The Japanese style dinner and breakfast was delicious and with the excellent server's gave it a wonderful experience. The inside onsen was good, but the outside onsen hot spring was perfect for this time of year with the cool air around you. Great View of the mountains from our 7th floor room. Recommended for those who want to have real Japanese style experience.

- ヒデユキ (10/5): - 今回、結婚30周年で利用させていただきました。部屋も広く館内も清潔で気持ち良かったです。食事は地物がふんだんに使われており、少量多種で非常に満足しました。温泉は早い時間の利用だったせいかほぼ貸切の状態でのんびりつかることが出来ました。また、スタッフも会うたびに挨拶があり対応も丁寧でした。帰りには玄関先で女将さんとの記念撮影にも応じてくださり記念になりました。 次回福井に来る時があればまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

Its beautiful and traditional facility is complimented by the exceptional service from all staff. The rooms are quiet, very clean and elegant. Most enjoyable is the Onsen bath. I would highly recommend. I especially appreciate the accommodation of the chef who made so much food for dinner and breakfast and even made western breakfast for my sons! It is my problem that we were overwhelmed by all the food!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - 今回は義母の米寿のお祝いを目的に、義妹の家族と９合計９名で宿泊をしました。 事前にこの件を伝えていました。 それを配慮して頂いたのか、食事の部屋はとても広くて天井に絵が描かれたとても素晴らしく貸し切りになっていました。料理の内容も普通より多分凝った内容でとても美味しかったです。途中、女将様から米寿のお祝いを直接頂くというサプライスもあり、おもてなしの面ではとても素晴らしかったです。 しかし、残念な点があります。担当していただいた仲井さんが部屋の中や給仕中によく咳をしていました。 マスクをしていましたが、このご時世なのでとても心配です。 もちろん灰屋さんでお客様の入館時と同様、体温検査、体調検査をされているでしょうから安全と思いますが、少し不安が残りました。 事前にＯＯなので咳がだますがご心配なくとの説明が欲しかった。 総合的にその点が無ければ、満足できる旅館と思います。
