothesline but only 2 hangers available and no extra from reception available. no where else to store clothes Laundry machines need servicing, they’re standard household machines and filthy inside and out. 1 washer, 1 dryer and 1 wash/dry, dryer doesn’t work on combined machine and ruined a few of my clothes. Room filthy upon check in, full of dust under the bed and old used cotton buds lying around. floors stunk of feet, don’t think they get washed. room servicing signs get ignored, you need to request a clean from reception the day before, also rubbish service, literally only emptied the bin and put a new towel on the side, didn’t even make up the room. drains slow to drain away, need a proper clean through. restaurant on site closed but not really an issue, overall not worth the money.

Verified traveler (10/5): 깨끗한 숙소 - 방이 아주 깨끗해서 너무 좋았고, 로비 및 복도, 엘리베이터 어디서든지 좋은 향이 났는데 어디 방향제인지 묻고싶을 정도로 좋았습니다. 다만 위치가 번화가 근처라 호텔 바로 앞이 조금 소란스럽긴 했지만 편의시설도 가까이에 있어서 좋았어요. 주차공간이 협소했지만 직원분께서 신경 써주셔서 편하게 머물다 갔습니다.
