- Rachel (10/5): Excellent stay - We loved this hotel, the staff are so accommodating, I didn’t catch his name but the one server on roller skates was fantastic, catered to all our needs. The entertainment was 10/10! The shows are just incredible, the food was so good, an insane amount of options. There are so many little shops in the resort which is nice, the whole facility is lovely to look at, private beach and plenty of sun loungers everywhere. There is constantly an option to eat, the staff are incredible there! I could go on forever saying how great this place is! We already rebooked another holiday here before we left 10/10 experience for all inclusive Nothing to dislike about the stay. Even the rooms were perfect, with a fridge refilled daily of drinks!

- Naseem (9/5): I would definitely come again. - The food was amazing. Abundance of choice. Something for every taste. The grounds and pools were clean. Loads of sun beds. Great place families. Rooms were spacious and clean and toiletries were excellent. My bed was very uncomfortable. I was in room 5044 and the single bed sunk in the middle. This was the only thing that spoilt my stay.

- Tünde (8/5): Összességében jó volt, elégedettek voltunk. - A falak nagyon vékonyak, a szomszéd szobából minden is hallatszott, ez ejszaka elég kellemetlen volt, mert nem tudtunk aludni tőle. Az utca is elég zajos volt, vasárnap kora reggel valami út javítás volt, vagy hasonló.

I used the sauna, there was a bit of a feeling of trying to sell other services such as massage and Haman which wasnt great. The dining table area can be a bit full and you have to search for a free table - i guess this is a standard issue for a hotel of this size.

- Elena (7/5): - Территория шикарная, очень ухоженная и зеленая. Работники (осрбенно казахи, вообще потрясающие) доброжелательные, приятные и всегда помогут. Номерной фонд современный, комфортный, в номере все имеется. Еда. Многие едут в олл инклюзив ради еды. Кажется что в столовой столько еды, а есть нечего. Не ждите морепродуктов, их просто нет. 1 раз в неделю делают рыбный день (повезет если вы попадете на него). Еда почти вся невкусная, солью не пользуются, всякие полуфабрикаты типа луковых колец, картошки фри пережарено и без соли. Десерты по вкусу просто сладкие и безвкусные. Если честно, в плане еды это был худший олл инклюзив в нашей жизни (а их было очень много по разным континентам). Невозможно самому себе налить напиток типа колы по всему отелю, надо становится в очередь на барах и ждать минут 5-10 чтобы вам колу налили за 10 секунд, это очень бесило. И вишенка на торте - нет фудкортов! Вот вообще у вас не будет возможности ни картошки взять на бассейн, ни бургер пожевать, никаких блинчиков, ну вот НИЧЕГО. Фудкортом они называют уличный ресторан, где нажо занимать стол и делать заказ (типа булгур с кебабом), поесть на месте и уйти. Выносить еду на улицу запрещено. Это был шок. Короче если мы не успевали поесть в общем зале, ходили голодные. У меня был день рождения, обещали украсить номер, не украсили. Подарили ужин в азиатском ресторане "аля карт", еще с сильным намеком что таи люди какбы 25 евро платят чтобы поесть. Спасибо! Нас накормили суши с морковкой и огурцом😂😂 В общем отель неплохой, но второй раз мы бы туда не поехали

Pokoje duże, wygodne, dobrze umeblowane z widokiem bocznym na morze. Dużo wind, w restauracji nocnej po przyjeździe nawet w nocy można zamówić danie, które jest świeżo przygotowane. Dużo miejsc i stolików w głównej restauracji oraz holu przy barach, gdzie można mile spędzić czas przy muzyce. Jedzenie mogłoby być lepsze zwłaszcza w barach. Akustyczne pokoje tzn. jeśli masz głośnego sąsiada to się nie wyśpisz. Uwaga !!! Pani Oksana z Guest Relation, po pobycie prosi o zalogowanie się do bookingu i sama ocenia swój hotel dziesiątkami, co jest niedopuszczalne, gość musi później prosić booking, o możliwość własnej oceny. W hotelu 80 % to osoby z Rosji.

- Fiza (9/5): - - The rooms are spacious with a balcony with a beautiful view of the resort and the sea. - Excellent facilities for children including the indoor/outdoor kids club, water slides, funfair rides and the arcade/bowling alley onsite. - The nightly entertainment was fantastic for both kids and adults. - Food was delicious with lots of variety every day. - The indoor heated pool was a bonus! - Poor sound proofing in rooms meant that we could hear noise (loud tv, kids etc) from surrounding rooms. - No blackout curtains in the rooms so sleep quality was affected due to early sunrises. - It was difficult to communicate with staff at times due to poor English. - The water slides should be accessible throughout the day and not just for a few hours per day.

The beach area was also nice and well maintained The hotel felt too crowded and compact, especially around the pool areas. There was not enough open space to relax compared to other resorts we have visited. The pools were also quite cold. The food variety was acceptable, but the quality did not meet our expectations based on the reviews. The internet connection was weaker than expected.

Пыльный сгусток под креслом провел все время с нами от заезда до выезда как и розовый лепесток. После уборки в ванной 2 раза появлялись клочья волос (видимо швабру не очень тщательно мыли после предыдущего номера где жили жгучие брюнеты, в то время как мы светловолосые).

Особенно мне понравилось какое внимание уделено удобствам для людей с ограниченными возможностями. Это очень подкупает. Пляж чистят, лежаков много, бассейнов тоже много. Персонал ходит возле лежаков чтобы обслуживать гостей. Дополнительные плюсы в виде бани, хамама, развлекательных мероприятий по вечерам тоже очень и очень понравились. Я осталась довольна. Delicious food in buffet. Fast service. Had everything you need in hotel. Very Friendly staff, the guest relations member of staff explained everything and messaged all about the hotel which I really appreciated. Loved that they had a mosque in the hotel for Friday prayers. Beach was nice and private. I wish they had a playground outside for kids. Funfair rides were closed in April which I wish were open. I didn’t like that alcohol bottles were openly on display downstairs on way to buffet restaurant.

De isolatie viel erg tegen, ik kon makkelijk de buren horen helaas. De muziek dat buiten werd afgespeeld kon je vanuit je hotelkamer horen.

Stuff was very friendly from the start, receptionist "Liza" was so thoughtful and professional, made the check-in & out process very smooth. There's several pools and facilities to try & enjoy alongside vast options of food & drinks.

- Jaman (8/5): A pleasant stay, excellent breakfast and dinner, just please be wary of certain staff members - The best asset of the hotel is the staff at the main restaurant in the basement. The staff were phenomenally courteous, humble, usually provided fast service, were very polite, friendly and helpful. I didn't get the names of the ladies who greeted us at the restaurant everyday, but they were very professional and always smiling. The food was exceptionally tasty with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was ideal as we were there for 7 nights! Housekeeping - was tremendously punctual everyday, we forgot the name of the cleaning lady, but she went above our expectations in keeping our room tidy and clean. The landscape of the garden behind the hotel, along with all the swimming pools - amazingly beautiful to look at and absorb. Unfortunately, this should have been a 5 star review, however, I am reluctantly giving it 3 stars due to some negative experiences: 1) despite the hotel being advertised as 5 stars - it only provides 1 iron and 1 ironing board which the hundreds of guests "must share" in the laundry room opposite the reception. Management explained this was due to health and safety of guests in their rooms. I disagree: there are thousands of 4 & 5 star hotels around the world that provide an iron in the room, who also have the highest safety standards. I suspect the hotel is trying to save costs and using the "safety card" as an excuse. To their credit, they did allow me to use the iron in my room on 2 occasions (however, you have to raise a complaint first which was very stressful). 2) Guest Relations - bad attitude: there was a large lady at guest relations whom we first had the misfortune of speaking to, she had a bad attitude, wasn't helpful. We tried to communicate our grievance about the lack of facilities in the room, however, she did not say much, except that she would send us a message via WhatsApp - where we could communicate. She made me feel very uncomfortable. 3) Children's play area unsafe: there are 2 coloured slides i.e., 1 green and 1 yellow behind the children's swimming pool, and immediately below the slide there is very hard concrete surface. There should be gym mats or other appropriate mats here to prevent injuries being sustained. Our child used the slide on one occasion, and unfortunately fell onto the "hard concrete surface", she was naturally crying much for some time, totally unsafe. 4) hotel reception providing false information over the phone: I called the reception to arrange a taxi to the airport in the morning, a male advised the taxi was all arranged, however, on checking out only a few minutes later, I was advised that no taxi had been arranged. I could have missed our flight!

- Elizaveta (10/5): То, что я ожидала - Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Мы отдыхали в конце низкого сезона-без толп народа и очередей. Хороший выбор локаций, чистота, вкусная еда, свой пляж. Удобное местоположение. Ходили в азиатский а-ля карт. Если не брать суши, еда на высоте:) на День рождения подарили торт, комплименты в номер и поход в а-ля карт, хотя мы отдыхали меньше недели. Отель реновирован. Есть неплохой спортзал. Нет возможности поплавать без детей. Есть бассейн 18+, но это скорее ванная, там не развернуться. Зато в открытом бассейне, который подается как олимпийский, постоянно играют дети. То есть плавать взрослому негде, можно только отмокать в крошечном бассейне для взрослых.
- ewelina (8/5): Hotel bardzo ładny z potencjałem😊 popracować tylko trochę nad kulturą osobistą co niektórych kelnerów - Hotel sam w sobie jest bardzo ładny i robi świetne wrażenie. Dużym plusem są dwa podgrzewane baseny zewnętrzne (poza sezonem) oraz wydzielona strefa tylko dla dorosłych, co pozwala naprawdę odpocząć. Jedzenie serwowane na zewnątrz jest smaczne – szczególnie pizza i kebaby zasługują na wyróżnienie. Niestety, plaża nie jest zbyt atrakcyjna, choć okolice basenów są przyjemne i zadbane. Sprzątanie pokoi oceniam dobrze – było czysto, natomiast zdarzały się niedopatrzenia, np. brak szklanek do kawy, zabierane kieliszki do wina czy kapcie basenowe. Miłe było przywitanie nas w pokoju z butelką wina, owocami i słodyczami 😊 Pokoj był zaopatrzony w kapcie i szlafroki kąpielowe oraz dostałam pokój na niższym piętrze ze względu na dolegliwości zdrowotne za co daje największą notę ! 🤗 Restauracja oferuje duży wybór potraw i jedzenie jest smaczne, jednak dużym minusem była jego temperatura. Nawet zaraz po otwarciu (o 18:30) dania, zwłaszcza mięso, były już zimne. Podobna sytuacja miała miejsce przy śniadaniach – trudno było znaleźć coś naprawdę ciepłego. Największym rozczarowaniem była jednak obsługa. Niestety, większość pracowników sprawiała wrażenie, jakby pracowała tam za karę – byli nieprzyjemni i mało zaangażowani. Często trzeba było długo czekać, aż ktoś podejdzie i przyjmie zamówienie na napoje. Mimo że nie był to wysoki sezon (pobyt w kwietniu), personelu było zdecydowanie za mało. Szczególnie negatywnie zapamiętaliśmy obsługę w barze przy basenie – osoba przygotowująca drinki wyraźnie nas ignorowała. Oczywiście zdarzały się też miłe i pomocne osoby, które starały się, aby goście byli zadowoleni, jednak niestety stanowiły one mniejszość. Brak podstawowej kultury i podejścia do klienta sprawia, że nawet ładny hotel traci na wartości. To pierwszy raz, kiedy spotkałam się z tak słabą obsługą – w innych hotelach personel był uprzejmy i zaangażowany, co naturalnie zachęcało do zostawienia napiwku. Tutaj niestety było wręcz przeciwnie. Podsumowując – hotel ma duży potencjał, ale obsługa skutecznie psuje cały pobyt.
- Manigandan (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Adalya Elite Lara from 17–23 April and would happily recommend it. Even though the weather was a little mixed at times with some overcast and rainy days, we still enjoyed plenty of clear skies and made the most of relaxing by the pool/beach on the sunbeds. What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Duygu from Customer Relations, who was genuinely open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Oksana was also fantastic and checked in with us regularly, which was much appreciated. We also booked a spa treatment and highly recommend it. Ayse is an excellent masseuse and made for a truly relaxing experience. During dinner, Murat took such lovely care of our table and added a personal touch to our evenings. The entertainment and activities were another highlight. There was always something to do, from bowling and air hockey to live music and dancing in the evenings, which created such a fun atmosphere. We also joined yoga indoors, though with the hotel’s beautiful outdoor lawns, it would be amazing to see classes held outside too. Overall, these were small points in what was otherwise a fantastic holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you to all the team at Adalya Elite Lara for making our trip so memorable. If there were any areas for improvement, having an iron available in the room would be very helpful, as this is something commonly expected in many hotels. Also, while we understand additional services are offered, being approached quite frequently to purchase things like photo shoots or spa packages could feel a little off-putting at times.
- Lavaniya (10/5): - We loved our stay! Second time we came back to Antalya and glad we chose to stay at Adalya Elite Lara Hotel, everything was exceptional from the beginning to the end. They even gave us packed lunch boxes for the children for our journey home/back to the airport. All of our needs were met, the food was very nice!! It was T1D friendly. The only downside was the air-conditioning I'm the room was not working due to it being April. Apparently it's only turned on in the summer.

The facilities are as expected, and the services during our stay were generally good. We appreciated the initial support from Duygu from Guest Relations, who welcomed us and made a good first impression. That said, the follow-up communication did not feel entirely consistent throughout the stay, and at times it seemed more focused on review visibility than on maintaining the same level of personal attention. There was also a minor inconvenience related to receiving a non-urgent message during the night, which affected our rest. Нам предоставили комплимент от отеля ( вкусняшки и вино)- благодарим- приятно!Номера просторные, с удобной мебелью и комфортными кроватями. Уборка отличная, минибар всегда пополнялся ( газированные напитки, сок, пиво, вода). В номере- тапочки, халаты, гигиенические наборчики в ванной комнате. Недостатка не было ни в чем. Мы попросили поменять номер для большей тишины, для нас сделали все самое лучшее! Вечерние программы просто восторг- выступают очень талантливые исполнители, которые поют и играют вживую и создают очень празничную атмосферу до 23.00. А далее- дискотека!😊 2 бассейна на улице с подогревом, что очень приятно в несезонные месяцы! В конце марта мы смогли и позагорать и поплавать в бассейнах! Так же в отеле очень достойная спа зона с большим теплым бассейном и банями. Брали процедуры, остались довольны качеством массажей! Много русскоговорящего персонала ( кому актуально). Еда вкусная, свежая, все очень стараются, чтобы вам было комфортно. Мы очень ценим это! Вообщем, приезжайте и почувствуйте этот праздник комфорта, заботы и гостеприимства! Мы очарованы! - ff3e65c4c7e97337f2762d4901f7335e (3/5): a little disppointed - clealiness , alot of things to do , rides , waffle area , ice creame , milk shakes in our room there was alot of noise coming from next room we could hear it sometimes. room 5105, i was shcoked to hear this as it is 5 star resort and it has this type issue , . by mistake i entered wrong ages of my children but as per resort 11 years old is adult anywasy i had to pay extra for this and resort didnt tell me at the time of check in , they informed me this very next day . why next day ?? why not the same day check in so its easy for guest to understand what is happening. checkin issue , felt check in staff was lazy and spending time inside the room behind reception. i had to call 3-4 times to get room keys and had t come down to the reception 3 times to ask for it and none knew about my key. they didnt even know what my allocated room number was. i thinlk it is managers responsibility to make sure everything goes smoothly. i didnt get my keys untill i had to involve natalia from guest relations who helped me in resolving this . there were no kids activities or live shows for kids , or theatre or something like other resorts have. it was only live music for adults and for children??? would not reccomend this for kids .

From the moment you step onto the hotel property, you’re greeted with warm smiles and helpful staff that treats you like royalty. Guest relations walks you through everything, which makes settling in feel effortless. And there’s a lot to take in, a fully equipped spa with unique treatments, food available nearly around the clock (dangerous, in the best way), multiple bars including a 24-hour one (again, dangerous, this time not sure in a good way😂), kids facilities, on-site stores, four à la carte restaurants, easy taxis, daily entertainment AND MUCH MORE. The location is also spot on, close to shops and about 30 minutes from the bazaar. Just ask guest relations, they’ll point you in the right direction. Honestly, you barely need to leave the hotel unless you’re feeling adventurous. And even then, the ATM is conveniently right across the road😅 The food? Everything you can possibly think of… they made it. At some point I stopped asking if they had something and just assumed they did. Even picky eaters don’t stand a chance here. Rooms are clean, stocked and serviced daily. You leave for a bit and come back like, “Was a fairy here?” And the hotel itself? Absolutely beautiful. Overall, a seamless, all round experience. Be warned: you might arrive for a holiday and leave wondering how to recreate this level of comfort at home. Highly recommend.
