What I didn’t like was the hotel was nosey constant kids running around doors slamming barely got good rest! The beds aren’t that comfortable, sink was stuffed up! Shower curtains are to short water kept running on the floor! Curtains in room are peeling hotels needs an update!

It didn’t have slip resistant materials in the shower. Please fix that right away. Someone might slip and fall and receive a serious injury.

Sergio (6/5): Great location and amenities, poor customer service - Convenient location of stores The property was clean & well managed however we had an issue with our room. The Master light was not working when we walked in the room the first night (Friday). We reported it to the front desk and a staff member came to the room to verify. She stated a work ticket would be placed for the next day (Saturday). We were called Saturday morning around 9am by the front desk and we were asked when would be a convenient time for someone to come look at the light. Since we were up already, I told her they could come over now. She said ok and hung up. A few seconds later she called me back and said that the person that was coming to fix it preferred if we weren’t in the room and wanted to know what time we were leaving the hotel. I told her we wouldn’t leave til later that morning but we preferred for the repair to be done while we were still here. She said ok and someone would be right up. We stayed in the room til 1130 and no one showed up. We ended up leaving the hotel and didn’t return back til about 4pm. We figured someone would have gone while we were out. However when we came back to the room, the light still wasn’t working and no paperwork or messages had been left to inform us that someone had stopped by so we assumed that no one ever came. We left the following morning (Sunday) and were never contacted by anyone about the issue. Although we did have a pleasant stay, we felt that the customer service and lack of follow through to resolve the issue, put a damper on our stay.

I found that strange. Breakfast options were not much. Cinnamon rolls were out of stock. There was nothing great other than sausages and egg. The coffee machine inside the room didn't work. I had struggle connecting to wifi and had to reach out to support for getting connected. Also, I was overcharged for my booking.

All the essentials I needed for a good trip was in close proximity of the hotel and the hotel itself was very clean, in a nice well lit area. Highly recommend. First day of breakfast was okay. Lots of options but was bummed out to not receive scrambled eggs. They made up for it the next day with a whole pan of scrambled eggs which were very good!

Loads of room to move the wheelchair around, perfect handicapped bath that had a roll in shower, shower bench, lots of handicap bars. Just what you need. Breakfast was very good: 2 types of sausage, cheese omelette, boiled eggs, potatoes, pancakes (made as you watch), sweet rolls, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, good coffee. The light by the bed was low and not very bright, so it was hard to read by. Our TV remote didn't work, so we got another one. The first floor button in one of the elevators didn't work, so if you got on that elevator on another floor, you couldn't push the 1st floor button, so the elevator just sat there.

DeChandriss (8/5): - The hotel’s aesthetic is dated with visible wear and tear. There was an odor in our original room but staff immediately changed our room. There were stains in the new room but we didn’t say anything to staff. Beds were comfortable overall. Breakfast could be better.

Dakota (8/5): - A perfectly fine hotel for a quick trip to Austin. A little out of the way but easy to get onto the main roads that lead into the city center. Room and bedding was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious. The standard breakfast buffet in the mornings were a nice way to start the day. I'd say the super friendly staff were the highlight!
Jonathan (8/5): - I don’t give a 5 star review just for a silly reason, the TV still a little behind, I can’t connect my applications like Netflix or Disney+ but other than that everything was good.

Leslie (8/5): Good stay on a budget - The only downside to the stay was the overly firm mattress. The room was clean, the public areas were kept clean, and breakfast was well stocked.
