Yoel (6/5): סביר כולל האוכל לא מעבר. עם מיקום מעולה רק שרמת התחזוקה במיוחד בשירות בסיסי של זרם מים במקלחת לקויה - אהבתי את האדיבות של הפקד דניאל בקבלה . הגעתי אחרי יום טיול מעייף והשלט של הטלויזיה לא עבד הוא הגיע במיוחד לחדר להחליף ודאג גם להחליף בטריות. בנוסף האחראי אלעד בחדר אוכל בארוחת בוקר היה מקסים ושירותי וארוחת הבוקר סבירה . המנקה אינה דאגה לעזור שלא הצלחתי פעמיים לפתוח את דלת החדר . כל הצוות בגדול היה אדיב מאוד. למרות התחזוקה הלא הכי טובה בחדר.כמו כן המיקום של המלון ליד הטיילת מעולה. השרות הכי בסיסי בחדר בבית מלון לאורח שמגיע אחרי יום טיול מעייף הוא מקלחת חמה עם זרם מים יציב לא רק שהמקלחון והשירותים צפופים זרם המים לא היה יציב וחלש ומתחלף כל שנייה מחום לקור או שרותח או שקר והזרם חלש מאוד. נאבקתי חצי שעה בזרם המים ובבורר החמים קרים כדי להתקלח .אמנם הצוות שירותי ואדיב . וגם הודעתי על כך לפקיד האדיב בקבלה אך לא היה לו איך לעזור לי וזה מובן. כשקראתי לאחר מכן ביקורות על המלון הבנתי שאני לא היחיד שהתלונן על זרם המים ועל התחזוקה. .אני לקחתי חדר שמיועד לאדם\זוג אבל ההרגשה צפופה. השלט טלויזיה לא עבד והפקיד עזר לי עם זה אבל מן הסתם עם זרם המים כבר לא יכל לסייע .ביקשתי שיעבירו את המסר להנהלה אבל אם היו ביקורות לפניי על זרם המים שלא טופלו אז איני יודע אם יטפלו גם עכשיו.

איריס (7/5): לולא פקידות הקבלה המקסימות ומאירות הפנים, החוויה היתה בינונית מינוס. - הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב ומסביר פנים. לא נתקלנו באנשי צוות נוספים. המיקום מעולה. החדר שקט והשינה מעולה. חדר האוכל היה מאכזה מאוד: מתקן המים תמי 4 היה מלוכלך כאילו לא נוקה מאז קיים המלון. הקערית לניקוז מים עודפים, מתחת לברזים היתה מעופשת, מטונפת עם עובש. האוכל היה ברמת עשיה נמוכה ביותר ותפל. אפילו שמן זית (ביקשתי כף שמן זית ולא היה במטבח). לא נראה שהטבח מבין משהו בהכנת אוכל. נראה שחסכו בכל דבר, החל מתה רגיל, ללא אפשרות לתה ירוק/צמחים, ללא דבר קינוח קטן ליד הקפה. קציצות ירק שרופות, חביתה שרופה (הגענו לא. הבוקר ב-9 ונשארה רק חביתה אחת ומעט משהו שנראה כאילו אמור היה להיות חביתת ירק, אבל זה חביתה מקושקשת עם ירקות לא עשויים מעליה. המבחר היה דל ביותר. לא ניתן היה לשתות שתיההקרה או חמה בכוס נורמלית, הכל היה בכוסות חד פעמיות, גם לדתיה החמה. הבנתי שהמטבח וחדר האוכל מנוהלים ע"י קבלן חיצוני, אבל את האורחים זה לא אמור לעניין. זהו חלק מהמלון וחלק גדול מההחלטה אם להגיע שוב או לא. אגב, אחת המגבות הקטנות במקלחת היתה עם חור - לא מכובד, גם אם היא מיועדת כשטיחון לרצפה.. הכורסאות הגדולות היו שבורות, ללא ידית להרמת הרגלים ונראו כאילו נאספו מהרחוב, כך גם הספה.

Bettina (5/5): Outstanding nice personnel. I will come again :) - The personal was outstanding! Better than in a five star hotel. They were so nice and helpful. Also Moshe at the door is an unbelievable guy and so nice. He knows the area well. I needed it for one night on a working trip and it was exactly what I needed. WLAN is super. Place to sit in the room. Small but worked for me. I had a really good time. There was a party on the beach. It’s very close to the promenade. But it was a holiday so an exception. And it’s a plus you can walk to the beach.

גבי שורץ (7/5): מלון פשוט שלא ממש את הפוטנציאל שיש לו. - מלון פשוט ונחמד עם פוטנציאל להיות מלון טוב יותר, הצוות חביב והמיקום בסך הכל טוב, מול הים וקרוב לטיילת ולמרינה. גם ארוחת הבוקר סבירה אם כי ההרגשה היא של חדר אוכל בבסיס צבאי. חייבים להחליף את המזרונים של המיטות הם פשוט גמורים ואי אפשר לישון עליהם. (בקבלה אמרו שהם מתכוונים לעשות את זה בקרוב) ובכלל לא יזיק למלון מתיחת פנים כדי שירגיש יותר כמו מלון ולא כמו אכסניה, וזה כולל גם את חדר האוכל. כמו כן לא אהבנו שהכניסה למלון היא דרך סמטה מוזנחת ומלוכלכת, אומנם זה לא בשטח של המלון אבל זה לא נעים להגיע למלון דרך שם.

David Muler (6/5): - השירות בקבלה. גודל החדר סביבת המלון באופן כללי מלאה בלכלוך (בתוך קומת הכניסה והמגורים נוצות של יונים ולכלוך). בחדר האוכל המפות, צנצנות הקפה, מכונת הקפה היו מךוכלכים ודביקים. בחדר היו כתמים בכיור ועל הרצפה במקלחון. סדקים ומכות בקיר. הדלת נתקעה ולא יכולנו להיכנס פנימה עד שעובד הקבלה הגחע לסייע לנו.

Breakfast was a little dull. It was fine for me, but if you're looking for a big breakfast with variety, this will disappoint. I would also advise them to get new pillows.
Peter (8/5): - Hotel as we were used to back in 80s and 90s, not much space, no storage space in bedroom, not enough paved parking space. I guess you get what you pay for.
Ingrid (7/5): Good location with see view for a relative cheap price. - The location at the beach is great, rooms with see view. Hotel offers free parking on premises The room is small, with a small bathroom. Needs a bit of renovation.
