- Bobbi (1/5): I paid to stay at another hotel even though i was told i could not be refunded because the property and parking lots was - Pool was not clean or open. Property was dirty. Parking lot was not lit well and you had to pay to park even though half the “amenities “ offered by the hotel were not available due to “cleaning” “construction “ etc. I booked a room and saw the property and was worried about my belongings. Even though i booked the room within the hour and tried changing it they denied me and charged me the full price. I went down the road to the Kimpton, staff was great, property was beautiful, same price. Safe and ten times better. I stayed an extra night there because of how nice it was and how exhausted i was after paying for a room at the even hotel and dealing with being charged for not staying there even though they had no pool, no safe parking/charge you to park, gave me the run around etc. kimpton had valet, safe parking, breakfast , pool, clean, great staff. Never again will i deal with this hotel. DO NOT GO THERE. Dirty, under construction, no safe parking, charge for parking, staff not accommodating, all amenities listed on website not even available. Garbage. And they will not let you get a refund for canceling when you arrive and see that nothing they have listed is available . Kimpton is a luxury hotel at the same price a block away. Not a chance in hell I’d ever revoked this motel 6 at luxury price to anyone. Read above

Not very clean, (walls and shower floor were dirty, so was hallway carpet), elevator buttons and ice not in functioning order. Staff at desk was inefficient but nice. Waits were long and multitasking was bad. Food was bad and my breakfast order was wrong.. No hot water or coffee out where it was supposed to be. Coffee was empty and hot water was not filled. My room card also stopped working for no reason and I had to take my dog back to the desk to wait in line again to get it resolved. Window shade was not in track and i had to fix it so I chips could use it.

- Mike (3/5): Caters to a specific young business clientele, families and friends traveling go elsewhere. - The staff were awesome! Besides the great staff everything else. Our recent stay at the Even motel in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, was an awful and deeply disappointing experience. The hotel's design clearly caters to a specific "yuppie crowd," prioritizing trendy aesthetics over basic functionality and comfort. The most glaring example of this was the bathroom, which featured utterly impractical and awful sliding doors that offered virtually no privacy whatsoever. The lack of a proper, enclosed bathroom made the entire stay feel awkward and exposed, a fundamental flaw that completely ruined any chance of a relaxing visit. Also the showers were completely open and there was visible mold on the lower walls of the bathroom and the design and position of the shower heads were completely useless. We called this a workout hotel due to the exercise equipment in each room and 20 workout channels the TV instantly goes to when turned on. For a businessman or single traveler it’s fine, for a family or friends traveling together go elsewhere. After all the complaining have to say the staff was awesome though especially Cole who drove us around on our second day there.

Well our first night the ceiling leaked all over my daughters face and pillow, it was a brown color, hope not sewage. You could see the bubbles in the paint and the brown color dripping down wall. We did get another room, but, eeww...

- Mafi (4/5): Not god - The reception person was not committed at everything to help us and he was on his cell phone vidio calling during our first arival. also there wasn't water in our room we even can not making coffee We was stacked inside the elevator for 5 minutes and when we try to asking help by pressed the alarm no bady reach out us.

- Kay-lyn (10/5): - Everything was extremely clean and the stay was perfect! We had so much fun in the pool, had a drink from the bar! Our girls loved the fun lobby with connect 4 and ping pong! Overall, it was peaceful! Would come back here again and look for other EVEN hotels for future travels!
- Brianan (6/5): - Room was overall mostly clean. The bathroom was handicapped and was kind of flooding during a shower. The toilet you had to flush twice for it to work. Looked like unfinished projects in the bathroom and a dirty shower curtain. The lobby was clean and staff were nice and efficient! Parking was $15 so be aware of that added cost. We had someone loud above us which wasn’t hotels fault but definitely could use sound proofing.

- Joe (3/5): Do to being understaffed, the facility could not meet the needs of guests. - It was clean. The facility itself was WAY UNDERSTAFFED! The hotel had 1 person cooking for their restaurant and the bar tender had to tend bar, take orders, run to the kitchen to grab food and serve it. At one point the cook was absent for a long period of time because he was pulled to another part of the facility to help that staff person who was overwhelmed. They promised shuttle serve at the airport, but after 2 hours of waiting for a shuttle van that never came, I called a ride service, as did a number of people in my group. Our family/friends said we would never use this hotel again.
- Mary (6/5): - The property was nice and modern. The staff was slowwwwwwww. I didn't seam like there was any staff there that knew what they were doing except the bar tender. Very short staffed. Had a complimentary ride to a restaurant , said to call when ready to pick up...nade the call 20 m in. later no one came...called again and she said he was on his way...;waited another 10 minutes and he never showed up...we walked 8 blocks back to the hotel sweating our tails off., overall a lot of improvements need to happen with all your staff.
- Susan (8/5): Feels a bit surface- level nice. - We rented four rooms for our family reunion. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially the size of the rooms. The exercise amenities made us laugh a bit. They have a nice gym and a pool (no jacuzzi) Our bathroom barn door was broken and they fixed it immediately upon being told... even reached out to me with a text to offer any help while we were there. Their kitchen was out of order, but they stepped up and offered complimentary breakfast pizza that was DELICIOUS! We really appreciated it with the large group we had. We stayed in four of their five bunk rooms. The beds were comfy and things were clean. Parking was very easy (done on a cell phone $15/day), open air, and right next to the hotel. The area of town seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't see the homeless or anything.

- Andrew (2/5): - They charged us for rooms and we did not even stay at the hotel. We were unable to stay due to immediate military orders yet we were charged for the stay a day after the reservation date. Unethical and simply just not right.
- Lisa (4/5): - Picked this hotel because of location. Upon check in, was not given much information. Did finally figure out parking. Hard to get in and out of. I paid for breakfast and was told their oven was broken so we got pastries and fruit (which I had to ask to be refilled). Didn’t tell me upon check in just when I asked in the morning. Did not get a refund. It was very very noisy over night. One elevator did not work. Construction was going on with painters tape up and construction dirt all around (second floor) The bed was comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.
- Kimberly (3/5): Poor - We had to be moved 2 times. The firat room had blood on the curtains and the second room was very dirty with animal cracks and trash around edge of bed. We are very disappointed in our stay considering the price I would expect the hotel to be clean and ready to stay in.
- Vargas (1/5): Was very tired due to not being able to sleep and dirty pool. - The beds, place some how clean The noise in the room above I stay in called few times and went downstairs to talk to clerk to get another room but they said it was not possible, the pool was kids vaping, dirty and not towels even next day in the morning was very dirty that pool.

- Carrie (7/5): Great location, you have to pay to park, huge rooms. - The bed is comfortable and the room is huge! Tons of space to workout in your hotel room. Loved the bunkbeds! Bathroom was nice sized and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! large desk to work at, fridge in the room also! The hotel needs new paint, some basic maintenance would be good. There are lots of dents, scratches and areas of the walls in the hallway that need repaired. The shower in my hotel room was leaking and has caused mold around it near the floor into the wall. You can tell the wall was soft and had been wet for sometime. Basic upkeep/repairs being made would be better. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

- Clara (5/5): Friendly staff, poor house keeping quality, won’t be returning. - Good location We found a baggie of marijuana under one of the beds when we were doing our last check as packing up. Our 1 year old had been crawling around the floor for 3 days and could’ve gotten into it, thank goodness he didn’t. We notified the front desk and they said they’d take it up with housekeeping and to leave it. There were sunflower seeds all through the hallway for 2/3 days we stayed. Had to take the stairs mostly as the elevator buttons didn’t work all the time. Not happy with this stay. We stayed here a few years ago and it was wonderful then, sad to see the changes this time.
