• Nicholas (10/5): VERY comfortable room and great staff, with a location that is okay (but safe!) - Room was huge and had a windowed in private balcony with an incredible view of Cusco! Breakfast was also included and made fresh for you every day. The location was a bit to be desired; you are about a 15min walk from the main square in Cusco, but a fairly close walk to the San Pedro market which is a must do

• Astrid (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war ok - Dadurch, das die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum in einer Seitenstraße liegt, ist es angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Sauerstoffflasche ist vorhanden. Es gibt auf den einzelnen Etagen kostenfrei heißes Wasser und Tee, auch Coca-Tee. Allerdings musste man zum Abend hin immer runter, da in der 1. Etage das Wasser meist nicht aufgefüllt war. Das Zimmer ist leider sehr klein, auch das Bad. Dadurch war alles sehr beengt. Es gab viel zu wenig Kleiderbügel für die Sachen und seine Taschen geschweige denn Koffer konnte man auch nicht vernünftig unterstellen. Ständig musste man alles von ein in die andere Ecke räumen. Die frischen Handtücher hatten teilweise auch schon einen Grauschleier. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig, es gab jeden Morgen dasselbe. Nur Toast, Brötchen, Marmelade, Honig, Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Saft. Kein Käse, Wurst oder Obst und Gemüse. Man konnte zusätzlich 2 Optionen dazu bestellen: Sandwich, Obst, Joghurt, Waffeln, Rührei oder Avocado-Toast. Der Avocado-Toast sowie der Joghurt waren an mehreren Tagen nicht verfügbar, obwohl es in ganz Cusco an jeder Ecke Avocado zu kaufen gibt. Das haben wir nicht nachvollziehen können und ging für uns garnicht, wenn man schon ein so schmales Frühstück hat. Man hätte rechtzeitig einkaufen gehen müssen, was hier offensichtlich nicht vollzogen wird👎 Wir hatten an mehreren Tagen Ausflüge und baten um Frühstückspakete. Enthalten waren darin Früchte mit einer Schale, die für unterwegs ungeeignet waren, ein trockenes Sandwich ohne Butter und eine kleine Flasche zu trinken für 2 Personen. Ebenfalls großer Kritikpunkt, ich würde hier wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal buchen.

El desayuno era muy bueno, y para los tours de madrugada nos brindan un lunch, cama cómoda, hay calentador y coboja extra. El baño con agua caliente. Fuera del centro pero muy cercano al mismo, lo que brinda tranquilidad, de fácil acceso El tamaño de la habitación es muy reducido, la puerta del baño choca con el wc, solo hay shampoo en articulos de baño.

Sempre havia cafés, chás e folhas de coca para auxílio na aclimatação. Embora não seja ao lado da Praça das Armas, se chega em uma caminhada de 10minutos. Não tive absolutamente nenhum problema na acomodação. Excelente custo benefício.
• Daniel (1/5): - Not very much unfortunatly We are aware that our experience may not necessarily reflect every guest’s stay. However, for us personally, this hotel stay turned into an absolute nightmare and heavily affected our time in Cusco. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel were the very positive reviews and the quality standard they seemed to promise. Originally, we booked six nights. In the end, we checked out after only one night and booked another hotel instead. The problems already started upon arrival at around 9:30 p.m. We were taken to our room, the door was opened — and another couple was sleeping in the bed. This was obviously extremely disturbing for them and incredibly uncomfortable for us. Apparently, our room had been overbooked. Afterwards, we were placed into a family room. To be fair, the room itself was larger and the shower was nice. However, the room location was terrible. The hotel layout is very narrow and busy, with people constantly walking past the room, and the windows directly face the parking area. Early in the morning, around 6 a.m., hotel staff started cleaning right outside the tiny basement-style windows. Sleeping properly was almost impossible. We would strongly advise against accepting the family room. The next morning, shortly before leaving the hotel after breakfast, reception knocked on our door and told us we had to change rooms immediately. We were told that “this had already been explained yesterday,” which was simply not true. Then came the next shock: they tried to move us into a tiny, worn-down standard room, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for a deluxe room. The replacement room had maybe half the size of the room category we booked and felt dark and cheap. Naturally, we complained, because this was absolutely not acceptable. Only after pushing back were we told that our actual room would now be “prepared.” Frankly, it felt as if they first tried to see whether we would simply accept the downgrade.

Me tocó estar cerrado en 4 paredes, fue horrible. No funcionaba el calefactor que indicaban. Poca privacidad, se escuchaba a los que pasaban en el pasadiso y las conversaciones fuertes de otras habitaciones. Había una luz molesta del pasadizo que no dejaba dormir augusto y se veía a través del muro de vidrio mate.

Lo único que no me gusto tanto fue que el baño es de ese tipo con wc y ducha separados, y el caso del wc tiene una puerta de vidrio que da muy poca privacidad.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon et la dame qui s’en occupe est plus qu'adorable ! L'hôtel est assez bien placé, la place principale s'y trouve à yne vingtaine de minute à pied. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon sejour chez vous Seul point négatif, l'odeur du lavabo dans notre seconde chambre. Une odeur d'égouts s'y dégage dès que l'on ouvre l'eau. Sinon rien à dire

El desayuno es bastante completo y, además, uno de los días teníamos una actividad antes de que comenzara el servicio, por lo que nos prepararon una bolsa con desayuno para llevar, lo cual fue un detalle muy de agradecer. La cama era cómoda y el baño estaba limpio. Además, había una zona donde podías tomar té de coca de manera gratuita siempre que quisieras. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encontraba dentro de una especie de urbanización y a unos 10 minutos de la plaza principal. Por decir algo, la habitación era bastante pequeña.

Zusätzlich gab es verschiedenes Brot mit Marmeladen und Butter, sowie Kaffee, Tee und Milch. Und wenn man mal früh weg musste, konnte man sich auf Wunsch noch eine Frühstückstüte machen lassen (Musste man natürlich rechtzeitig vorher sagen). Das Zimmer war sehr Konfortabel und dass Bett war riesig und auch sehr bequem! Im großen und ganzen war alles super und ich würde wieder kommen! :) Die Dusche war ein wenig klein, aber egal. :)

Close to the city centre and attractions, an easy 10 minute walk to the main square. The staff, including Dina at the front desk and the lovely woman who made breakfast, were so nice and friendly. The included breakfast was awesome, with two options freshly made and variety of hot and cold drinks. They also had coca tea and other teas available as well as oxygen to help with the altitude. Great value for a really great place to stay. Nothing!

• Akash (10/5): Superb cusco hotel - I loved this hotel so much. Jheni (I hope I remember the name right), the receptionist/manager was super accommodating. I loved her communication. The place served one of the nicest breakfast we had the whole tour, try their Parfett. Overall fantastic as it was slightly away from the bustle but 2 min Uber ride from the centre that only costed 5 PENs. Nothing except the most corner room had poor wifi but I didnt mind some downtime from the internet.
• Gerry (10/5): This hotel is a gem. - This accommodation is on a quiet residential area but close to main roads and the centre of Cusco. The staff are among the most friendly and helpful of any hotel that I've ever visited. The breakfasts are excellent (I recommend the omelette and yogurt fruit parfait, and the rooms and hallways are incredibly clean and comfortable. Google maps showed an entrance to the street off of Miguel Grau (Hwy 3S) that is actually blocked by a locked gate. Local streets were under reconstruction, making navigation to the hotel (at least early 2026) somewhat tricky.

• Sarah (10/5): Alles wunderbar! - Die Zimmer sind super und das Frühstück ist fantastisch! Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir eine Nacht länger geblieben sind als geplant. Tolle Badezimmer mit warmem Wasser und Heizungen in den Zimmern. Es gab gratis Tee und alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal ist wirklich wunderbar: Jhina und das Team haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! DANKE!
