Guest Reviews
- mohammedaJ2641OO (2/5): Worst Hotel Ever - Single handedly the worst hotel I ever went to. There was no electricity and running water, the toilet would not even flush!
The staff would laugh at us when we complained and were completely unhelpful. They wouldn't even help you take luggage, and charged us for Wi-Fi.
When we complained to Booking.com with multiple other hotel residents at the time they did not even respond to it and of course never gave us our money back.
- vivienv353 (2/5): Worst experience - First of all the hotel staff barely speaks any english at all so it's really hard to communicate with them about any occuring errors, and if you tell them about said errors they are just made faces.
The food is horrible everything is either burnt down, tasteless and the same for a whole week. For the one week period we were here the tables in the diner weren't cleaned not one time! I was looking at that one dirty spot for weeks.
The room is dirty too the ac looks like something straight out of a horror movie, if you'd turn it on you'd get instant pneumonia, the door to the balcony doesn't work properly you can barely even open it. You have to pay 10 euros for the Wi-Fi and still it doesn't even work properly. And if this wasn't enough there's literal dirt on the walls and mold in the bathroom, you doesn't really get hot water only if you take a shower early in the morning.
- C2367SNtonyb (2/5): Worst ever hotel - Well what can I say I have never been to a more disgusting hotel, I am far from posh or fussy but this was the lowest I have ever been to the staff very rude apart from the man on a night tried his best but still not a lot he could do the rooms are dirty run down the toilet was coming off the wall diet on the floor wardrobe doors hanging off and that was the first room our second was slightly better but not much tv was broken off the stand and resting against the window took 4 days to come and look at it lamps didn't work light in bathroom was broke left over wash cloths in the shower the shower head was off the wall so couldn't have a proper shower only clea ed if asked and still didnt happen, the food was well first come first served and once its gone it was gone tables not cleaned coffee machine hardly worked, no butter for bread, and no snacks at the pool bar as it stated, drinks water larger and wine not much of an all inclusive at all 7 euro for a vodka at the bar outside which was open for about 1 hr, the pool area small not many beds and what was there was broken floor broke and old needs to be closed and everything repaired the corridors to the rooms look like a building site but without the work, when we tried to complain about anything they said it would be done but didn't do a thing stay away at all cost don't waste your money
- aunties2019 (2/5): Worse than Pontins like a hostel - On arrival at the hotel the whole building was tired and dirty looking inside. After being shown to room on 4th floor up stairs (no lift) I found there was no toilet roll so I went back down to reception and asked for one.
The bathroom looked dirty but hard to tell how dirty as very worn and had been patched up. I was dubious about if the bed had clean bedding there was no top sheet only a bottom sheet and top blanket which looked soiled.
On my first morning I was awoken at 0840 (0640 UK time) by ‘housekeeping’ a lady and a maintenance man who started fiddling with my kettle then left. I asked the housekeeping lady for a top sheet she confirmed what I was asking. But when I returned to my room after lunch there wasn't one- I found one myself on a trolley in the corridor. On the plus side thematress was comfortable though to small for the bed frame.
I found a cup full of cigarettes on my balcony and a used make up wipe on the bathroom floor.
2 TV remotes neither had batteries.
Room cleaning was only on request so on Mon when I ran out of toilet roll I again raided the trolley myself. No cleaning service yet in Turkey toilet paper isn't flushable so all paper has to go in a waste bin. Also on Monday the toilet by the pool ran out of toilet paper. I asked at the bar but the lady didn't t understand me but the entertainment man did. They laughed and said they would ask. Tuesday still no toilet paper by the pool. Wednesday still no toilet paper by the pool.
By the pool there was quite a pleasant view of mountains but there was not enough sunbeds (35 inc. broken ones) for the amount of guests and many of them were too broken to use.
All inclusive drinks were 1000- 2200 but it was coffee, black tea various squashes, lemonade, cold, orangeade, beer, wine (by the pool - wed the cola ran out). That was all. In the restaurant there was no beer, no wine and no Cola. There was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee supplies.
There is no bottled water provided like previous all inclusive hotels I've used have had. Luckily I had an empty Pepsi bottle.
Mealtimes tables weren't cleaned and you had to hunt down your own cutlery. I saw one waiter drying some cutlery out of a bucket and into a tray. There were chunks of meat in with this ‘clean’ cutlery. There was little to choose from with food and no food was hot. Barely tepid. On Tuesday there were some freshly made pancakes at breakfast and something like pakoras at the snack bar by the pool. This was the highlight of the week. Otherwise I lived on cold potatoes, cold pasta (these were meant to be hot but just weren't) and bread (never any butter) - I saw that all the uneaten bread was being collected by the waiters and put on their trolley and not disposed of with the other food waste - who knows what happened to that! Any food not eaten was served up at the next meal on the salad bar including chips! Plastic cups were wet suggesting they were being rinsed out and used again which was disturbing because they were being collected and put in the food waste bin.
The air conditioning did work which was needed but it was cold or off no in between!
- Travellingcouple84 (2/5): Avoid at all costs - I’ll start with the positive, the pool, it was clean, cold and looked after.
That’s it, there’s absolutely nothing about this place that I can say in a nice way, some of the staff are absolutely lovely, but others look so down and are rude, but then I witnessed them being shouted at most days due to the state of the rooms or how bad the food is.
The food, it’s not food, it’s slop, anything left from the night before goes back out the next day, it’s absolutely vile. We ate out everyday.
The drinks, there’s one beer tap, runs out all the time, and they serve it in those tiny plastic cups that collapse. The wine, it’s vile, steer clear. The soft drinks run out all the time.
Now the rooms, oh dear, we had to go and buy bleach to clean the bathroom, there was black mould everywhere, tiles were broken & missing.
You have to keep asking for toilet roll.
There’s no top sheet to sleep under, it’s literally a bottom sheet and 2 pillows, don’t take the pillow cases off or you won’t sleep a wink wondering what’s been on them.
The whole place is dirty, it’s no where near a 3 star, it’s not even a 1 star.
If you want your room cleaned you have to pay £10 each time for it to be done.
The entertainment area is just dirt, there’s no entertainment, well there’s a “DJ”, but we didn’t bother after the first time venturing down there. You have to walk from there to the pool bar to get a drink, unless of course you’re willing to pay at the bar in the entertainment area.
Love Holidays are a joke to get hold of whilst you’re away, don’t be fooled by the welcome meeting the next day, it’s not a rep it’s a sales man trying to rip you off for the day trips, he’ll charge you £60 for a day trip that is being sold for £17 up the road.
- marzenakN6734DQ (2/5): Horrible hotel !!! - This was honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was simply bad — very limited choice and so poorly handled that I was afraid to eat it due to serious hygiene concerns. Cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was terrible.
The rooms were dirty, and towels were only changed every three days — and only if you specifically asked for it. It’s ridiculous that they give just one toilet roll for three days, and if you need more, you have to go to reception and ask again, and they still only give you one! This is far below any acceptable hotel standard.
On the first night, since we arrived at 2 a.m., we were given a damp, mouldy room with just one bed, even though there were three of us including a child. The smell in that room was awful.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Truly a terrible experience.
- Inna (2/5): - Terrible place
- dawnbL3592KI (2/5): Worse place I've ever stayed - It was filthy, food was terrible ,staff were ignorant and rude most things were broke ,pool was green .we only stayed for 4 days out of our 7 , went to stay so.ewhere else as it was the worse place I have ever stayed in
- G5920XZsarahd (2/5): Awful hotel! Laughable 4 star! - Arrived late to be shown to our room
The air con was so noisy it sounded like it was going to come flying off the wall. The reception guy used toilet paper to jam it which didn't last long so we could only use when out the room. Our balcony door didn't lock and we were on ground floor!! Definitely a safety issue that was not addressed! We had a wardrobe without a rail and eventually a guy came and cut a broom stick and made a tail!!
The actual bedroom door constantly stopped working - we had to hey the batteries changes and key changed on various occasions and this was mainly because the handle is about to fall off!!
We had rubbish outside our room all week which is in front of a fire exit
And the bathroom well.....
The toilet moved when you sit on it
It looks like it was never finished
You can't shut the shower door as the handle is hanging off and it goes from hot to cold
All inclusive????!!!!! I have never been somewhere where I have left hungry. They stop cooking fresh stuff after an hour and don't even replenish the salad once finished!
All inclusive drinks is laughable... Beer wine?!
You need to make your own entertainment. We had 1 show all week
And karaoke.... When it works for a hour and back to some crap "disco" that no one dances too!! Way to kill the mood
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
Love holiday's.. Take this hotel down!!
- GrandTour12929281688 (2/5): AVOID COMPLETELY - Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!!
This was the worst holiday ive ever experienced, this wouldn't deserve 1 star, fully inclusive ( beer and wine), food disgusting we ate out for 10days!!, the rooms disgusting not enough words can explain sheer s*it hole. Cost £1000 Love Holidays offered £77 compensation. Never Again. REMOVE THIS HOTEL!!
- Abdel-Rahim (2/5): - Personnel désagréable,restauration médiocre ,service médiocre
- jasminar812 (2/5): Never again - I wasnt asking for luxury. But I was asking at least clean room with clean sheets and towels every day and rooms without smelly toilet, mold in showers and broken floor. I was here with kids and would not recommend to anyone
- kevintM8559ZF (2/5): Stay away the worst holiday ever - We are very disappointed with our stay at Beach point Hotel
It has been the worst holiday we have ever had.
We arrived to be shown up to our room, the lad just ushered us into a room. No talking at all.
We were instantly disgusted with the state of the room.
We booked a double and got single.
Tv not working
Filthy dirty floors
Door not locking properly
Things broken
Dirty beds
Bathroom dirty, very rusty and broken sink. A shower you didn’t want to get in as mouldy and dirty.
The whole hotel is very run down and disgraceful.
When asked if a room change the were rude and said we would have to pay 30 euro!
The food hall was disgraceful. The food itself was repulsive. Nothing labelled so you have no idea what it is. My wife has to be careful what she eats and isn’t allowed certain foods. You would ask staff about the food and they had no clue what you were saying and would just walk off.
There was so many flies on the food. They had food out which should have been hot but it was stone cold. Very poor and disgusting.
The whole area was unbelievable, dirty bins not emptied. The dance area was just dirt and a run down stage which look rather dangerous.
The bar area was a joke, only had a very cheap flat lager and wine which was so bad you wouldn’t even use it for cooking! So much for all inclusive!
Lots of rats running around.
The staff were rude and not at all helpful
The hotel is so run down. Lots of mess and broken parts. The lift not working so had to do 5 flights of stairs. My wife has arthritis so this was a struggle.
We needed some toilet roll so my wife went to ask for some. She just got shouted at and told no toilet roll go away!
This is really bad treatment and an utter disgrace.
We were not the only ones that felt like this. There were many others feeling let down.
This was certainly not the 4 star hotel advertised and the photos are no where near what it’s actually like.
I
- P2568RSjamiec (2/5): Had to check into another hotel!!!! - Arrived late on Tuesday night around 10:15 and the all inclusive bar shuts at 10pm. Bought 2 drinks from the late bar and set me back €15. The room was small, covered in dust and the bathroom was covered in mould. Broken tiles all over the shower and the shower itself was the finishing touch. It ran scalding hot then freezing cold then warm for 3-4 seconds at a time making it a game of dodge the water. The hotel is really run down, cracked and warped floors all over the place creating trip hazards especially at night because of the lack of lighting. The food in the restaurant was appalling. We paid extra for WiFi for the week and it just didn’t work. Tried to get a refund but due to language barriers I just gave up. By the Friday morning I paid an extra £390 to move to a different hotel. Having been here for 1 afternoon I’m glad I did and my girlfriend is so much happier
- 901jeenam (2/5): Filthy expired food hotel don't go please - I urge the love holiday immediate remove of this hotel they are rude the food brining it from other hotel left over and feed the residents of the filthy shower full of muld ants and so bad service be care full you will be forced to pay 10 euros for each device wifi please do not make mistake pool water for when becoming green from dirt no filter slide dangerous for children entertainment was very poor and not friendly shame on you
- S9538ACmartinl (2/5): Absolutely terrible - Absolutely worst hotel ever it is dirty unclean the staff are rude and extremely unprofessional!! The pool was dirty the food was covered In flies the hotel described is not how it is at all! I will be claiming back as much as possible for this holiday! Avoid at all costs!
I’m just glad we didn’t take kids with us!
WORST HOTEL EVER
- 2santa_ (2/5): Never!!!! - Worst hotel ever!!!!!!! Anti sanitary! Got some heat problems after eating food! So dirty and bad hotel I saw first time! Even local people don’t understand how this hotel still works
- larsmartinl2023 (2/5): Overall not a good hotel. Dirty and moldy, you have to be first in line if you want good enough food. Some good service. - The beer tap was broken in the bar, so there was no way to get beer at all, other than buying it by the bottle or can. I have everything included, but now i couldn't get beer without paying.
- Stephen (2/5): Belpoint Beach Hotel - The rooms are tired and dirty, staff extremely unhelpful, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Floors really dirty.
- Verified traveler (2/5): KESİNLİKLE TAVSİYE ETMEM - otele girdiğimizde elektriklerin kesik olduğu söylendi saatlerce sıcakta bekledik sonrasında odaya girdiğimizde her yer sinek böcek içindeydi koku vardı,duş başlığı kırılmış yoktu, yemekhane çalışanlarının yaklaışımı hoş değildi
- rauls34 (2/5): Not 4 stars, 1 star - HOTEL KAPUT
- Unpleasant experience NO, the following, not advisable at all.
- It is not a 4 star hotel by any means, it is a scam.
- In 2 weeks the lift only worked 6 days.
- The food was very bad and routine, meat and fish impossible to eat. The juices are water. No fruit, orange or apple, sometimes watermelon.
- For a triple room they only give Wifi for one person, the rest of the guests have to pay.
- After 10 days of stay the Wifi becomes payable for everyone.
- Facilities old and deteriorated, continual faults, fridge, air conditioning....
- Continuous water leaks in the bathroom ceiling.
- The water you have to go down to reception to refill a bottle that they give you on the first day.
- The coffee and milk sachets in the room are only provided on the first day.
- The cleaning of the room must be chased at the reception to be done.
- The pool towels they suggest you wash yourself.
- Staff with rare exception is rude and unmotivated.
- Impossible to speak English.
- The big children's slide in the pool never works.
- Beer, wine, soft drinks only free from 10:00 to 22:00, then everything is charged.
- Rooms were noisy and poorly insulated.
- Pool towels you have to pay 10€ deposit for each room.
- hussainjaajaa (10/5): Enjoy your time - Good and friendly staffs
All in one foods and drinks were excellent
Location good buses 2 minutes near it
Swimming pool amazing
Friendly environment
Positive vibes
Good price
Only negative issue is leaking water in toilet and covers not as expected
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Otel odasi web sayfasinda görünenle alakasi yok oda da terlik yoktu yatak sallanyordu sicak su açtıktan 15 dk sonra geldi, oda ketil olduğunu soylediler yoktu icecek su yoktu mini buzdolabi boştu resepsiyondaki gorevli sicak suyu aşağıdan alabilirsiniz dedi otel tam vasat idi gorevliye sordugumda reklamlarda boyle degil verdigi cevap o taraflar tadilata aldik cevapi ile karşılaştık
- Roving47672546805 (2/5): Terrible 4 night stay. Came back feeling sick and bad belly PlEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. . - The hotel is an absolute dump very unhygienic and dirty. My pillows and bed sheets smelt and looked unclean. To my shock after 1 night, the cleaner came to change the bed sheets and the mattress had a patch of blood all they did was to cover it with a sheet and not even cleaned it. The food is aweful, same each day. No Turkish cuisine just rice ,beans , poor looking chicken, and same salad choice every day. Desert same each day no other great options. Food on plastic plates, and cold drinks in plastic tumblers, coffee machine no milk and serve in small cardboard cups.
The pool are was ok, the bar area was not always manned, after 9PM you have to pay for drinks even though we was all inclusive. The beach was 5 min away and very dirty.
Staff at hotel barely spoke English or claimed to be non conversant if there were any complaints Found a few of the.m very unfriendly and unapproachable.
I would no recommend this hotel to anyone it's more like a one star. THERE REVIEWS ON BOOKING. COM is a big lie and taken dow

- raivs2024 (2/5): Think twice before you book here - So i will start about the terrible experience with this hotel from arriving. We booked with travel agency and it was all inclusive. When we arrived there firstly we needed wifi. In the online Information it says that it is free but they asked from us 10 € per person. The room was really bad especially the bathroom. In the bath syphon you could find hair fibers from i dont know when, the water tap was also defect and the bath door could not be opened nor closed. The towels were left dirty and after i asked the cleaners they changed them but it was so normal for them to use towels with traces of rust. The room had cobweb allover. About the kitchen i should say that it was unfortunately bad too. The vegetables were many days left not washed well and with mud.
Just the pool was okey and the staff was friendly.
I understand that the hotel is old but they can do something about the hygiene. And dont be fooled by the 4 stars, it doesnt feel like that.
- Sunshine08315284176 (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER - I have never stayed at a hotel quite as bad as this. We wasnt welcomed. The room was filthy!! The air con wasn’t working we were told it would get fixed. It took 5 attempts. On the last attempt the staff in the reflection were laughing and mocking us for being English and also having no air con. We moved to a new room at 12 o’clock at night. The curtain was hanging off, the balcony door almost fell on my partner when he opened it as it was broken. The food was disgusting also. There was a 5 hour power cut and a lot of families with children we wasn’t even offered food or fresh water. they have a 4 star rating on booking.com and false advertisement!
- 5zuzannam (2/5): Worst 3* hotel! - This is probably one of the worst 3* stars I have ever stayed in. The pictures speak for themselves. The food was awful, they served dry potatoes for breakfast which was then turned into a salad for dinner the food was horrific and we were fed rice and beans for our whole stay! There was flies all over the food, which was really unhygienic. There were birds nesting in the dining room and there was poo on the floor. The juice machine is horrible! The cheapest juice that tastes gone off. Tiny plastic cups. The same dessert throught the whole stay and the only fruit is watermelon, may I add the dessert is gone within 30 minutes and no more is put out. The swimming pool was the only good part about this stay, although the pool was dirty with grit and sand and the bottom, slides were only turned on now and then so couldn't use freely. And may I add the Turkish baths were a great experience! The gentlemen working there were very polite and pleasant to us, unlike reception staff. There is no English speaking there so if that's what you want then I do not recommend. The room itself was a joke, safety hazard with the hair dryer, balcony curtains ripped, mould/damp in the wardrobe, fridge mouldy and stunk! Dirty pillows and chair. The sheets were not changed throughout the whole stay. And when asked for fresh towels I was told they don't have any? How is it possible for a hotel accommodating so many guests they don't have spare towels. (In the end I was magically given a towel that was ripped)
The entertainment is appalling it's the same song played every evening 21-22PM then until 23 they play random music and that's all for entertainment. Bar staff turn up whenever they want to serve you, they are not on time so it isn't all inclusive, they have issues if you want multiple drinks at once, they expect you to take one at a time although you pay for all inclusive!! And cheekily ask for tips. The lift doesn't work so good luck if you have heavy luggage. All in all, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in and it should be 1* please save your money and book any other hotel that is nearby but avoid this place at all costs.
- portiat239 (8/5): Nice spa treatment & great pool for the kids! - A very children friendly hotel with a great pool area and slides. And even though the rooms were not the cleaniest in the world, they were of a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The extra star, however, goes to their Hamam spa which was an incredibly relaxing experience! Totally recommend it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very unfriendly personal.
Not really all inclusve conditions.
- Kirsty (2/5): AVOID!!!!! - This hotel looks like its in the middle of closing down. The ONLY nice part of it is the pool. It is not worth risking eating at this hotel we only went down for breakfast and we asked to be moved hotels. The food was uncovered and stale. Covered in bugs and wasps. They only had warm long life milk available. We were advised BY THE STAFF not to drink the coffee as it is not fresh! The advertised Gym is used as a storage room so that no longer exists. The lift is no longer used. We went to get a drink by the pool and could only get water or beer for the bar that you helped yourself at not a staff member in sight. When we got asked to move the manager was very rude and kept walking away and answering his phone we were not getting anywhere so had to ring the hotel company to get relocated. The list is endless and we only stayed 1 night before we got relocated and we are not at all fussy people. One of our party was pregnant and couldnt risk her eating there let alone us so we all had No food or drink in the 12 hours we were there! There is nothing around it either to even eat out or get some entertainment as hotel also has none. Not what we call an all inclusive hotel.
Sizi azarlayacak boyuta getirebiliyorlar. Birtek güvenlik müdürü fazil bey cok guzel bir insan. Geri kalanları çöpe atin.
